背景技术
随着我国国民经济的迅速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养的要求也越来越高。目前,在目前国际和国内食品市场,生产商为提高食品的营养价值及功效,普遍采用营养强化剂。食品市场上出售的功能食品多种多样,大多采用的是单一品种为主要原料,在加工制造的过程中,还添加了各种各样的添加剂,例如:防腐剂、调味剂、分散剂、增稠剂等。

本发明就是为了解决现有功能食品营养成份单一,添加剂易对人体产生不利影响的技术问题,提供一种配方合理、具有多种营养成分、无添加剂并且具有清火水果粉的功能食品。
为此,本发明提供的具有清火水果粉的功能食品,由以下重量份的各原料制成:梨10-40份、西瓜10-50份、柚子20-40份、金银花15-35份、火龙果18-48份、蜂蜜10-30份。
本发明优势的技术方案是,功能食品由以下重量份的各原料制成:梨15-35份、西瓜12-46份、柚子22-38份、金银花15-35份、火龙果20-36份、蜂蜜15-28份。
本发明进一步优选的技术方案是,功能食品由以下重量份的各原料制成:梨20份、西瓜15份、柚子25份、金银花19份、火龙果30份、蜂蜜25份。
本发明中所使用梨性寒味甘,有润肺止咳、滋阴清热的作用。梨含有蛋白质,脂肪,糖,粗纤维,钙、磷、铁等矿物质和多种维生素,能促进食欲,帮助消化,并有利尿通便和清热解火的功效。
本发明中所使用的西瓜果汁含量丰富,含有人体所需的营养成分,如大量的蔗糖、果酸、葡萄糖,丰富的维生素C、果酸、有机酸、氨基酸以及钙、磷、铁等矿物质。西瓜味甘淡、性寒,具有清热解暑、生津止渴、利尿、开胃助消化等功能。

本发明中所使用的金银花性甘寒清热而不伤胃。既能驱散风热,还能清热解毒,用于身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疮痈、咽喉肿痛等症状,金银花的药用功效主要是清热及抗病毒,对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、伤寒、以及流感病毒等都有明显抑制作用。

(2)将梨、西瓜、柚子、金银花、火龙果分别在-7~-15度温度下进行低温冷冻干燥,粉碎成60-80目粉状;混合均匀,再用超微粉碎设备加工成260-320目粉状。将超微粉碎的各原料按比例放进搅拌罐,加蜂蜜与所述各原料总重量5-10%的水搅拌20-30分钟,充分搅拌均匀后利用辊扎设备扎成3mm-6mm厚度,用80-100度烘烤制成。
所述步骤(2)中的超微粉在以下条件进行:超微粉碎温度控制在6度-18度,各原料的粉碎中心粒径控制在10um。

将梨、西瓜、柚子、金银花、火龙果分别在-15度温度下进行低温冷冻干燥,粉碎成80目粉状;混合均匀,再用超微粉碎设备(济南德伦机械设备有限公司生产,型号XDW-F100)加工成320目粉状。将超微粉碎的各原料按比例放进搅拌罐,加蜂蜜与所述各原料总重量10%的水搅拌30分钟,充分搅拌均匀后利用辊扎设备扎成6mm厚度,用80度烘烤制成。
超微粉碎温度控制在10度,各原料的粉碎中心粒径控制在10um以下。

一种具有清火水果粉的全新功能食品,其按下述步骤制得:梨32kg、西瓜25kg、柚子30kg、金银花33kg、火龙果21kg、蜂蜜27kg:其制备方法同实施例1。

2.根据权利要求1所述的具有清火水果粉的功能食品,其特征在于,由如下重量组份的成分制成:梨15-35份、西瓜12-46份、柚子22-38份、金银花15-35份、火龙果20-36份、蜂蜜15-28份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有清火水果粉的功能食品,其特征在于,由如下重量组份的成分制成:梨20份、西瓜15份、柚子25份、金银花19份、火龙果30份、蜂蜜25份。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的具有清火水果粉的功能食品的制备方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:
(1)按下述重量份称取各原料:梨10-40份、西瓜10-50份、柚子20-40份、金银花15-35份、火龙果18-48份、蜂蜜10-30份;
(2)将梨、西瓜、柚子、金银花、火龙果分别在-7~-15度温度下进行低温冷冻干燥,粉碎成60-80目粉状;混合均匀,再用超微粉碎设备加工成260-320目粉状;将超微粉碎的各原料按比例放进搅拌罐,加蜂蜜与所述各原料总重量5-10%的水搅拌20-30分钟,充分搅拌均匀后利用辊扎设备扎成3mm-6mm厚度,用80-100度烘烤制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有清火水果粉的功能食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的超微粉在以下条件进行:超微粉碎温度控制在6度-18度,各原料的粉碎中心粒径控制在10um以下。
