背景技术
火龙果为热带、亚热带水果,喜光耐阴、耐热耐旱、喜肥耐瘠火,原产地中美洲,后传入中国大陆的海南、广西、广东、福建、云南等省区。火龙果清甜可口,且富含钙、磷、铁等矿物质。火龙果对人体健康有绝佳的食疗功效,主要是因为它含有一般植物少有的植物性白蛋白及花青素。火龙果中的白蛋白是具黏性、胶质性的物质,对重金属中毒有解毒的功效,对胃壁还有保护作用。花青素在葡萄皮、红甜菜等果蔬中都含有,但以火龙果果皮中的花青素含量最高,特别是红心火龙果,花青素具有抗氧化、抗自由基、抗衰老的作用,还能提高对脑细胞变性的预防,抑制痴呆症的作用。同时,火龙果还含有美白皮肤的维生素C及丰富的具有减肥、降低血糖、润肠、预防大肠癌的水溶性膳食纤维。火龙果的果籽,含有大量不饱和脂肪酸及抗氧化物质,也具有诸多的保健功效。
目前市场上以火龙果深加工的饮料少之又少,特别是火龙果的饮料。

本发明的目的:针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供了一种火龙果饮料,本发明具有味道酸甜适口,营养丰富,清热解毒,增强人体抵抗力,具有很好的保健效果和市场前景广阔。
本发明的技术方案为:一种火龙果饮料,按重量份计算,由以下成分组成:火龙果10-20份、金银花5-10份、水晶梨4-8份、桑葚6-12份、稳定剂1-5份、蜂蜜2-7份、水20-40份。
优选的,一种火龙果饮料,按重量份计算,由以下成分组成:火龙果15份、金银花6份、水晶梨7份、桑葚8份、稳定剂4份、蜂蜜5份、水30份。
优选的,一种火龙果饮料,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
1)、取新鲜的火龙果,去皮,放入水中热烫1~3min,然后将火龙果果肉与水按1:1的比例打浆,在70~80℃的温度下浸提7~12min后离心取汁,即制得火龙果浆汁,待用;
2)、将水晶梨洗净,切块,放入榨汁机榨汁,的水晶梨果汁,备用;
3)、将金银花、桑葚去杂,洗净,用水煮30-60min,过滤,消毒,得金银花和桑葚混合液,待用;
4)、将步骤1)所得火龙果浆汁,步骤2)所得的水晶梨果汁,步骤3)所得金银花和桑葚混合液,混合,缓慢均匀搅拌,并加入稳定剂、蜂蜜、和适量的水慢慢稀释,然后消毒,装瓶,即可得饮料。

火龙果:火龙果果实中的花青素含量较高,尤其是红肉的品种。花青素是一种效用明显的抗氧化剂,能有效防止血管硬化,从而可阻止心脏病发作和血凝块形成引起的脑中风;它还能对抗自由基,有效抗衰老;还能提高对脑细胞变性的预防,抑制痴呆症的发生。
金银花:金银花为忍冬科忍冬属植物忍冬及同属植物干燥花蕾或带初开的花。金银花自古被誉为清热解毒的良药。金银花味甘、苦,性寒。归肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒消痈散肿,凉血止痢。性甘寒气芳香,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又可祛邪,金银花既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒,用于各种热性病,如身热、发疹、发斑、痈肿疔疮,喉痹等证,均效果显著。金银花又是药食两用之品,是人们常用的消暑纳凉的饮品。

3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的一种火龙果饮料,其特征在于,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
1)、取新鲜的火龙果,去皮,放入水中热烫1~3min,然后将火龙果果肉与水按1:1的比例打浆,在70~80℃的温度下浸提7~12min后离心取汁,即制得火龙果浆汁,待用;
