本发明公开了一种芒果复合饮料,以芒果水提取液、百香果水提取液和仙人掌水提取液为原料调配而成,各组分的重量份配比为:芒果水提取液:百香果水提取液:仙人掌水提取液:蜂蜜=10-12︰4-5︰5-6:1-2。该饮料配方简单,口感酸甜可口,维生素、微量元素和氨基酸含量高,营养丰富,不仅能促进消化,起到美容效果,还能补脾益气、清热解毒,具有较强的保健作用。

本发明涉及饮料,具体是一种芒果复合饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
芒果(Mangifera indica),漆树科。果实含有丰富的糖、蛋白质、粗纤维、维生素、矿物质、脂肪等对人体有益成分。芒果为著名热带水果之一,因其果肉细腻,风味独特,营养丰富,深受人们喜爱,所以素有“热带果王”之誉称 。但因其不易长期贮藏,且贮藏成本较高,通常直接食用,其经济价值较低,而且味道单一,不利于工业化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种芒果复合饮料,该饮料酸甜可口,工艺简单,制作容易,成本低,而且富含维生素,营养丰富。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种芒果复合饮料,以芒果水提取液、百香果水提取液和仙人掌水提取液为原料调配而成,各组分的重量份配比为:芒果水提取液:百香果水提取液:仙人掌水提取液:蜂蜜=10-12︰4-5︰5-6:1-2。
所述芒果水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:芒果︰水=1:7-9。
所述百香果水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:百香果:水=1:10-12。
所述仙人掌水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:仙人掌:水=1:8-10。
上述芒果复合饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备芒果水提取液:按原料重量份配比称料,将芒果去皮后切成粒状,放入在不锈钢容器中,加入清水煮沸后,小火提取15-20分钟,过滤去渣,得芒果水提取液,备用;
(2)制备百香果水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取成熟的百香果,洗净去皮,进行籽肉分离,并打碎成粒状,加入清水搅拌后在不锈钢容器中煮沸10-15分钟,过滤,去渣,得百香果水提取液,备用;
(3)制备仙人掌水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取仙人掌去皮洗净切成粒状,加入清水在不锈钢容器中煮沸25-30分钟,过滤,去渣,得仙人掌水提取液,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)所得的芒果水提取液和步骤(2)的百香果水提取液及步骤(3)的仙人掌水提取液,再加入蜂蜜按10-12︰4-5︰5-6:1-2的重量份配比调配,混合均匀;
(5)分装、灭菌后制成产品。
本发明的特点是:配方中芒果含有丰富的糖、蛋白质、粗纤维、维生素、矿物质、脂肪等对人体有益成分。常食芒果具清肠胃、防治便秘、动脉硬化、防治高血压、美化肌肤、抗癌的功效。百香果含有非常丰富的维生素、有机酸、尼克酸、氨基酸、亚油酸、矿物质、β—胡萝卜素、蕃茄红素、可溶性膳食纤维、生物碱、黄酮类等160多种人体必需的有益成分,常食用鸡蛋果具有提神醒脑、养颜美容、生津止渴、帮助消化、化痰止咳、缓解便秘、活血强身、提高人体免疫功能、滋阴补肾、消除疲劳、降压降脂、延缓衰老、抗高血压的功效。仙人掌含有人体必需的8种氨基酸和多种微量元素,不仅对人体有清热解毒、健胃补脾、清咽润肺、养颜护肤等诸多作用,还对肝癌、糖尿病、支气管炎等病症有明显治疗作用,另外,还高钾、低钠、低糖。上述原料经科学调配后,口感更佳,还具有营养健身效果。上述原料经科学调配后,口感更佳,还具有营养健身效果。

(1)制备芒果水提取液:按原料重量份配比称料,将芒果去皮后切成粒状,放入在不锈钢容器中,加入清水煮沸后,小火提取15分钟,过滤去渣,得芒果水提取液,备用;芒果与水的比例为1:8;
(2)制备百香果水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取成熟的百香果,洗净去皮,进行籽肉分离,并打碎成粒状,加入清水搅拌后在不锈钢容器中煮沸10-15分钟,过滤,去渣,得百香果水提取液,备用;百香果与水的比例为1:12;
(3)制备仙人掌水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取仙人掌去皮洗净切成粒状,加入清水在不锈钢容器中煮沸25-30分钟,过滤,去渣,得仙人掌水提取液,备用;仙人掌与水的比例为1:8;
(4)将步骤(1)所得的芒果水提取液和步骤(2)的百香果水提取液及步骤(3)的仙人掌水提取液,再加入蜂蜜按12︰5︰6:2的重量份配比调配,混合均匀;
(5)分装、灭菌后制成产品。

1.一种芒果复合饮料,其特征是:以芒果水提取液、百香果水提取液和仙人掌水提取液为原料调配而成,各组分的重量份配比为:芒果水提取液:百香果水提取液:仙人掌水提取液:蜂蜜=10-12︰4-5︰5-6:1-2。
