本发明公开了刺梨饮料,按照重量计,由刺梨10‑20份、白砂糖4‑8份、蜂蜜1‑2份、苹果酸2‑4份、纯净水40‑60份组成。本发明的刺梨饮料,口感纯正、酸甜可口、饮用舒适,能为饮用者提供大量的维生素C,是一种消暑、解渴、开味健脾的保健饮料,也是一种适合家庭聚会,酒宴必备的大众饮料。采用高温杀菌的工艺,有效的保留了刺梨的营养成分。具有开胃健脾、补充维生素等作用,常饮有利于人们的身体健康。

本发明涉及一种刺梨饮料及其制备方法,属于饮料制备技术领域。
背景技术
刺梨的药用价值很高,其花、叶果、籽可入药,有健胃、消食、滋补,止泻的功效。特别是刺梨富含超氧化物歧化酶(简称 SOD),SOD 是国际公认具有抗衰、防癌作用的活性物质,还具有抗病毒、抗辐射的作用,在心血管、消化系统和各种肿瘤疾病防治方面,应用十分广泛。刺梨的果实同时也是加工保健食品的上等原料,成熟的刺梨肉质肥厚、味酸甜、果实富含糖、维生素、胡萝卜素、有机酸和 20 多种氨基酸、10 余种对人体有益的微量元素,以及过氧化物歧化酶。尤其是维生素 C 含量极高,是当前水果中最高的,每 100 克鲜果中含量841.58~3541.13 毫克,是柑橘的50 倍,猕猴桃的 10 倍,具有“维生素 C 之王”的美称。因 此,技术人员根据刺梨的特性,将其加工成一种口感独特的刺梨饮料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种刺梨饮料及其制备方法。该刺梨饮料具有具有开胃健脾、补充维生素等作用。
本发明的技术方案:一种刺梨饮料,按照重量计,由刺梨10-20份、白砂糖4-8份、蜂蜜 1-2份、苹果酸2-4份、纯净水40-60份组成。
前述的刺梨饮料,其特征在于:由刺梨15份、白砂糖6份、蜂蜜1.5份、苹果酸3份、纯净水50份组成。
前述的刺梨饮料及其制备方法,包括有以下步骤:
(1)将刺梨切成片状,去核、烘干、粉碎、微波炉干燥3-5分钟、杀菌,制得A品;
(2)果汁熬制 :把备好的纯净水、制得的A品、放入夹层锅中,用蒸气进行加热熬制70℃,添加白砂糖、蜂蜜、苹果酸、继续加热到 80℃ ,继续熬5~8分钟,得刺梨饮料;
(3)将熬制好的刺梨饮料用300目的晒网进行精密过滤 ;
(4)灌装:待熬制好的刺梨饮料冷却到 60℃左右时,再次过滤后进行灌装、90-100℃高温杀菌10-15分钟,喷码、包装、入库、即得。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的刺梨饮料具有以下优点:

一种刺梨饮料,按照重量计,由刺梨10-20份、白砂糖4-8份、蜂蜜 1-2份、苹果酸2-4份、纯净水40-60份组成。

(1)将刺梨切成片状,去核、烘干、粉碎、微波炉干燥3-5分钟、杀菌,制得A品;
(2)果汁熬制 :把备好的纯净水、制得的A品、放入夹层锅中,用蒸气进行加热熬制70℃,添加白砂糖、蜂蜜、苹果酸、继续加热到 80℃ ,继续熬5~8分钟,得刺梨饮料;
(3)将熬制好的刺梨饮料用300目的晒网进行精密过滤 ;
(4)灌装:待熬制好的刺梨饮料冷却到 60℃左右时,再次过滤后进行灌装、90-100℃高温杀菌10-15分钟,喷码、包装、入库、即得。

(3)将熬制好的刺梨饮料用300目的晒网进行精密过滤 ;
(4)灌装:待熬制好的刺梨饮料冷却到 60℃左右时,再次过滤后进行灌装、95℃高温杀菌12分钟,喷码、包装、入库、即得。

1. 一种刺梨饮料,其特征在于:按照重量计,由刺梨10-20份、白砂糖4-8份、蜂蜜 1-2份、苹果酸2-4份、纯净水40-60份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刺梨饮料,其特征在于:由刺梨15份、白砂糖6份、蜂蜜1.5份、苹果酸3份、纯净水50份组成。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的刺梨饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于:包括有以下步骤:
(1)将刺梨切成片状,去核、烘干、粉碎、微波炉干燥3-5分钟、杀菌,制得A品;
(2)果汁熬制 :把备好的纯净水、制得的A品、放入夹层锅中,用蒸气进行加热熬制70℃,添加白砂糖、蜂蜜、苹果酸、继续加热到 80℃ ,继续熬5~8分钟,得刺梨饮料;
(3)将熬制好的刺梨饮料用300目的晒网进行精密过滤 ;
(4)灌装:待熬制好的刺梨饮料冷却到 60℃左右时,再次过滤后进行灌装、90-100℃高温杀菌10-15分钟,喷码、包装、入库、即得。
