Claims (20)
- 3次元座標系を有する座標測定装置(12、30)であって、
第1ポイントに光ビーム(46)を送るように構成された光源(18)と、
前記第1ポイントから反射して戻ってきた前記光ビーム(46)の一部を第1電気信号に変換するように構成された光学検出器と、
前記座標測定装置(12、30)から前記第1ポイントまでの第1距離を算出するように構成された第1処理装置であって、前記算出は、前記第1電気信号及び空気中の光の速度に少なくとも一部基づいて行われる、第1処理装置と、
前記座標測定装置(12、30)の本体内に一体化されるか、または、前記座標測定装置(12、30)の本体の所定の場所に搭載されたプロジェクタであって、当該プロジェクタ(14、94)は、物体(74)に可視光の2次元パターン(70)を投影するように構成され、投影された可視光は、画像(410)、データまたは情報を示し、第2処理装置から受信した命令に応答して前記2次元パターン(70)を生成するように構成されたプログラム可能な画素のアレイを含む、プロジェクタ(14、94)と、
前記光ビーム(46)及び光の2次元パターン(70)を第1軸(38)の周りを第1角度だけ回転させるように構成されたビーム操作機構であって、前記光ビーム(46)を第2軸(42)の周りを第2角度だけ回転させるように構成されている、ビーム操作機構(32)と、
前記第1角度を測定するように構成された第1角度変換器と、
前記第2角度を測定するように構成された第2角度変換器と、を含む座標測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記第1ポイントは、対象(48)上にあり、前記対象(48)の一部は、前記物体と接触している、座標測定装置。
- 請求項2に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記対象は、再帰反射器(48)を含む、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記第1ポイントは、前記物体上にある、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、さらに、
前記光ビーム(46)を投影するように構成された第1光学系であって、第1光軸を有する第1光学系と、
前記光の二次元パターン(70)を投影するように構成された第2光学系であって、第2光軸を有する第2光学系と、を含む座標測定装置。 - 請求項5に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記第1光軸及び第2光軸は、異なる、座標測定装置。
- 請求項5に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記第1光学系及び第2光学系は、共通の光学素子を共有する、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記ビーム操作機構(32)は、前記第1角度及び第2角度のうち少なくとも1つを180度以上回転させるように構成されている、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記第2処理装置からの命令は、前記第1距離に少なくとも一部基づいている、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記第2処理装置からの命令は、前記物体の前記座標測定装置(12、30)に対する方向に少なくとも一部基づいている、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、さらに、ビームスプリッタを備え、前記光ビーム及び前記光の二次元パターンのうち1つは、前記ビームスプリッタに反射され、前記光ビーム及び前記光の二次元パターンのもう一方が、前記ビームスプリッタを透過する、座標測定装置。
- 請求項11に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記ビームスプリッタは、二色性ビームスプリッタである、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記ポイントの3次元座標が取得され、前記3次元座標は、前記第1距離、前記第1角度及び前記第2角度に少なくとも一部基づいている、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記第2処理装置は、さらに、前記物体の表面(26)上に隠れた特徴(24)を投影するように構成され、前記隠れた特徴(24)は、前記物体の表面(26)の裏側にある要素を表す、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記第2処理装置は、さらに、パターンを投影して前記物体の機械加工または前記物体への要素の取り付けをガイドするように構成されている、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記プロジェクタ(14、94)は、着色光を投影するように構成されている、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記第2処理装置は、さらに、等高線を投影するように構成されており、前記等高線は、モデルからの相対偏差の領域を示す、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記座標測定装置は、レーザ追跡装置(30)、レーザスキャナ(12)及びトータルステーションのうち1つである、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記プロジェクタ(14)の全ての画素は、同調して光を放出する、座標測定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の座標測定装置(12、30)であって、前記プロジェクタ(14、94)は、微小電気機械システム(MEMS)、液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)及び反射型液晶(LCOS)素子のうち1つである、座標測定装置。
