Abstract
【解決手段】気体と液体とを接触させてガス吸収を行う排ガス処理装置(10)は、内部空間が形成された吸収塔本体(11)と、内部空間の上下方向の所定領域において液体を噴霧するスプレー装置(12)と、吸収塔本体(11)に気体を導入するガス供給装置(13)と、を備え、スプレー装置(12)は、内部空間の上下方向の所定領域にかけて延在する幹管(12b)と、幹管(12b)に連結され吸収塔本体(11)の内壁に向けて伸びる枝管(12c)と、枝管(12c)から供給される液体を噴霧するスプレーノズル(12d)と、を含んで構成され、スプレーノズル(12d)は、枝管(12c)の長手方向に対してスプレーノズル(12d)の噴射領域の中心線とのなす角が鋭角となるように取り付けられている。

Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係る排ガス処理装置としてのガス吸収塔を中心とする排ガス処理システムを示す概略図である。なお、本実施の形態に係る排ガス処理システムとしては、船舶に使用されるエンジンから排出される排ガス中に含まれる二酸化硫黄(SO2)を除去するシステムを考える。ただし、これに限られず、本実施の形態に係る排ガス処理システムは、窒素酸化物や硫黄酸化物などの物質を含む種々の排ガスの処理に適用可能である。

Claims (5)
- 気体と液体とを接触させてガス吸収を行う排ガス処理装置において、
内部空間が形成された吸収塔本体と、前記内部空間の上下方向の所定領域において液体を噴霧するスプレー装置と、前記吸収塔本体に気体を導入するガス供給装置と、を備え、
前記スプレー装置は、前記内部空間の上下方向の所定領域にかけて延在する幹管と、前記幹管に連結され前記吸収塔本体の内壁に向けて伸びる枝管と、前記枝管から供給される液体を噴霧するスプレーノズルと、を含んで構成され、
前記スプレーノズルは、前記枝管の長手方向に対して前記スプレーノズルの噴射領域の中心線とのなす角が鋭角となるように取り付けられていることを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。 - 前記スプレーノズルは、噴射領域に前記幹管が含まれないような取付角度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 1本の前記枝管に、複数の前記スプレーノズルが設けられており、少なくとも1つの前記スプレーノズルの取付角度が鋭角であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記複数のスプレーノズルのうち、前記枝管に対して、径方向外側に設けられた前記スプレーノズルの取付角度は、径方向内側に設けられた前記スプレーノズルの取付角度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記スプレーノズルは、空円錐ノズルであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の排ガス処理装置。
