以下に、本願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。

低温液化可燃性ガス、特に天然ガス(LNG)と液体窒素(LIN)の共同貯留及び/又は移送及び/又は輸送のための方法であって、前記液体窒素(LIN)によって直接的にまたは間接的に前記低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)が冷却され又はその沸点以下の温度に維持される方法。

前記窒素(LIN)及び/又は前記可燃性ガス(LNG)が冷凍室を冷却するために採用される[1]に記載の方法。
[3]
前記可燃性ガスが内燃機関(9)に供給される[1]または[2]に記載の方法。
[4]
前記内燃機関(9)が車両(8)の運転に用いられる[3]に記載の方法。
[5]
前記低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)によって取り出された熱が調整される[1]〜[4]の1つに記載の方法。
[6]
前記低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)からの熱が少なくとも1つの熱交換器(5)を介して前記窒素(LIN)に伝達される[1]〜[5]の1つに記載の方法。

前記低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)が蒸発されて求められた熱が前記冷凍室(10)から取り出される[2]に記載の方法。

前記低温液化可燃性ガス(LNG)が断熱燃料ライン(26)を介して蒸発器(17)に供給され、蒸発のために必要な前記熱が第1の熱交換ループ(20)を介して前記冷凍室(10)から取り出される[7]に記載の方法。

二次熱交換ループ(20)が、熱交換ループ熱交換器(21)と、第2冷凍室クーラ(22b)と、冷媒ポンプ(30)とを備える[11]〜[17]の1つに記載の装置(1)。

Claims (10)
- 冷凍又は冷蔵の在庫を輸送するための冷凍室(10)、及び低温液化可燃性ガスによって駆動される前記車両のエンジン(9)、を有する冷凍車両(8)であって、
−前記低温液化可燃性ガスを貯留するための少なくとも第1の貯留タンク(2)と、
−液体窒素を貯留するための少なくとも第2の貯留タンク(3)と、
を備える供給ステーション(1)を装備し、
−前記供給ステーション(1)は、前記車両のエンジン(9)が運転中の場合、低温液化可燃性ガスを前記車両の前記冷凍室(10)の冷却のために使用することができるように設計されており、前記車両のエンジン(9)が運転中でない場合、液体窒素を前記車両の前記冷凍室(10)の冷却のために使用することができるように設計されており、
−前記供給ステーション(1)は、前記少なくとも1つの第1の貯留タンク及び前記少なくとも1つの第2の貯留タンクの間に少なくとも1つの熱伝達接続部品(4)を有し、この接続部品は、直接的に若しくは間接的に液体窒素によって低温液化可燃性ガスが冷却され、又はその沸点よりも低い温度に維持されるように設計されていることを特徴とする、冷凍車両(8)。 - 冷凍又は冷蔵された在庫を輸送するための冷凍室(10)、及び低温液化可燃性ガスによって運転される車両のエンジン(9)を備える車両(8)中の前記在庫を冷凍輸送するための方法であって、
A/前記車両は、
液化可燃性ガスを貯留するための少なくとも第1の貯留タンク(2)、及び液体窒素(LIN)を貯留するための少なくとも第2の貯留タンク(3)を含む供給ステーション(1)を装備し、
この供給ステーション(1)は、前記車両のエンジン(9)が運転中の場合、低温液化可燃性ガスを前記車両の前記冷凍室(10)の冷却のために使用することができるように設計されており、前記車両のエンジン(9)が運転中でない場合、液体窒素を前記車両の前記冷凍室(10)の冷却のために使用することができるように設計されており、
B/低温液化可燃性ガスは、液体窒素によって直接的に若しくは間接的に冷却され、又はその沸点より低い温度に維持されることを特徴とする、冷凍又は冷蔵の在庫を冷凍輸送するための方法。 - 低温液化可燃性ガスによって取り出された熱は、管理される請求項2に記載の方法。
- 低温液化可燃性ガスからの熱は、少なくとも1つの熱交換器(5)を介して液体窒素に伝達される請求項2又は請求項3に記載の方法。
- 低温液化可燃性ガスは、蒸発器(17)において液相から気相へ相転移ののち、前記第1の貯留タンク(2)から前記エンジン(9)に供給され、この転移を実行するために要求される熱は、前記冷凍室(10)から取り出される請求項2から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 蒸発のために要求される前記熱は、二次熱交換ループ(20)を介して前記冷凍室(10)から取り出される請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記二次熱交換ループ(20)は、熱交換ループ熱交換器(21)、第2の冷凍室クーラ(22b)、及び冷媒ポンプ(30)を含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の貯留タンク(3)から又は第3の貯留タンク(32)からの液体窒素は、第1の冷凍室クーラ(22a)に、前記冷凍室(10)を冷却するために供給される請求項2から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジン(9)が運転中である場合、
− 低温液化可燃性ガスは、第1の貯留タンク(2)の液相から取り出され、前記エンジン(9)に供給される前に、この相転移の間、前記冷凍室(10)を冷却するために蒸発され、利用され、
− 液体窒素が、前記冷凍室(10)の冷却のために利用される請求項2から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記エンジン(9)が運転中でない場合、
液体窒素は、液化可燃性ガスを冷却するため又はその沸点以下に維持するために採用され、
液体窒素及び/又は低温液化可燃性ガスは、前記冷凍室(10)を冷却するために利用される請求項2から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
