Abstract
Description
一次可塑剤および二次可塑剤によって、単純化したPVCワイヤー絶縁体配合物を生成した。使用したPVCは、K値70を有する、Oxychem240Fポリ塩化ビニルホモポリマーであった。Huber Materialsから、炭酸カルシウムを取得した。Arkemaから、ジラウリン酸ジブチル錫(DBTDL)を取得した。Ferro Corpから、エポキシ化大豆油を取得した。
単純化されたPVC電気ケーブル外被配合物を生成した。PVCは、K値70を有する、Oxychem240Fポリ塩化ビニルホモポリマーであった。Huber Materialsから、炭酸カルシウムを取得した。Chemtura Corporationから、MARK(商標)6797Zn/Ca安定剤として、Zn/Ca安定剤を取得した。酸化防止剤は、Ciba Corporationから入手したIRGANOX(商標)1076単官能基ヒンダードフェノール酸化防止剤であった。Ferro Corpから、エポキシ化大豆油を取得した。ゴム100重量部(phr)に基づいて、各成分の量を示す。
Claims (11)
- (a)エポキシ化脂肪酸エステル可塑剤からなる一次可塑剤および
(b)二次可塑剤
を含む可塑剤系組成物。 - 前記一次可塑剤が、エポキシ化バイオディーゼルおよびバイオディーゼルの脂肪酸エステルのエポキシ化誘導体からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の可塑剤系組成物。
- 前記バイオディーゼルが植物油に由来する、請求項2に記載の可塑剤系組成物。
- 前記エポキシ化脂肪酸エステルが、脂肪酸メチルエステルのエポキシドである、請求項2に記載の可塑剤系。
- 前記二次可塑剤が、エポキシ化大豆油、エポキシ化亜麻仁油、その他の植物のエポキシド、塩素化炭化水素、トリメリテート、およびリン酸エステルベースの可塑剤からなる群から選択される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の可塑剤系。
- フタル酸エステルを含まない、請求項5に記載の可塑剤系。
- 前記二次可塑剤が、石油系フタル酸エステルである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の可塑剤系。
- (a)ハロゲン化ポリマー、酸官能基を有するポリマー、無水物官能基を有するポリマー、およびニトリルゴムからなる群から選択されるポリマー、ならびに
(b)請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の可塑剤系
