Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种数显多功能活动式三坐标测量仪。其是在现有由Z坐标尺总成、Y坐标尺总成、X坐标尺总成、底座总成组成的三坐标测量仪的基础上,在X坐标尺总成的两端分别设有带磁力开关的磁力座,在底座总成上设有滑动摩擦省力器。本实用新型是利用磁力座开关的特性,将X坐标尺总成的两端固定于平板,工件在测量时不会受到测量尺寸范围的限制。在使用过程中移动轻松、灵活、自如,具有重量轻、成本低、功能全、用途广的特点。

技术领域:
本实用新型属于测量技术领域,主要涉及的是一种数显多功能活动式三坐标测量仪。
背景技术:
目前,在机械制造行业中,用数显三坐标测量仪对各种机械零部件、模型/模具及其制品的几何尺寸、形位公差及曲线曲面的测量已广为使用。然而,现有的三坐标测量仪的各坐标均固定在基准平面上,只能完成一般三坐标测量功能,各坐标尺不能独立使用。不仅功能单一、体积笨重、成本高,而且在测量过程中待测工件还会受到测量尺寸范围的限制,致命规格繁多。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的即由此产生,提出一种重量轻,造价低,不受测量尺寸范围限制,移动轻松、灵活、自如,无需翻转工件即可划垂直线、水平线,并可测燕尾槽的数显多功能活动式三坐标测量仪。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:其主要由Z坐标尺总成、Y坐标尺总成、X坐标尺总成、底座总成及磁力座组成,Z坐标尺总成设置在底座总成的上部,Y坐标尺总成通过托板固定在Z坐标尺总成的导轨上并沿其上下移动,X坐标尺总成设置在底座总成的一侧,其数字显示器与底座总成固定联结,X坐标尺的两端分别设有带磁力开关的磁力座;在底座总成上还设有滑动摩擦省力器,该滑动摩擦省力器由支架、经向轴承、平面压力轴承、弹簧及螺帽组件组成,径向轴承设置在支架的下部,平面压力轴承及弹簧均设置在支架的上部,支架通过螺帽组件与底座总成螺纹连接。
本实用新型是利用磁力座带磁力开关的特性,将X坐标尺总成的两端固定于平板,因此待测工件在测量时不会受到测量尺寸范围的限制。具有重量轻、成本低、用途广的特点。由于其为活动式结构,因而除完成一般三坐标测量功能外,还可测量燕槽尺寸及其平行度误差,Z坐标尺总成与X坐标尺总成配合使用可直接划垂直线、水平线,无需再翻转工件。可提高工效5-10倍。由于其在底座总成上设有滑动摩擦省力器,利用滚动摩擦系数小于滑动摩擦的原理,将受垂直力的滑动摩擦重量大部分转换为滚动摩擦,且精度不变,因此,在使用过程中移动轻松、灵活、自如,省时省力,相应导轨的摩损寿命大为延长。

