Abstract
本发明提供了一种刺梨汁饮料及其制备方法,其中刺梨汁饮料以重量份计包括:刺梨果块30~35份,木糖醇5~10份,褐胶0.3~0.5份,异维生素C钠0.02~0.05份,苯甲酸钠0.01~0.03份,纯净水40~55份。本发明的刺梨汁饮料经原料处理、切块、预煮软化消毒后,冷却装罐,罐内注汁,过滤、灭菌、密封等工序制得成品。本发明生产方法科学合理,使饮料内刺梨果块比较完好地保持了刺梨的结构,饮用时可以品尝刺梨果肉特有的鲜美风味,且有效成分不被破坏,提高饮品的营养和保健功效,食用效果理想。

技术领域
本发明属于食品技术领域,具体涉及一种刺梨汁饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的果茶种类繁多,比较常见的有山楂果茶、鲜桃果茶等。这些果茶中成分单一,因而在保健功能上尚存在一些缺点。另外,现有果茶及果汁生产方式大多采用传统的提取浓缩工艺,这种加工方法易使鲜果及鲜菜中的有效成分被破坏或流失,从而降低保健效果,食用效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种刺梨汁饮料,刺梨的有效成分不被破坏,食用效果理想。
一种刺梨汁饮料,以重量份计包括:刺梨果块30~35份,木糖醇5~10份,褐胶0.3~0.5份,异维生素C钠0.02~0.05份,苯甲酸钠0.01~0.03份,纯净水40~55份。
上述刺梨汁饮料,以重量份计包括:刺梨果块32份,木糖醇8份,褐胶0.4份,异维生素C钠0.03份,苯甲酸钠0.02份,纯净水48份。
上述刺梨汁饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将刺梨洗净晾干,然后去核切块,经预煮软化消毒后,冷却装罐,向罐内注入木糖醇、褐胶、异维生素C钠、苯甲酸钠和纯净水的混合液,搅拌均匀后,过滤,所得滤液灭菌、密封,得成品。
刺梨为蔷薇科植物缫丝花的果实,又名茨梨、木梨子,是滋补健身的营养珍果。刺梨的药用价值很高,其花、叶果、籽可入药,有健胃、消食、滋补,止泻的功效。特别是刺梨富含SOD,SOD是国际公认具有抗衰、防癌作用的活性物质,还具有抗病毒、抗辐射的作用,在心血管、消化系统和各种肿瘤疾病防治方面。刺梨的果实富含糖、维生素、胡萝卜素、有机酸和20多种氨基酸、10余种对人体有益的微量元素,以及过氧化物歧化酶。尤其是维生素C含量极高,是当前水果中最高的,每100克鲜果中含量841.58~3541.13毫克,是柑橘的50倍,猕猴桃的10倍,具有“维生素C之王”的美称。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点在于:生产方法科学合理,使饮料内刺梨果块比较完好地保持了刺梨的结构,饮用时可以品尝刺梨果肉特有的鲜美风味,且有效成分不被破坏,提高饮品的营养和保健功效,食用效果理想。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种刺梨汁饮料,以重量份计包括:刺梨果块30份,木糖醇5份,褐胶0.3份,异维生素C钠0.02份,苯甲酸钠0.01份,纯净水40份。
上述刺梨汁饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将刺梨洗净晾干,然后去核切块,经预煮软化消毒后,冷却装罐,向罐内注入木糖醇、褐胶、异维生素C钠、苯甲酸钠和纯净水的混合液,搅拌均匀后,过滤,所得滤液灭菌、密封,得成品。

一种刺梨汁饮料,以重量份计包括:刺梨果块35份,木糖醇10份,褐胶0.5份,异维生素C钠0.05份,苯甲酸钠0.03份,纯净水55份。

本发明制备得到的刺梨汁饮料完好地保持了刺梨果肉的结构,饮用时可以品尝刺梨果肉特有的鲜美风味,且有效成分不被破坏,经测定刺梨汁饮料中平均含有维生素C 2758.35毫克,比普通猕猴桃汁高出80%。

1.一种刺梨汁饮料,其特征在于,以重量份计包括:刺梨果块30~35份,木糖醇5~10份,褐胶0.3~0.5份,异维生素C钠0.02~0.05份,苯甲酸钠0.01~0.03份,纯净水40~55份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刺梨汁饮料,其特征在于,以重量份计包括:刺梨果块32份,木糖醇8份,褐胶0.4份,异维生素C钠0.03份,苯甲酸钠0.02份,纯净水48份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的刺梨汁饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将刺梨洗净晾干,然后去核切块,经预煮软化消毒后,冷却装罐,向罐内注入木糖醇、褐胶、异维生素C钠、苯甲酸钠和纯净水的混合液,搅拌均匀后,过滤,所得滤液灭菌、密封,得成品。
