背景技术
蜜桔清香、酸甜、凉润,营养丰富,药用价值很高,是人们喜食的水果之一,也是医学界公认的最具食疗效果的水果。但因其不易长期贮藏,且贮藏成本较高,通常直接食用,其经济价值较低,而且味道单一,不利于工业化生产。

本发明的目的在于提供一种蜜桔复合饮料及制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种蜜桔复合饮料及制备方法,以蜜桔水提取液、百香果水提取液和桑椹水提取液为原料调配而成,各组分的重量份配比为:蜜桔水提取液:百香果水提取液:桑椹水提取液:蜂蜜=8-10︰4-5︰2-3:2-3。
优选地,所述蜜桔水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:蜜桔︰水=1:8-10。
优选地,所述百香果水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:百香果:水=1:10-12。
优选地所述桑椹水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:桑椹:水=1:12-15。
一种蜜桔复合饮料的制备方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
A、制备蜜桔水提取液:按原料重量份配比称料,将蜜桔剥皮,只留下果肉清洗干净,放入在不锈钢容器中,加入清水煮沸后,小火提取50-60分钟,过滤去渣,得蜜桔水提取液,备用;
B、制备百香果水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取成熟的百香果,洗净去皮,进行籽肉分离,并打碎成粒状,加入清水搅拌后在不锈钢容器中煮沸20-30分钟,过滤,去渣,得百香果水提取液,备用;
C、制备桑椹水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取桑椹,洗净,切成粒状,加入清水在不锈钢容器中煮沸25-30分钟,过滤,去渣,得桑椹水提取液,备用;
D、将步骤A所得的蜜桔水提取液和步骤B百香果的百香果提取液及步骤C的桑椹水提取液,再加入蜂蜜按10-12︰4-5︰2-3:1-2的重量份配比调配,混合均匀;
E、分装、灭菌后制成产品。

本发明的特点是:配方中的蜜桔味道清香、酸甜、凉润,营养丰富,药用价值很高。有止咳平喘、清热化痰、健脾消食、解酒除烦的医疗作用;含有非常丰富的维生素C以及类胰岛素等成分,有降血糖、降血脂、减肥、美肤养容等功效。经常食用,对高血压、糖尿病、血管硬化等疾病有辅助治疗作用,对肥胖者有健体养颜功能。蜜桔还具有健胃、润肺、补血、清肠、利便等功效,可促进伤口愈合,对败血症等有良好的辅助疗效。百香果含有非常丰富的维生素、有机酸、尼克酸、氨基酸、亚油酸、矿物质、β—胡萝卜素、蕃茄红素、可溶性膳食纤维、生物碱、黄酮类等160多种人体必需的有益成分,常食用鸡蛋果具有提神醒脑、养颜美容、生津止渴、帮助消化、化痰止咳、缓解便秘、活血强身、提高人体免疫功能、滋阴补肾、消除疲劳、降压降脂、延缓衰老、抗高血压的功效。桑椹含有多种化合物、氨基酸、维生素、有机酸等多种对人体有益成分,具有解毒消炎、健胃通便、美容护肤、抗菌、抗衰老的功效。上述原料经科学调配后,口感更佳,还具有营养健身效果。
