本发明公开了一种甘蔗复合饮料及其制备方法,以甘蔗水提取液、百香果水提取液和甘草水提取液为原料调配而成,各组分的重量份配比为:甘蔗水提取液:百香果水提取液:甘草水提取液=8-10︰2-3︰1-2。这种饮料配方简单,口感酸甜可口,维生素和微量元素含量高,营养丰富,不仅能增进食欲、促进消化,还能补脾益气、清热解毒,具有较强的保健作用。

本发明涉及饮料,具体是一种甘蔗复合饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
甘蔗有清热下气、助脾健胃、利大小肠、止渴消痰、除烦解酒的功效,可改善心烦口渴、便秘、酒醉、口臭,肺热咳嗽、咽喉肿痛等症。现代医学研究表明,甘蔗中含有丰富的糖分、水分,此外,还含有对人体新陈代谢非常有益的各种维生素、脂肪、蛋白质、有机酸、钙、铁等物质。甘蔗不但能给食物增添甜味,而且还可以提供人体所需的营养和热量。甘蔗营养丰富,因其不易长期贮藏,且贮藏成本较高,通常直接食用,其经济价值较低,而且味道单一,不利于工业化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种甘蔗复合饮料,该饮料酸甜可口,工艺简单,制作容易,成本低,而且富含维生素,营养丰富。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种甘蔗复合饮料,以甘蔗水提取液、百香果水提取液和甘草水提取液为原料调配而成,各组分的重量份配比为:甘蔗水提取液:百香果水提取液:甘草水提取液=8-10︰2-3︰1-2。
所述甘蔗水提取液其原料重量份配比为:甘蔗︰水=1:5-6。
所述百香果水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:百香果:水=1:7-9。
所述甘草水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:甘草:水=1:12-15。
上述甘蔗复合饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备甘蔗水提取液:按原料重量份配比称料,将甘蔗清洗干净后用刀剁成4节,削皮后竖着切为4段,放入在不锈钢容器中,加入清水煮沸后,小火提取10-15分钟,过滤去渣,得甘蔗水提取液;
(2)制备百香果水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取成熟的百香果,洗净,将果实剖开,挖出果肉,进行籽肉分离,并打碎成粒状,加入清水搅拌后在不锈钢容器中煮沸3-5分钟,过滤,去渣,得百香果水提取液;
(3)制备甘草水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取甘草,洗净切片,加入清水在不锈钢容器中煮沸8-10分钟,过滤,去渣,得甘草水提取液;
(4)将步骤(1)所得的甘蔗水提取液和步骤(2)的百香果水提取液及步骤(3)的甘草水提取液按8-10︰2-3︰1-2的重量份配比调配,混合均匀;
(5)分装、灭菌后制成产品。
本发明的特点是:配方中的甘蔗含有许多维生素和营养素,含糖量十分丰富,约为18-20%,还含有多量的铁、钙、磷、锰、锌等人体必需的微量元素,其中铁的含量特别多,每公斤达9毫克,居水果之首;味甘性寒,甘可滋补养血,寒可清热生津,有滋养润燥的功效。百香果香气浓郁,甜酸可口,能生津止渴,提神醒脑,食用后能增进食欲,促进消化腺分泌,有助消化;果实中含有多种维生素,能降低血脂,防治动脉硬化,降低血压;内含多达165种化合物,17种氨基酸和抗癌的有效成分,能防治细胞老化、癌变,有抗衰老,养容颜的功效。甘草补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药,用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多。上述原料经科学调配后,口感更佳,还具有营养健身效果。
该饮料配方简单,口感酸甜可口,维生素和微量元素含量高,营养丰富,不仅能增进食欲、促进消化,还能补脾益气、清热解毒,具有较强的保健作用。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种甘蔗复合饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备甘蔗水提取液:按原料重量份配比称料,将甘蔗清洗干净后切段,放入在不锈钢容器中,加入清水煮沸后,小火提取12分钟,过滤去渣,得甘蔗水提取液,甘蔗与清水的比例为:1:5;
(2)制备百香果水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取成熟的百香果,洗净,将果实剖开,挖出果肉,进行籽肉分离,并打碎成粒状,加入清水搅拌后在不锈钢容器中煮沸4分钟,过滤,去渣,得百香果水提取液,百香果肉与清水的比例为:1:8;
(3)制备甘草水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取甘草,洗净切片,加入清水在不锈钢容器中煮沸10分钟,过滤,去渣,得甘草水提取液,甘草与水的比例为:1:12;
(4)将步骤(1)所得的甘蔗水提取液和步骤(2)的百香果水提取液及步骤(3)的甘草水提取液按9︰3︰2的重量份配比勾兑,混合均匀;
(5)分装、灭菌后制成产品。

1.一种甘蔗复合饮料,以甘蔗水提取液、百香果水提取液和甘草水提取液为原料调配而成,各组分的重量份配比为:甘蔗水提取液:百香果水提取液:甘草水提取液=8-10︰2-3︰1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合饮料,其特征是:所述甘蔗水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:甘蔗︰水=1:5-6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合饮料,其特征是:所述百香果水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:百香果:水=1:7-9。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合饮料,其特征是:所述甘草水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:甘草:水=1:12-15。
5.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的甘蔗复合饮料的制备方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)制备甘蔗水提取液:按原料重量份配比称料,将甘蔗清洗干净后切段,放入在不锈钢容器中,加入清水煮沸后,小火提取10-15分钟,过滤去渣,得甘蔗水提取液;
