Claims (13)
- 目標物体(56)の距離範囲及び角方向を計測するための光スキャナ装置(10)において、
光パルスを送信するようになされたパルス源(12)と、
前記送信光パルスを可変掃引方向に掃引区域を横切って掃引するようになされた送信偏向手段(20)と、
前記掃引区域内で反射された受信光パルスを検出するようになされた光検出手段(42)と、
掃引面(15)内で反射された光パルスを前記光検出手段(42)に再誘導するようになされた受信偏向手段(24)と、
更に、前記パルス源(12)から前記送信偏向手段(20)に到る経路上及び前記送信偏向手段(20)から前記掃引区域内に達する少なくとも一部の経路上の送信光パルスを、前記光検出手段(42)と前記受信器偏光手段(24)との間の経路上及び前記掃引区域内に達し且つ前記受信偏向手段(24)上で終わる少なくとも一部の経路上の反射光パルスから光学的に遮蔽するようになされた光遮蔽手段(32)と、を備え、
前記送信偏向手段(20)及び前記受信偏向手段(24)は両方とも、相互に実質的に平行で少なくとも1つの小面を含む複数の多小面ミラーを備え、更に、前記送信偏向手段(20)の前記多小面ミラー及び前記受信偏向手段(24)の前記多小面ミラーは、共通の回転軸(38)上で相互に同期して回転するようになっており、
前記送信偏向手段(20)の前記多小面ミラー及び前記受信偏向手段(24)の前記多小面ミラーは、前記送信偏向手段(20)の前記多小面ミラーと前記受信偏向手段(24)の前記多小面ミラーとを光学的に分離するようになされた溝を備えた分割多小面ミラーを形成していることを特徴とする光スキャナ装置(10)。 - 前記パルス源(12)、前記送信偏向手段(20)、前記受信偏向手段(24)、前記光検出手段(42)、及び前記光遮蔽手段(32)を少なくとも収容するようになされた筐体(18)を更に備え、
前記光遮蔽手段(32)は、前記筐体(18)内部に位置する少なくともすべての経路部分上で送信パルスを受信パルスから遮蔽することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。 - 前記光遮蔽手段(32)は、前記送信器偏光手段(20)の前記多小面ミラーと前記受信偏向手段(24)の前記多小面ミラーとの間の溝、又は前記溝の中に達することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。
- 前記受信偏向手段(24)は、前記掃引面(15)内で反射された光パルスを受信するようになされた静止ミラーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。
- 前記受信偏向手段(24)は平面、球形、又は円筒形のミラー部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。
- 前記パルス源がパルスレーザ又はパルスレーザダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。
- 前記光検出手段(42)は、アバランシェフォトダイオードのような高速、高利得の光検出器を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。
- 前記送信偏向手段(20)及び前記受信偏向手段(24)は、前記掃引区域の傾斜角が可変であるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。
- 前記掃引区域の前記傾斜角は、引き続く掃引間に徐々に段階的に増大する傾斜角で変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。
- 検出範囲(50)が、例えば、電子的な窓開け技法によって可変的に制御可能であるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。
- 前記パルス源(12)から送信された前記光パルスは、前記掃引区域内で反射され且つ前記受信偏向手段(24)によって前記光検出手段(42)に再誘導された光パルスによって形成されたビーム(22)に対して分離され且つ実質的に平行であるビーム(14)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。
- 送信光パルスから送信ビーム(14)を形成するようになされた送信レンズ(16)を、更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。
- 前記受信偏向手段(24)によって再誘導された光パルスの受信ビーム(22)を前記光検出手段(42)に集束するようになされた受信レンズ(40)を、更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の光スキャナ装置(10)。
