Description
本出願は米国仮出願61/412184号(2010年11月10日提出)の優先権を主張し、その出願の内容の全てが参考文献としてここに取り込まれる。
− リンデA型(LTA)ゼオライト、凍結乾燥された状態で得られるもの、直径100nm(Nanoscape AG(Klopferspitz 19, D-82152 Planegg、ドイツ)から)、
− リンデY型(FAU)ゼオライト、MICROPOROUS AND MESOPOROUS MATERIALS(微孔質および中間細孔質材料)(第59巻、第1号、13〜28ページ、2003年4月18日発行、Holmberg BA、Wang HT、Norbeck JM、Yan YS著)に記載されたもの、
− ゼオライトベータ、MICROPOROUS AND MESOPOROUS MATERIALS(微孔質および中間細孔質材料)(第25巻、第1〜3号、59〜74ページ、1998年12月9日発行、Camblor MA、Corma A、Valencia S著)に記載されたもの、および
− Cu MOF:Cuとトリメシン酸から調製される金属有機フレーム構造錯体、サイエンス283、1148(1999)、Stephen S、Y Chui他著「[Cu3(TMA)2(H2O)3]n A Chemically Functionalizable Nanoporous Material(化学的に機能化可能なナノ多孔質材料)」に記載されたもの。
− モレキュラーシーブの上に貯蔵した100mlのn-ヘキサン(96%、Across 364370010、ロット 0930139)に25gのアンプルのヘキサフルオロアセチルアセトン(98%、Aldrich 238309、ロット MKBB2482)を攪拌しながら添加した。
− 12.14gのトリエチルアミン(Fluka 90342、ロット 1389546)を攪拌しながら添加した。
− 底に形成された2相は濃い黄色であった。
− 約30分後に上の層を抜き取り、そして黄色の相を一晩貯蔵した。
− 黄色の相の最上部に少量の薄い相を一晩かけて集め、そして翌日に抜き取った。
i)フレームを取り去り、そして1分間水平に置いた。次いで、ガラス板を用いて膜を4つの隅で固定した。エアナイフを用いて膜の表面の乾燥を仕上げた。別の清浄で乾燥したアクリルフレームを用いて膜に再びフレームを設け、そして1分間水平に置いた。
ii)フレームを設けた膜の表面上に約50mLの有機溶液を注ぎ、そして2分間そのままにした。フレームを(垂直に)傾けることによって溶液を排出し、フレームから溶液がしたたり落ちなくなるまでこれを行った。アクリルフレームを取り去り、そして膜を1分間水平に置いた。次いで、膜を95℃で6分間乾燥した。
Claims (18)
- 逆浸透膜を調製するための方法であって、この方法は、
(A)ポリアミン、多官能酸ハロゲン化物、およびZ+B−の式を有する流量増大添加剤を用意すること、ここで、Z+は易解離性のカチオンであり、B−はβ-ジケトネートである、
(B)ポリアミン、多官能酸ハロゲン化物、および流量増大添加剤を多孔質支持体膜の表面上で組み合わせること、および
(C)ポリアミンと多官能酸ハロゲン化物と流量増大添加剤とを多孔質支持体膜の表面上で界面重合させ、それにより(i)多孔質支持体膜と(ii)ポリアミドを含む弁別層とを有する逆浸透膜を形成すること、
を含み、この逆浸透膜は、流量増大添加剤を用いずに調製された同様の膜の流量よりも大きな流量によって特徴づけられる、前記方法。 - ポリアミンは、ジアミノベンゼン、トリアミノベンゼン、m-フェニレンジアミン、p-フェニレンジアミン、1,3,5-ジアミノ安息香酸、2,4-ジアミノトルエン、2,4-ジアミノアニソール、キシリレンジアミン、エチレンジアミン、プロピレンジアミン、ピペラジン、およびトリス(2-アミノエチル)アミンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 多官能酸ハロゲン化物は、トリメソイルクロリド、トリメリト酸クロリド、イソフタロイルクロリド、およびテレフタロイルクロリドからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリアミン、多官能酸ハロゲン化物、流量増大添加剤およびナノ粒子を組み合わせることと、ポリアミンと多官能酸ハロゲン化物を多孔質支持体膜の表面上で界面重合させることを含み、それにより(i)多孔質支持体膜と(ii)ポリアミドとナノ粒子を含む弁別層とを有する逆浸透膜を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ナノ粒子はゼオライトを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ナノ粒子はカーボンナノチューブを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 多孔質支持体膜はナノ粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- Z+はR1R2R3R4N+の式を有し、ここで、R1、R2、R3およびR4は、独立して、H、C1-C6ヒドロカルビル基、ベンジル基、またはフェニル基である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- R1、R2、R3およびR4はエチル基である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- R1、R2およびR3の基はそれぞれエチル基であり、そしてR4はHである、請求項8に記載の方法。

- ポリアミン、多官能酸ハロゲン化物、流量増大添加剤および一加水分解トリメソイルクロリドを組み合わせることと、ポリアミンと多官能酸ハロゲン化物を多孔質支持体膜の表面上で界面重合させることを含み、それにより(i)多孔質支持体膜と(ii)ポリアミドを含む弁別層とを有する逆浸透膜を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1の方法に従って調製された逆浸透膜。
- 膜は、この膜を32000ppmのNaClを含む脱イオン水に25℃の温度および800psiの圧力において曝露することによって測定して、少なくとも30gfdの流量を示すことができる、請求項15に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 膜は、この膜を32000ppmのNaClを含む脱イオン水に25℃の温度および800psiの圧力において曝露することによって測定して、少なくとも99.5%の塩の拒絶率を示すことができる、請求項15に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 塩水または海水を請求項15に記載の逆浸透膜と接触させることを含む、塩水または海水を浄化する方法。
