Claims (23)
- モナチン、および乳酸と、酒石酸およびクエン酸の内の少なくとも一方と、随意的な他の天然カルボン酸とを含み、リン酸を含まない少なくとも1種類の酸味料を含む天然成分のみからなる天然飲料製品。
- 前記酸味料が、乳酸、酒石酸、およびクエン酸を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の天然飲料製品。
- 前記酸味料が、前記飲料製品の約0.01質量%から約1.0質量%を占めることを特徴とする請求項1記載の天然飲料製品。
- 前記酸味料が、前記飲料製品の約0.05質量%から約0.25質量%を占めることを特徴とする請求項1記載の天然飲料製品。
- 約2.0から約5.0のpHを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の天然飲料製品。
- 炭酸水をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の天然飲料製品。
- 追加の天然甘味料をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の天然飲料製品。
- 前記追加の天然甘味料が、ショ糖、果糖、ブドウ糖、高果糖コーンシロップ、転化糖、メープルシロップ、ハチミツ、黒糖糖蜜、サトウキビ糖蜜、甜菜糖蜜、サトウモロコシシロップ、ソルビトール、マンニトール、キシリトール、グリシルリジン、D−タガトース、エリトリトール、メソ−エリトリトール、マルニトール、麦芽糖、乳糖、フラクトオリゴ糖、羅漢果、モグロサイドV、ステビオール配糖体、キシロース、アラビノース、イソマルト、ラクチトール、マルチトール、トレハロース、ラムノース、リボース、タウマチン、モネリン、ブラゼイン、l−アラニンおよびグリシンの内の少なくとも1種類を含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の天然飲料製品。
- 前記追加の天然甘味料がレバウディオサイドAを含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の天然飲料製品。
- 天然の果物香味料、天然の植物香味料、および天然のスパイス香味料の内の少なくとも1種類を含む天然調味料をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の天然飲料製品。
- 前記天然調味料が天然の果物香味料を含み、該天然の果物香味料が、柑橘類、ベリー、リンゴ、ブドウ、チェリーおよびパイナップルの香味料の内の少なくとも1種類を含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の天然飲料製品。
- 前記天然の果物香味料が柑橘類の香味料を含み、該柑橘類の香味料が、オレンジ、レモン、ライム、タンジェリン、マンダリンオレンジ、タンジェロ、ザボン、およびグレープフルーツの香味料の内の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の飲料製品。
- 前記天然調味料が天然の植物香味料を含み、該天然の植物香味料が、コーラ香味料、茶葉の香味料、およびコーヒーの香味料の内の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の飲料製品。
- 前記天然調味料が天然のスパイス香味料を含み、該天然のスパイス香味料が、桂皮、クローヴ、シナモン、コショウ、生姜、バニラ、カルダモン、コリアンダー、ルートビア、サッサフラス、および朝鮮人参の内の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の飲料製品。
- 前記天然調味料が天然の果物香味料を含み、該天然の果物香味料が、フルーツジュースまたはフルーツジュース濃縮物からなることを特徴とする請求項10記載の飲料製品。
- 前記フルーツジュースまたはフルーツジュース濃縮物が、プラム、プルーン、ナツメヤシ、小粒の干しぶどう、イチジク、ブドウ、干しぶどう、クランベリー、パイナップル、桃、バナナ、リンゴ、西洋梨、グアバ、アプリコット、サスカトゥーンベリー、ブルーベリー、プレインズベリー、プレイリーベリー、マルベリー、エルダーベリー、バルバドスチェリー(アセロラチェリー)、チョークチェリー、ココナッツ、オリーブ、ラズベリー、イチゴ、ハックルベリー、ローガンベリー、デューベリー、ボイゼンベリー、キウイ、チェリー、ブラックベリー、マルメロ、クロウメモドキ、パッションフルーツ、リンボク、ナナカマド、西洋スグリ、ザクロ、柿、マンゴ、大黄、パパイヤ、ライチ、レモン、オレンジ、ライム、タンジェリン、マンダリンオレンジ、タンジェロ、ザボン、およびグレープフルーツの内の少なくとも1つからのものであることを特徴とする請求項15記載の飲料製品。
- 前記天然の果物香味料がフルーツジュースを含み、該フルーツジュースが、前記飲料製品の約0.2質量%から約40質量%を占めることを特徴とする請求項15記載の飲料製品。
- 前記天然の果物香味料がフルーツジュースを含み、該フルーツジュースが、前記飲料製品の約1質量%から約20質量%を占めることを特徴とする請求項15記載の飲料製品。
- カフェイン、カラメルIおよび濃縮リンゴ抽出物、天然保存料、消泡剤、ゴム、乳化剤、茶葉固形物、濁り成分、ミネラル、酸化防止剤、およびビタミン類の内の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の飲料製品。
- 前記飲料製品が、天然のコーラ調味料、およびカラメルIと濃縮リンゴ抽出物を有する着色料をさらに含む天然コーラ飲料であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の天然飲料製品。
- 前記飲料製品が透明であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の天然飲料製品。
- 天然飲料製品の調製方法であって、前記飲料製品中に、モナチン、および乳酸と、酒石酸およびクエン酸の内の少なくとも一方と、随意的な他の天然カルボン酸とを有する酸味料を含ませる工程を有してなる方法。
- 前記天然飲料製品にトンネル滅菌を施す工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項22記載の方法。
