目前,市场上销售的饮料有很多种,如加汽碳酸饮料、果汁饮料、保健茶饮料、中药保健饮料、功能性保健饮料、运动饮料等,这些饮料对丰富人们的生活、促进人体健康起到较大作用。从许多文献资料中我们可以了解到,水果中富含多种有机酸如苹果酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、奎宁酸、鞣酸、单宁酸、尼克酸、水杨酸等,还含有人体必需的多种维生素如维生素B、维生素C、胡萝卜素以及纤维素、果糖、糖苷、淀粉、矿物质、微量元素等,经常吃水果可以补充每日三餐以外的营养成分。此外,据资料显示,用米醋浸蛋制成“保健醋蛋液”是我国民间用来防治疾病的传统经验疗法,对内科、外科、皮肤科等一百多种常见病有不同程度的疗效。现代医学研究表明,果醋中含有醋酸,可将蛋壳的不溶性钙变为可溶性、易吸收的醋酸钙,添加的酵母粉及甜酒粉还可将蛋中长链蛋白质分解成短链蛋白质,可溶于水,易于人体吸收。资料显示,醋蛋可调整与弥补人体营养状况,改善和提高新陈代谢水平,有助于机体内的细胞再生、分裂、软化血管,增进血液循环,有利于体内基础代谢和物质代谢的正常运行,增强体质,提高抗病、免疫、延缓衰老等防治疾病的功能,对高血压、脑血栓后遗症、冠心病、心绞痛、胆囊炎、气管炎、风湿痛、失眠、便秘、胃下垂、肩周炎、糖尿病等效果较显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据水果、果醋蛋的营养成分,以及中药保健的特点,进行科学配伍、合理调配,制成一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,主要由水果、禽蛋、中药及辅料制成,所述水果的重量份数为10-15份,所述禽蛋的重量份数为11-13份,所述中药的重量份数分别为:绞股蓝1-2份、山楂叶2-3份、淮山3-5份、枸杞子1-1.5份、红枣1.8-2份、陈皮1-2份、罗汉果2.2-2.4份、龙眼肉1.8-2份、金银花1.8-2份、银杏叶3-5份,所述辅料的重量份数分别为:果醋6-8份、白糖14-16份、蜜糖1.8-2份、牛磺酸1.8-2份、山梨酸钾0.45-0.5份、干酵母0.4-0.6份、甜酒粉0.1-0.3份、灭菌泉水15-35份。
进一步地,所述的一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,其原料组分和重量份数为:水果13份、禽蛋12份、绞股蓝1.5份、山楂叶2.5份、淮山4份、枸杞子1.3份、红枣1.9份、陈皮1.5份、罗汉果2.3份、龙眼肉1.9份、金银花1.9份、银杏叶4份、果醋7份、白糖15份、蜜糖1.9份、牛磺酸1.9份、山梨酸钾0.48份、干酵母0.5份、甜酒粉0.2份、灭菌泉水25份。

进一步地,果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料的制备方法,先将所述的原料组分和重量份数分类制成蛋钙液、中药提取液和鲜果汁,将蛋钙液、中药提取液和鲜果汁合并,再加入白糖14-16份、蜜糖1.8-2份、牛磺酸1.8-2份、山梨酸钾0.45-0.5份,搅拌溶解,再加入余下的灭菌泉水,搅匀,经胶体磨均质,常规方法灭菌,过滤,分装即得到果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料产品。
进一步地,所述蛋钙液的制备方法是将11-13份禽蛋洗净,再将禽蛋打烂,禽蛋液打散备用,将禽蛋壳捻碎加入果醋2-3份,待蛋壳醋渍24小时后,加入蛋液和干酵母0.1-0.2份,拌匀,发酵后,在121℃高压灭菌30min,取出用匀浆机掏碎,再加入果醋4-5份、适量灭菌泉水及干酵母0.2-0.4份,拌匀,封盖,控制温度40℃,发酵48小时后,加入甜酒粉0.1-0.3份,拌匀,继续在40℃温度下发酵48-72小时,过滤,得到蛋钙液。