具体实施方式:
结合附图,给出本实用新型的实施例如下:
如图1-3所示:本实施例主要由Z坐标尺总成1、Y坐标尺总成2、X坐标尺总成3、底座总成4及磁力座5组成,Z坐标尺总成1、Y坐标尺总成2、X坐标尺总成3均为带数字显示器6的坐标尺(市售产品)。Z坐标尺总成1设置在底座总成4的上部,其下端与底座总成插接固定联接。Y坐标尺总成2通过托板7固定在Z坐标尺总成1的导轨上,并可沿该导轨上下移动。X坐标尺总成3设置在底座总成4的一侧,其数字显示器6通过销钉与底座总成4固定连接。在X坐标尺总成3的两端分别设有带磁力开关8的磁力座9,其作用是可在平板10的任意方位吸合固定,从而使待测工件不受测量尺寸范围的限制。在磁力座9与X坐标尺总成1的连接部位还设置有用于测量燕尾槽的燕尾槽测量器11(如图案所示),该燕尾槽测量器11与磁力座9吸合固定连接,在燕尾槽测量器11上开有插接口,X坐标尺总成3的两端分别插入燕尾槽测量器11的插接口后与磁力座9吸合固定连接。为提高测量精度和速度,在燕尾槽测量11的工作面上镶嵌有截去三分之一的钢球体12,该钢球体12的截面略凸出燕尾槽测量器11的工作面。为使X坐标尺总成3上的数字显示器件移动方便,以适应较大工件的三坐标测量工作,本实施例还设置有升降装置(如图4所示),该升降装置由摇柄部分19及钢丝20组成,摇柄部分的滚子分别设置在底座总成4及Z坐标尺总成1的上端部上,钢丝20的一端与Z坐标尺总成1上的数字显示器6的下端连接,另一端经设置在底座总成4上的摇柄部分缠绕后与Z坐标尺总成1上的数字显示器6的下端连接,作用是用钢丝将旋转运动转换成上下移动的直线运动。为使底座总成4在移动过程中轻松、灵活、自如,在底座总成4上设置有滑动摩擦省力器13。该滑动摩擦省力器13(如图6所示)由支架14、径向轴承15、平面压力轴承16、弹簧17及螺帽组件18构成,径向轴承15设置在支架14的下部,平面压力轴承16、弹簧17均设置在支架14的上部,支架14通过螺帽组件18与底座总成4螺纹固定连接。该螺帽组件18还具有调节弹簧17压力大小的作用。滑动摩擦省力器13可根据需要设置一个或多个。为解决在测量、划线时工件凸凹不平、轻微倾斜等问题,在划针9的后端设有自动伸缩的弹簧设置,从而保证测量、划线的质量。本实施例在使用时,把磁力座放置在平板任意方位吸合固定,按常规的方法对工件进行测量、划线即可。当需对燕尾槽工件进行测量时,只需把燕尾槽测量器取下即可实现。

Claims (5)

1、一种数显多功能活动式三坐标测量仪,包括Z坐标尺总成(1)、Y坐标尺总成(2)、X坐标尺总成(3)、底座总成(4),Z坐标尺总成(1)设置在底座总成(4)的上部,Y坐标尺总成(2)通过托板(7)固定在Z坐标尺总成(1)的导轨上并沿其上下移动;X坐标尺总成(3)设置在底座总成(4)的一侧,其数字显示器(6)与底座总成(4)固定连接,其特征在于:在所述的X坐标尺总成(3)两端分别设有带磁力开关(8)的磁力座(9);在底座总成(4)上设有滑动摩擦省力器(13),该滑动摩擦省力器由支架(14)、经向轴承(15)、平面压力轴承(16)、弹簧(17)及螺帽组件(18)构成,径向轴承(15)设若置在支架(14)的下部,平面压力轴承(16)、弹簧(17)均设置在支架(14)的上部,支架(14)通过螺帽组件(18)与底座总成(4)螺纹固定连接。
2、根据权利要求书1所述的数显多功能活动式三坐标测量仪,其特征在于:在所述的磁力座(9)与X坐标尺总成(3)的连接部位设置有燕尾槽测量器(11),该燕尾槽测量器(11)的工作面上镶嵌有截去三分之一的钢球体(12)。
3、根据权利要求书1所述的数显多功能活动式三坐标测量仪,其特征在于:在所述的Z坐标尺总成(1)上设有由摇柄部分(19)及钢丝(20)构成的升降装置,摇柄部分的滚子分别设置在底座总成(4)上及Z坐标尺总成(1)的上端,钢丝的一端与Z坐标尺总成上的数字显示器(6)的上端连接,另一端缠绕摇柄部分后与数字显示器(6)的下端连接。
4、根据权利要求书1所述的数显多功能活动式三坐标测量仪,其特征在于:所述的Y坐标尺总成(2)上的划针(9)后设有伸缩弹簧。
5、根据权利要求书1所述的数显多功能活动式三坐标测量仪,其特征在于:所述的设置在底座总成(4)上的滑动摩擦省力器(13)可设置一个或多个。
