Abstract
【解決手段】変速機コントローラ12は、アクセルペダルが所定開度以上まで踏み込まれたときのみ、副変速機構30の変速段を2速から1速に変更する2−1変速を許可し、実スルー変速比が前記モード切換変速比をHigh側からLow側に跨いで変化したときは、副変速機構30の2−1変速が許可されているときのみ、副変速機構30の変速段を2速から1速に変更する。

Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載され、エンジンの出力回転を変速して駆動輪に伝達する無段変速機であって、
変速比を無段階に変更することができるベルト式無段変速機構(以下、「バリエータ」という。)と、
前記バリエータに対して直列に設けられ、前進用変速段として第1変速段と該第1変速段よりも変速比の小さな第2変速段とを有する副変速機構と、
前記車両の運転状態に基づき、該運転状態で達成すべき前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構の全体の変速比(以下、「スルー変速比」という。)を到達スルー変速比として設定する到達スルー変速比設定手段と、
前記スルー変速比の実際値(以下、「実スルー変速比」という。)が所定の過渡応答で前記到達スルー変速比に追従するように、前記バリエータの変速比及び前記副変速機構の変速段の少なくとも一方を制御する変速制御手段と、
前記エンジンのアクセルペダルが所定開度以上まで踏み込まれたときのみ、前記副変速機構の変速段を前記第2変速段から前記第1変速段に変更する2−1変速を許可する副変速機構2−1変速許可手段と、
を備え、
前記変速制御手段は、前記実スルー変速比が前記モード切換変速比をLow側からHigh側に跨いで変化したときは、前記副変速機構の変速段を前記第1変速段から前記第2変速段に変更し、前記実スルー変速比が前記モード切換変速比をHigh側からLow側に跨いで変化したときは、前記副変速機構の2−1変速が許可されているときのみ、前記副変速機構の変速段を前記第2変速段から前記第1変速段に変更する、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記副変速機構2−1変速許可手段は、
前記アクセルペダルの開度の変化速度が所定速度以上のときにのみ、前記副変速機構の2−1変速を許可する、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記副変速機構2−1変速許可手段は、
車速が所定範囲内のときのみ、前記副変速機構の2−1変速を許可する、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機であって、
前記副変速機構2−1変速許可手段は、
前記到達スルー変速比が、前記バリエータの変速比が最Low変速比で前記副変速機構の変速段が前記第2変速段であるときの前記スルー変速比である高速モード最Low変速比よりも大きいときのみ、前記副変速機構の2−1変速を許可する、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機であって、
前記無段変速機の入力側にロックアップクラッチ付きトルクコンバータを備え、
前記変速制御手段は、前記副変速機構の2−1変速が許可されず、前記バリエータの変速比が最Low変速比に到達した場合は、前記ロックアップクラッチを解放する、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項5に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記変速制御手段は、前記副変速機構の2−1変速が許可されず、前記バリエータの変速比が最Low変速比に到達した状態が所定時間継続した場合に、前記ロックアップクラッチを解放する、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 車両に搭載され、変速比を無段階に変更することができるベルト式無段変速機構(以下、「バリエータ」という。)と、前記バリエータに対して直列に設けられ、前進用変速段として第1変速段と該第1変速段よりも変速比の小さな第2変速段とを有する副変速機構と、を備え、エンジンの出力回転を変速して駆動輪に伝達する無段変速機の制御方法であって、
前記車両の運転状態に基づき、該運転状態で達成すべき前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構の全体の変速比(以下、「スルー変速比」という。)を到達スルー変速比として設定する到達スルー変速比設定ステップと、
前記スルー変速比の実際値(以下、「実スルー変速比」という。)が所定の過渡応答で前記到達スルー変速比に追従するように、前記バリエータの変速比及び前記副変速機構の変速段の少なくとも一方を制御する変速制御ステップと、
前記エンジンのアクセルペダルが所定開度以上まで踏み込まれたときのみ、前記副変速機構の変速段を前記第2変速段から前記第1変速段に変更する2−1変速を許可する副変速機構2−1変速許可ステップと、
を含み、
前記変速制御ステップは、前記実スルー変速比が前記モード切換変速比をLow側からHigh側に跨いで変化したときは、前記副変速機構の変速段を前記第1変速段から前記第2変速段に変更し、前記実スルー変速比が前記モード切換変速比をHigh側からLow側に跨いで変化したときは、前記副変速機構の2−1変速が許可されているときのみ、前記副変速機構の変速段を前記第2変速段から前記第1変速段に変更する、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機の制御方法。
