互いに隣接する第1軸方向導電集成部品の導電セルおよび第2軸方向導電集成部品の導電セルが、ユーザの指によってタッチされた時に、ユーザの指がタッチした隣接する導電セルのエリアに応じて静電容量効果が発生し、次いで、ユーザの指がタッチしたタッチパネルの位置を制御回路が特定する。

前記第1軸方向導電集成部品は、第1軸方向に沿って硬質の基板の基板表面上に配置される複数の第1軸方向導電セルを備え、
前記第1軸方向導電セルは、
ウィンドウ(window)を備え、
前記第1軸方向導電線は、
前記第1軸方向導電集成部品の前記第1軸方向導電セルが互いに電気的に接続されるように、前記第1軸方向導電集成部品の隣接する前記第1軸方向導電セルをそれぞれ接続し、
前記第2軸方向導電集成部品は、
第2軸方向に沿って前記硬質の基板の前記基板表面上に配置される複数の第2軸方向導電セルを備え、
前記電気的接続要素は、
前記第1軸方向導電セルの前記ウィンドウ(window)に配置され、
前記第2軸方向導電線は、
前記第2軸方向導電集成部品の前記第2軸方向導電セルが互いに電気的に接続されるように、前記電気的接続要素を通って接続することで、前記第2軸方向導電集成部品の隣接する前記第2軸方向導電セルをそれぞれ接続し、
前記第2軸方向導電線は、
隣接する前記第2軸方向導電セルを接続する少なくとも2つの分離された枝を備え、
前記2つの枝は、
前記電気的接続要素を通って接続することで互いに電気的に接続され、
前記絶縁体は、
前記第1軸方向導電集成部品および前記第2軸方向導電集成部品の間の電気的な接続を絶縁し、
隣接する前記第1軸方向導電セルの少なくとも一部に前記第2軸方向導電線が重ね合わされると共に、前記第2軸方向導電線および隣接する前記第1軸方向導電セルの間の電気的な接続を前記絶縁体が絶縁する、