进一步地,所述中药提取液的制备方法是将绞股蓝1-2份、山楂叶2-3份、淮山3-5份、枸杞子1-1.5份、红枣1.8-2份、陈皮1-2份、罗汉果2.2-2.4份、龙眼肉1.8-2份、金银花1.8-2份、银杏叶3-5份分别去杂,水洗,切碎,加入原料组分总重量的6-8倍灭菌泉水,在蒸煮罐中煎煮1-2小时后过滤,药渣加入原料组分总重量的3-5倍灭菌泉水复煮1-2小时后过滤,合并滤液,按常规方法浓缩至0.5-1倍药材量,放置沉淀槽中静置过夜,取上清液得到中药提取液。
进一步地,所述鲜果汁的制备方法是将葡萄、百香果、酸梅、杨桃、皇帝柑、胡萝卜等一种以上共10-15份,洗净,除去泥沙等杂物,再用螺杆挤压机绞碎成果泥,加入灭菌泉水10-12份,搅匀,高速离心机120目过滤,得到鲜果汁。
进一步地,所述自制果醋的制备方法是将苹果1份洗净,沥干水分,切成小块,置干净玻璃瓶中,加砂糖0.5份及糯米醋0.5份,摇匀,密封置于阴凉干燥处,一周后取出,用100目滤布过滤即得自制苹果醋。
以上所述原料组分的功能及药理:
1、绞股蓝:绞股蓝(FiveleafGynostemmaHerb)被誉为“第二人参”,它的主要功能有:能防止动脉粥样硬化,降血压,降血脂,降血糖;抗动脉硬化、抑制血栓形成,治疗心血管疾病;抗癌防癌,抑制杀灭癌细胞;增强人体的免疫功能。
2、山楂叶:山楂叶即为山楂树的叶,山楂叶中含有丰富的人体必需的氨基酸、矿物质和维生素,其主要化学成分是总黄酮,能防治心血管疾病,具有扩张血管、增加冠脉血流量、改善心脏活力、兴奋中枢神经系统、降低血压和胆固醇、软化血管及利尿和镇静的功效;并有开胃消食、加强对营养的运输、活血化淤、平喘化痰、抑制细菌、治疗腹痛腹泻的作用;其所含的总黄酮和维生素C、胡萝卜素等物质能阻断并减少自由基的生成,增强机体的免疫力、抗癌和防衰老。
3、淮山:淮山(CommonYamRhizome)含甘露聚糖(mannan)、3,4-二羟基苯乙胺、植酸、尿囊素、胆碱、多巴胺、山药碱,以及10余种氨基酸、糖蛋白、多酚氧化酶;味甘,性平:归脾,肺,肾经。具有补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精功效;主治:脾虚食少、久泻不止、肺虚喘咳、肾虚遗精、带下、尿频、虚热消渴。
4、枸杞子:枸杞子(LyciumchinenseMillervar.potaninii(Pojarkova)A.M.Lu)性味甘平,无毒.入肝肾经;具有滋肝,养肝明目的功效,可以改善肝肾不足,干涩眼病;同时具有增加白细胞活性、促进肝细胞新生的药理作用,增强抵抗力;改善血压、降血糖、血脂,食少乏力,益气健胃;安神养血,益智,强筋骨,泽肌肤,驻颜色;补虚,长肌肉,益颜色,肥健入,抗疲劳。
5、红枣:红枣富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁和环磷酸腺苷等营养成分;其中维生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅,有维生素王之美称;具有补中益气,健脾胃,养血安神、缓和药性的功效;
6、陈皮:陈皮味苦、辛,性温;归肺、脾经;具有理气健脾,燥湿化痰功效;主治:用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
7、罗汉果:罗汉果(Siraitiagrosvenori)含非糖甜味的成分,主要是三萜甙类:罗汉果甙V及IV,甙V的甜度是蔗糖的256-344倍,甙IV的甜度为蔗糖的126倍,没有甙IV则不呈甜味;次要的是D-甘露醇,其甜度为蔗糖的0.55-0.65倍。还含大量葡萄糖,果糖占14%。又含锰、铁、镍、硒、锡、碘、钼等26种无机元素、蛋白质、维生素C等。种仁含油脂41.07%,基中脂肪酸有:亚油酸,油酸,棕榈酸,硬脂酸,棕榈油酸,肉豆蔻酸,月桂酸,癸酸。罗汉果的干果含糖30%左右,蛋白质10%左右,每100克果实中含有维生素C100毫克。其果仁含油量高达40%,而且其中主要是油酸和亚油酸,约占70%左右。罗汉果味甘,入肺、脾二经。功能:清肺润肠。主治百日咳、痰火咳嗽,血燥便秘。甜苷最大的优点是热量极低,理化性能稳定,水溶性好,无任何毒副作用,适合所有人群长期食用,尤其适合糖尿病人、肥胖者、高血压患者等不适于食糖群体作为调味、补助品。
