Abstract

本開示は、一の実施形態において、上述の通り塩化ビニル樹脂と可塑剤を含む重合性組成物を提供する。該重合性組成物は、190℃で100分間熱老化された際に165未満の黄色度を有する。別の実施形態において、該重合性組成物は、190℃で100分間熱老化された際に130〜165未満の黄色度を有する。
重合性組成物は、以下の添加剤のうち1以上を任意で含んでよい。フィラー、難燃剤、熱安定剤、防滴剤、着色料、潤滑剤、低分子量ポリエチレン、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、硬化剤、促進剤、遅延剤、加工助剤、カップリング剤、静電気防止剤、造核剤、スリップ剤、粘度調整剤、粘着性付与剤、アンチブロッキング剤、界面活性剤、エクステンダー油、酸掃去剤、金属不活性化剤、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせ。
本開示は、被覆導体を提供する。被覆導体は、導体と、該導体上の被覆材であって、上述の重合性組成物から形成される被覆材と、と含む。
用語「含む(comprising)」、「含む(including)」、「有する(having)」、及びこれらの派生用語は、他の追加の要素又は過程の存在を除外するものではない。用語「を主成分とする(consisting essentially of)」は、作業性の面で必須のものを除いて、他の要素又は過程を除外する。用語「から成る(consisting of)」は、具体的に明記されていない要素又は過程をすべて除外する。
APHA(American Public Health Association)色相測定は、以下に示すASTM E 1209に従って決定される。ASTM標準E1209及びE313に従って、結果を標準化する。
可塑剤試料が調製され、以下の手順を使用して測定される:
・機器(BYK Gardner−LCM III)が、ハーゼン/アルファ値を測定するよう設定(タッチスクリーンを介して)される。
・測定される各試料は、それぞれの目盛付きキュベットへ慎重に注入(10ml)される。
・試料を入れられたキュベットは、それぞれ、慎重にLCS IIIに配置され、試験ボタンが押され、数秒後、ハーゼン/アルファ数が生成される。この数字は記録され、次いで試料は取り出され、LCS IIIに再度配置され、二度目の測定が行われ(データを記録)、試料には三度目の測定が行われる(データを記録)。
・試料を入れられたキュベットは取り出して保管され、その後LCS IIIは黄色度を測定するよう再設定され、次いで同じキュベットについて黄色度を測定する(三回の測定を記録)。
・各キュベットは空にされ、処分される。
・各試料の測定には、新しい清潔なキュベットが用いられる。
・その後、記録された全てのデータが、対応するSample Trackerに記録される。
なお、機器の測定能力はAPHA値1000を上限とする。
エポキシ酸素の数の分析には、801撹拌ユニットを備えたTitrando 888 Metrohm滴定装置と、Tiamo 2.1ソフトウェアが用いられる。
試料の量 0.15g
電極 pH電極
分注単位 0.1N過塩素酸
試薬:
・ジクロロメタン
・臭化テトラエチルアンモニウムの20%酢酸溶液
工程:
試料0.15gが量り取られ、100mlのビーカーに投入される。その後、30mlのジクロロメタン及び15mlの臭化テトラエチルアンモニウムの20%酢酸溶液が加えられる。混合物は直ちに滴定される。オキシラン値がソフトウェアにより自動的に算出される。

比色計は白黒の標準カラータイルを使用して校正される。比色計はベンチトップスタンドに保持され、試料カップホルダーアセンブリに取り付けられる。スタンドは、測定ポートが上になるよう回転される。製造元の取扱説明書に従って、機器の設定が分析器に入力される。
2.5インチの清潔かつ乾燥したガラス製試料カップに、10mmの黒色の挿入リングが、該カップの底に平らに沈むようはめ込まれる。該リングは、水性試料を通過する光の内部路長を10mmに固定し、測定への干渉の原因となり得る環境光を除外する。均質な混合物を確実に得るため、試料は静かに撹拌される。続いて、ガラス製試料カップは、試料が上記黒色リングよりも上の液位となるまで可塑剤試料で満たされる。液体試料中で、白色のセラミック製タイルが、ディスクの上から、黒色リングの上部に確実に載るまで押し下げられる。該ディスクは、試料中を通過する光を検出器へ戻すように配向するための白い背景を提供する。満たされた試料カップは、カップがポートの中心に位置するよう、試料カップホルダー内の測定ポートに載置される。試料カップは不透明なカバーで覆われる。不透明なカバーは機器外部からの環境光が検出器へ漏れ入るのを防ぐ。
オーブンによる熱老化:可塑剤試料と重合性組成物試料のそれぞれが、II型コンベクションオーブンにおいて190℃で加熱される。試料は様々な時間間隔で収集され、テーブル面に静置されて冷却される。24時間後、これらの試料のそれぞれについてAPHA値及びYI値が測定される。

- エポキシ化大豆油と、6.8%以上のオキシラン値を有するトランスエステル化エポキシ化脂肪酸メチルエステルとの混合物を含み、
190℃で100分間熱老化された際に250〜650のAPHA値を有する、可塑剤。 - 請求項1に記載の可塑剤であって、
35重量%〜65重量%のエポキシ化大豆油と、65重量%〜35重量%のトランスエステル化エポキシ化脂肪酸メチルエステルと、を含む可塑剤。 - 重合性組成物であって、
塩化ビニル樹脂と、
請求項1に記載の可塑剤と、を含む、重合性組成物。 - 請求項5に記載の重合性組成物であって、
前記重合性組成物は、190℃で100分間熱老化された際に165未満の黄色度を有する、重合性組成物。 - 請求項3に記載の重合性組成物であって、
前記塩化ビニル樹脂がポリ塩化ビニルである、重合性組成物。 - 被覆導体であって、
