Abstract
【解決手段】イナーシャフェーズ中に、副変速機構(30)を第1変速段から第2変速段へと徐々に変速させるとともに、スルー変速比が変化しないように、バリエータ(20)の変速比を副変速機構(30)の変速と逆方向に制御する協調変速を行う協調変速手段と、協調変速時に、エンジン(1)の吹け上がりを判定する吹け上がり判定手段と、協調変速時に吹け上がり判定手段によってエンジン(1)の吹け上がりを判定した場合に、バリエータ(20)の変速速度を低下させる変速速度低下手段と、を備える。

図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態の無段変速機を搭載した車両の概略構成図である。

Claims (6)
- 車両に搭載され、エンジンの回転速度を変速する無段変速機であって、
変速比を無段階に変更することができる無段変速機構(以下、「バリエータ」という)と、
前記バリエータの後段かつ前記バリエータに対して直列に備えられ、前進用変速段として第1変速段と、前記第1変速段よりも変速比が小さい第2変速段と、を備える副変速機構と、
前記車両の運転状態に基づいて、前記バリエータの変速比と前記副変速機構の変速段とを変更して、前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構の全体の変速比であるスルー変速比を変更する変速制御部と、
を備え、
前記変速制御部は、
前記副変速機構を第1変速段から第2変速段へと変速させるイナーシャフェーズ中に、前記副変速機構を第1変速段から第2変速段へと徐々に変速させるとともに、前記スルー変速比が変化しないように、前記バリエータの変速比を前記副変速機構の変速と逆方向に制御する協調変速を行う協調変速手段と、
前記協調変速時に、前記エンジンの吹け上がりを判定する吹け上がり判定手段と、
前記協調変速時に前記吹け上がり判定手段によって前記エンジンの吹け上がりを判定した場合に、前記バリエータの変速速度を低下させる変速速度低下手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 前記変速速度低下手段は、前記エンジンの回転速度が大きいほど、前記バリエータの変速速度の低下の度合いを大きくすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記協調変速時に、前記吹け上がり判定手段によって前記エンジンの吹け上がりを判定した場合に、前記副変速機構の変速速度を増大させる変速速度増大手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記変速速度増大手段は、前記エンジンの回転速度が大きいほど、前記副変速機構の変速速度の増大量を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記吹け上がり判定手段は、前記エンジンの実回転速度と前記変速制御部が算出する目標エンジン回転速度との差分が、第一判定回転速度を超えたときに、前記エンジンの吹け上がりを判定し、
前記イナーシャフェーズの進行度が初期であるほど、前記第一判定回転速度が大きく設定されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機。 - 前記吹け上がり判定手段は、
前記エンジンの実回転速度と前記変速制御部が算出する目標エンジン回転速度との差分が、第一判定回転速度を超えたときに、前記エンジンの吹け上がりを判定し、
前記エンジンの実回転速度と前記変速制御部が算出する目標エンジン回転速度との差分が、前記第一判定回転速度よりも大きい第二判定回転速度を超えたときに、前記エンジンの過大な吹け上がりを判定し、
前記変速速度増大手段は、前記吹け上がり判定手段によって前記エンジンの過大な吹け上がりを判定した場合にのみ、前記副変速機構の変速速度を増大させることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の無段変速機。
