Claims (15)
- 電気抵抗が正の温度係数をもつセラミックス材料を含み、少なくとも1つの第1部位(10)と少なくとも1つの第2部位(20)からなる成形体(30)を有する加熱装置であって、前記第1部位(10)は、第1の組成をもつセラミックス材料からなり、前記第2部位(20)は、前記第1の組成とは異なる第2の組成をもつセラミックス材料からなっている加熱装置。
- 前記第1および第2の組成は、セラミックス材料の種類によって、または化学量論的に定まることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記成形体(30)の第1部位(10)および第2部位(20)は、互いに電気−発熱特性が異なることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記セラミックス材料は、Ba1−x−yMxDyTi1−a−bNaMnbO3(ここで、x=0〜0.5,y=0〜0.01、a=0〜0.01、b=0〜0.01である。また、Mは2価のカチオンとなりうる元素、Dは3価または4価のカチオンとなりうる元素、Nは5価または6価のカチオンとなりうる元素である)で表される構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。
- 前記成形体(30)の第1部位(10)および第2の組成(20)は、−30℃〜340℃のキュリー温度を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。
- 前記成形体(30)の第1部位(10)および第2部位(20)は、25℃において3〜100000Ωcmの抵抗率を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。
- 前記成形体(30)の第1部位(10)および第2部位(20)は、同一のキュリー温度および互いに異なる抵抗率(温度25℃におけるもの)を有するか、同一の抵抗率(温度25℃におけるもの)および互いに異なるキュリー温度を有するか、または互いに異なるキュリー温度および抵抗率(温度25℃におけるもの)を有するかのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記成形体(30)は、この成形体(30)に通電するための複数の電気接続部(40)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。
- 前記複数の電気接続部(40)は、前記成形体(30)の各部位に通電しうるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。
- 前記複数の電気接続部(40)は、それぞれ、前記成形体(30)の少なくとも2つの部位(10,20)のいずれかと接続するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記成形体(30)の複数の部位は、複数の電気接続部(40)間に、各電気接続部(40)が異なる部位と接続するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記成形体(30)は、ノズル形状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。
- 前記成形体(30)上には、パシベ―ション層が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。
- 加熱装置の製造方法であって、
A)射出成形により焼結素材を得る工程と、
B)前記焼結素材を焼結し、成形体(30)を形成する工程と、
C)前記成形体(30)に電気接続部(40)を設ける工程とを含み、
前記工程A)は、前記射出成形のために、電気抵抗が正の互いに異なる温度係数をもつ少なくとも2種のセラミックス材料からなる部位を用意する工程を含む方法。 - 前記工程B)において、前記少なくとも2種のセラミックス材料からなる部位の間に、これらのセラミックス材料が共焼結したインターフェースが形成されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
