【解決手段】電池およびエンジン61の両方を暖機する必要が有る場合、電池温調用熱交換器20と熱媒体加熱用熱交換器15との間で熱媒体が循環し、且つ冷却水冷却水熱交換器18と熱媒体加熱用熱交換器15との間で熱媒体が循環しない電池暖機状態になるように第1切替弁21および第2切替弁22を制御し、電池暖機状態において電池の温度Tbが電池暖機目標温度Tboを上回った場合、冷却水冷却水熱交換器18と熱媒体加熱用熱交換器15との間で熱媒体が循環し、且つ電池温調用熱交換器20と熱媒体加熱用熱交換器15との間で熱媒体が循環しないエンジン暖機状態になるように第1切替弁21および第2切替弁22を制御する制御手段70を備える。

熱媒体と外気とを熱交換させて熱媒体外気熱交換器(13)と、
熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)で加熱された熱媒体と車室内への送風空気とを顕熱交換させて送風空気を加熱する空気加熱用熱交換器(17)と、
走行用駆動力を出力するエンジン(61)と熱媒体との間で熱授受が行われるエンジン用熱授受部(18)と、
走行用電動モータに電力を供給する電池と熱媒体との間で熱授受が行われる電池用熱授受部(20)と、
エンジン用熱授受部(18)および電池用熱授受部(20)のそれぞれに対して、熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で熱媒体が循環する状態と循環しない状態とを切り替える切替手段(21、22)と、
電池およびエンジン(61)の両方を暖機する必要が有る場合、電池用熱授受部(20)と熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で熱媒体が循環し、且つエンジン用熱授受部(18)と熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で熱媒体が循環しない電池暖機状態になるように切替手段(21、22)を制御し、電池暖機状態において電池の温度(Tb)が電池暖機目標温度(Tbo)を上回った場合、エンジン用熱授受部(18)と熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で熱媒体が循環し、且つ電池用熱授受部(20)と熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で熱媒体が循環しないエンジン暖機状態になるように切替手段(21、22)を制御する制御手段(70)とを備えることを特徴とする。
上記実施形態を、例えば以下のように種々変形可能である。
13 ラジエータ(熱媒体外気熱交換器)
14 冷却水冷却器(熱媒体冷却用熱交換器)
15 冷却水加熱器(熱媒体加熱用熱交換器)
17 ヒータコア(空気加熱用熱交換器)
18 冷却水冷却水熱交換器(エンジン用熱授受部)
19 インバータ(機器用熱授受部)
20 電池温調用熱交換器(電池用熱授受部)
21、22 第1、第2切替弁(切替手段)
32 圧縮機
70 制御装置(制御手段)
Claims (9)
- 熱媒体を吸入して吐出する第1ポンプ(11)および第2ポンプ(12)と、
冷媒を吸入して吐出する圧縮機(32)と、
前記圧縮機(32)から吐出された前記冷媒と前記第2ポンプ(12)によって吸入され吐出された前記熱媒体とを熱交換させて前記熱媒体を加熱する熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)と、
前記熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)から流出した前記冷媒を減圧膨張させる減圧手段(33)と、
前記減圧手段(33)で減圧膨張された前記冷媒と前記第1ポンプ(11)によって吸入され吐出された前記熱媒体とを熱交換させて前記熱媒体を冷却する熱媒体冷却用熱交換器(14)と、
前記熱媒体冷却用熱交換器(14)で冷却された前記熱媒体と外気とを熱交換させる熱媒体外気熱交換器(13)と、
前記熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)で加熱された前記熱媒体と車室内への送風空気とを顕熱交換させて前記送風空気を加熱する空気加熱用熱交換器(17)と、
走行用駆動力を出力するエンジン(61)と前記熱媒体との間で熱授受が行われるエンジン用熱授受部(18)と、
走行用電動モータに電力を供給する電池と前記熱媒体との間で熱授受が行われる電池用熱授受部(20)と、
前記エンジン用熱授受部(18)および前記電池用熱授受部(20)のそれぞれに対して、前記熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で前記熱媒体が循環する状態と循環しない状態とを切り替える切替手段(21、22)と、
前記電池および前記エンジン(61)の両方を暖機する必要が有る場合、前記電池用熱授受部(20)と前記熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で前記熱媒体が循環し、且つ前記エンジン用熱授受部(18)と前記熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で前記熱媒体が循環しない電池暖機状態になるように前記切替手段(21、22)を制御し、前記電池暖機状態において前記電池の温度(Tb)が電池暖機目標温度(Tbo)を上回った場合、前記エンジン用熱授受部(18)と前記熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で前記熱媒体が循環し、且つ前記電池用熱授受部(20)と前記熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で前記熱媒体が循環しないエンジン暖機状態になるように前記切替手段(21、22)を制御する制御手段(70)とを備えることを特徴とする車両用熱管理システム。 - 前記電池には回生エネルギが入力されるようになっており、
前記制御手段(70)は、前記電池の蓄電残量(SOC)が第1蓄電残量閾値(SOC1)よりも大きい場合、前記電池の蓄電残量(SOC)が前記第1蓄電残量閾値(SOC1)よりも小さい場合と比較して前記電池暖機目標温度(Tbo)を大きな値にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用熱管理システム。 - 前記制御手段(70)は、前記電池の温度(Tb)が低いほど、前記第1蓄電残量閾値(SOC1)を大きな値に決定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用熱管理システム。
- 前記切替手段(21、22)は、前記空気加熱用熱交換器(17)と前記熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で前記熱媒体が循環する状態と循環しない状態とを切り替えるようになっており、
前記制御手段(70)は、前記電池用熱授受部(20)と前記熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で前記熱媒体が循環しており、かつ前記電池の温度(Tb)が電池温度閾値(Tbh)以下である場合、前記空気加熱用熱交換器(17)と前記熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で前記熱媒体が循環しない状態になるように前記切替手段(21、22)を制御することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用熱管理システム。 - 前記制御手段(70)は、前記電池の温度(Tb)が電池暖機目標温度(Tbo)に到達し、かつ前記電池の蓄電残量(SOC)が第2蓄電残量閾値(SOC2)よりも小さい場合、前記エンジン用熱授受部(18)と前記熱媒体加熱用熱交換器(15)との間で前記熱媒体が循環する状態になるように前記切替手段(21、22)を制御することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の車両用熱管理システム。
- 前記制御手段(70)は、前記エンジン(61)の温度(Te)が低いほど、前記第2蓄電残量閾値(SOC2)を大きな値に決定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用熱管理システム。
- 作動によって発熱する機器と前記熱媒体との間で熱授受が行われる機器用熱授受部(19)を備え、
前記機器用熱授受部(19)は、前記熱媒体冷却用熱交換器(14)との間で前記熱媒体が循環するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の車両用熱管理システム。 - 前記制御手段(70)は、カーナビゲーションシステムから出力されるルート計画に基づいて、前記第1蓄電残量閾値(SOC1)を決定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用熱管理システム。
- 車両の走行状況によって発熱量が変化する発熱機器と前記熱媒体との間で熱授受が行われる機器用熱授受部(19)を備え、
前記機器用熱授受部(19)は、前記熱媒体冷却用熱交換器(14)との間で前記熱媒体が循環するようになっており、
前記制御手段(70)は、カーナビゲーションシステムから出力されるルート計画に基づいて、前記第2蓄電残量閾値(SOC2)を決定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用熱管理システム。
