Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載され、動力源の出力回転を変速して伝達する無段変速機であって、
変速比を無段階に変更することができるバリエータと、
前記バリエータに対して直列に備えられ、低速側の第1変速段及び高速側の第2変速段を有する副変速機構と、
前記車両の運転状態に基づいて目標変速比としての到達スルー変速比を設定し、前記バリエータの変速比及び前記副変速機構の変速段の少なくとも一方を変更して、前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構の全体の変速比であるスルー変速比を所定の応答で到達スルー変速比に追従させる変速制御部と、
を備え、
前記変速制御部は、
予め複数の変速段が設定され、運転者からの変速指示に基づいて前記複数の変速段のいずれか一つに対応する変速比を前記到達スルー変速比として設定するマニュアルモードが選択可能に構成され、
前記マニュアルモードが選択されているときに、運転者からの変速指示に対応する変速比が、前記副変速機が高速側の第2変速段でかつ前記バリエータの変速比が最Lowである第1の変速比と、前記副変速機が低速側の第1変速段でかつ前記バリエータの変速比が最Highである第2の変速比との間である場合に、前記バリエータの変速比のみを変更してスルー変速比を到達スルー変速比へと到達させた後に、前記スルー変速比が変化しないように前記バリエータの変速比を前記副変速機構の変速比の変化に対応して変化させながら前記副変速機構の変速を行うことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 前記変速制御部は、前記マニュアルモードが選択されているときに、運転者からの加速意図を検出した場合は、前記スルー変速比が前記到達スルー変速比へと追従するように、前記バリエータの変速比を前記副変速機構の変速比の変化に対応して変化させながら前記副変速機構の変速を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記変速制御部は、前記車両の減速時であり、前記マニュアルモードが選択され、低車速度であって、かつ、前記副変速機構の変速比が前記高速側の第2変速段である場合に、運転者からの加速意図を検出したときに、前記スルー変速比を前記到達スルー変速比へと追従するように、前記バリエータの変速比を前記副変速機構の変速比の変化に対応して変化させながら前記副変速機構を前記高速側の第2変速段から前記低速側の第1の変速段へと変速を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記変速制御部は、前記マニュアルモードが選択されているときに、運転者からの変速指示があった場合は、
前記バリエータの変速を開始すると共に前記副変速機構を変速させる油圧機構の変速準備を開始し、
前記バリエータの変速によって前記到達スルー変速比へと追従させた後に、前記副変速機構の変速比を変化させることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機。 - 変速比を無段階に変更することができるバリエータと、バリエータに対して直列に備えられる有段の副変速機構と、を備え、車両に搭載され、動力源の出力回転を変速して出力する無段変速機の変速制御方法であって、
車両の運転状態に基づいて目標変速比としての到達スルー変速比を設定し、バリエータの変速比及び副変速機構の変速段の少なくとも一方を変更して、バリエータ及び副変速機構の全体の変速比であるスルー変速比を所定の応答で到達スルー変速比に追従させ、
予め複数の変速段が設定され、運転者からの変速指示に基づいて前記複数の変速段のいずれか一つに対応する変速比を前記到達スルー変速比として設定するマニュアルモードが選択されているときに、運転者からの変速指示に対応する変速比が、前記副変速機が高速側の第2変速段でかつ前記バリエータの変速比が最Lowである第1の変速比と、前記副変速機が低速側の第1変速段でかつ前記バリエータの変速比が最Highである第2の変速比との間である場合に、バリエータの変速比のみを変更してスルー変速比を到達スルー変速比へと追従させ、
その後に、前記スルー変速比が変化しないように前記バリエータの変速比を前記副変速機構の変速比の変化に対応して変化させながら前記副変速機構の変速を行うことを特徴とする無段変速機の変速制御方法。
