Abstract
【解決手段】歩行訓練装置は、歩行補助装置と、第1引張手段と、第2引張手段と、を備えている。歩行補助装置は、ユーザの脚部に装着され、該ユーザの歩行を補助している。第1引張手段は、歩行補助装置及びユーザの脚部のうち少なくとも一方を上方かつ前方に引張している。第2引張手段は、歩行補助装置及びユーザの脚部のうち少なくとも一方を上方かつ後方に引張している。

Description
この一態様において、前記第1引張手段の引張力と前記第2引張手段の引張力と、を独立して制御する制御手段を更に備えていてもよい。
この一態様において、前記制御手段は、前記第1及び第2引張手段による引張力の鉛直上方の成分の合力と、前記第1及び第2引張手段による引張力の水平成分の合力と、を独立して制御してもよい。
この一態様において、前記第1及び第2引張手段による引張力の鉛直上方の成分の合力が前記歩行補助装置の重力と等しくてもよい。
この一態様において、前記歩行補助装置の前記脚部の上腿部に取付られる上腿フレーム及び/又は前記脚部の下腿部に取付られる下腿フレームには、調整フレームが上下方向に並んで複数設けられており、前記第1及び第2引張手段が引張するワイヤが、前記複数の調整フレームのうちのいずれか1つに接続されていてもよい。
この一態様において、前記第1及び第2引張手段は、夫々、前記歩行補助装置及び前記ユーザの脚部のうち少なくとも一方に一端が取り付けられたワイヤと、前記ワイヤを引張する引張部と、を有していてもよい。
この一態様において、前記1及び第2引張手段の引張部のうち少なくとも一方は、左右方向に移動可能に設けられていてもよい。
この一態様において、前記第1及び第2引張手段による前記歩行補助装置及び/又は前記ユーザの脚部の引張点は、前記ユーザの脚部周りに移動可能に設けられていてもよい。
上記目的を達成するための本発明の一態様は、ユーザの脚部に装着され、該ユーザの歩行を補助する歩行補助装置を備える歩行訓練装置の歩行訓練方法であって、前記歩行補助装置及び前記ユーザの脚部のうち少なくとも一方を上方かつ前方に引張するステップと、前記歩行補助装置及び前記ユーザの脚部のうち少なくとも一方を上方かつ後方に引張するステップと、を含む、ことを特徴とする歩行訓練装置の歩行訓練方法であってもよい。
図1は、本発明の一実施の形態に係る歩行訓練装置の概略的な構成を示す斜視図である。本実施の形態に係る歩行訓練装置1は、例えば、脳卒中片麻痺患者などのユーザの歩行訓練を行うための装置である。歩行訓練装置1は、ユーザの脚部に装着された歩行補助装置2と、ユーザの歩行訓練を行う訓練装置3と、を備えている。
制御装置33は、第1及び第2引張部35、37が算出した引張力f1、f2でワイヤ34、36を引張するように、第1及び第2引張部35、37を夫々制御する(ステップS103)。
Claims (9)
- ユーザの脚部に装着され、該ユーザの歩行を補助する歩行補助装置と、
前記歩行補助装置及び前記ユーザの脚部のうち少なくとも一方を上方かつ前方に引張する第1引張手段と、
前記歩行補助装置及び前記ユーザの脚部のうち少なくとも一方を上方かつ後方に引張する第2引張手段と、を備える、ことを特徴とする歩行訓練装置。 - 請求項1記載の歩行訓練装置であって、
前記第1引張手段の引張力と前記第2引張手段の引張力と、を独立して制御する制御手段を更に備える、ことを特徴とする歩行訓練装置。 - 請求項2記載の歩行訓練装置であって、
前記制御手段は、前記第1及び第2引張手段による引張力の鉛直上方の成分の合力と、前記第1及び第2引張手段による引張力の水平成分の合力と、を独立して制御する、ことを特徴とする歩行訓練装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項記載の歩行訓練装置であって、
前記第1及び第2引張手段による引張力の鉛直上方の成分の合力が前記歩行補助装置の重力と等しい、ことを特徴とする歩行訓練装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項記載の歩行訓練装置であって、
前記歩行補助装置の前記脚部の上腿部に取付られる上腿フレーム及び/又は前記脚部の下腿部に取付られる下腿フレームには、調整フレームが上下方向に並んで複数設けられており、
前記第1及び第2引張手段が引張するワイヤが、前記複数の調整フレームのうちのいずれか1つに接続される、ことを特徴とする歩行訓練装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか1項記載の歩行訓練装置であって、
前記第1及び第2引張手段は、夫々、前記歩行補助装置及び前記ユーザの脚部のうち少なくとも一方に一端が取り付けられたワイヤと、
前記ワイヤを引張する引張部と、を有する、ことを特徴とする歩行訓練装置。 - 請求項6記載の歩行訓練装置であって、
前記1及び第2引張手段の引張部のうち少なくとも一方は、左右方向に移動可能に設けられている、ことを特徴とする歩行訓練装置。 - 請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか1項記載の歩行訓練装置であって、
前記第1及び第2引張手段による前記歩行補助装置及び/又は前記ユーザの脚部の引張点は、前記ユーザの脚部周りに移動可能に設けられている、ことを特徴とする歩行訓練装置。 - ユーザの脚部に装着され、該ユーザの歩行を補助する歩行補助装置を備える歩行訓練装置の歩行訓練方法であって、
前記歩行補助装置及び前記ユーザの脚部のうち少なくとも一方を上方かつ前方に引張するステップと、
前記歩行補助装置及び前記ユーザの脚部のうち少なくとも一方を上方かつ後方に引張するステップと、を含む、ことを特徴とする歩行訓練装置の歩行訓練方法。
