Abstract
【解決手段】ガラス板加工装置であって、ガラス板Gを保持する保持台1と、保持台1を所定の搬送経路に沿って移動させるレール2と、保持台1に保持されたガラス板Gを搬送経路上で所定サイズの矩形状に切断する切断装置3,4,5と、搬送経路上で保持台1に保持されたガラス板Gの切断端面に搬送経路上で面取りを施す面取り装置7,8,9とを備え、切断装置3,4,5と面取り装置7,8,9を、保持台1を基準として位置決めした後に加工を開始する。

Claims (5)
- ガラス板を保持する保持台と、前記保持台を所定の搬送経路に沿って移動させる移動手段と、前記保持台に保持された前記ガラス板を前記搬送経路上で所定サイズの矩形状に切断する切断手段と、前記搬送経路上で前記保持台に保持された前記ガラス板の切断端面に前記搬送経路上で端面処理を施す端面処理手段と、前記切断手段と前記端面処理手段のそれぞれを、前記保持台を基準として位置決めする位置決め手段とを備えていることを特徴とするガラス板加工装置。
- 前記保持台は、前記ガラス板の製品部を支持する主支持部と、前記ガラス板の切断除去される非製品部を支持する補助支持部とを備え、前記補助支持部が、前記主支持部から分離可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス板加工装置。
- 切断手段によりガラス板を所定サイズの矩形状に切断する切断工程と、端面処理手段により前記ガラス板の切断端面に端面処理を施す端面処理工程とを含み、
前記ガラス板を保持台に保持した状態で、前記ガラス板と前記保持台とを一体的に移動させながら、前記切断工程と前記端面処理工程を実行するとともに、
前記切断工程における前記切断手段の位置決めと、前記端面処理工程における前記端面処理手段の位置決めを、それぞれ前記保持台を基準として行うことを特徴とするガラス板加工方法。 - 前記保持台は、前記ガラス板の製品部を支持する主支持部と、前記主支持部から分離可能に設けられ、前記ガラス板の切断除去される非製品部を支持する補助支持部とを備えており、
前記ガラス板を切断するまでは、前記主支持部と前記補助支持部で前記ガラス板を支持し、前記ガラス板を切断した後は、前記主支持部から前記補助支持部を分離し、前記主支持部のみで前記ガラス板を支持することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガラス板加工方法。 - 前記ガラス板の板厚が、0.4mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のガラス板加工方法。