8、龙眼肉:龙眼肉归脾而能益智,具有养心安神,长智敛汗,开胃益脾。
9、金银花:金银花(LoniceraJaponica)味甘,微苦,清香,性辛,寒;归肺,胃,心,大肠经。具有清热解毒,疏散风热,凉血止痢,降血降火,消咽利膈之功效。对多种致病菌如金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、霍乱弧菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌等均有一定抑制作用;对肺炎球菌、脑膜炎双球菌、绿脓杆菌、结核杆菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、变形链球菌等有抑菌和杀菌作用,对流感病毒、孤儿病毒、疱疹病毒、钩端螺旋体均有抑制作用;抗炎解毒作用,对痈肿疔疮、肠痈肺痈有较强的散痈消肿,清热解毒、消炎作用;对外感风热或温病初起,身热头痛、心烦少寐、神昏舌绛、咽干口燥等有一定作用;对热毒痢疾、下痢脓血、湿温阻喉、咽喉肿痛等有解毒止痢凉血利咽之效。具有清热解毒、疏散风热的作用。金银花有清热解毒、疏利咽喉、消暑除烦的作用。
10、银杏叶:银杏树的叶,主要包括黄酮类、萜内脂类化合物成分,这些成分具有强烈的抗氧化作用,可以起到清除人体内过剩的自由基、阻止体内脂质过氧化、提高人体免疫力等作用,是治疗心脑血管疾病的天然药物,可以部分或全部代替银杏叶提取物。提取的黄酮醇(内脂)、异黄酮、鼠素糖、木聚糖等产品是重要的医药原料和保健产品。
11、鸡蛋:鸡蛋几乎含有人体必需的所有营养物质,如蛋白质、脂肪、卵黄素、卵磷脂、维生素和铁、钙、钾,被人们称作“理想的营养库”。蛋白中还含有一定量的核黄素、尼克酸、生物素和钙、磷、铁等物质,卵磷脂。蛋黄含有丰富的维生素A和维生素D,且含有较高的铁、磷、硫和钙等矿物质。鸡蛋味甘;性平。归肺;脾;胃经。滋阴润燥;养血发胎。主热病烦闷;燥咳声哑;目赤咽痛;胎动不安;产后口渴;下痢;疟疾;烫伤;皮炎;虚人赢弱。.健脑益智、保护肝脏、防治动脉硬化、预防癌症、延缓衰老、美容护肤。
12、葡萄:葡萄(Vitisvinifera)味甘微酸、性平,具有补肝肾、益气血、开胃力、生津液和利小便之功效。葡萄含有人体所不可缺少的谷氨酸、精氨酸、色氨酸等十几种氨基酸,糖量高达10-30%,以葡萄糖为主,葡萄中的果酸有助于消化,葡萄中含酒石酸有助消化。葡萄汁可以降低血液中的蛋白质和氯化钠的含量。葡萄汁对体弱的病人、血管硬化和肾炎病人的康复有辅助疗效,葡萄是水果中含复合铁元素最多的水果,是贫血患者的营养食品。常食葡萄对神经衰弱者和过度疲劳者均有益处。
13、百香果(Pas-sifloraedulissims)性温,味苦,无毒,入心、大肠二经;具有百香果宁心安神、活血止痛、涩肠止泻、除风清热,止咳化痰功效,用于神经痛,失眠症,风热头昏,月经痛及下痢等症,有麻醉及镇静作用。
14、酸梅:乌梅别为蔷薇科落叶乔木植物梅(Prunusmume)的果实。果实含枸橼酸(citricacid),苹果酸(malicacid),草酸(oxalicacid),琥珀酸(succinicacid)和延胡索酸(fumaricacid)总酸量约4-5.5%,以前两种有机酸的含量较多。还含5-羟甲基-2-糠醛(5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde),为无色油状物。所含挥发性成分,主要有苯甲醛(benzaldehyde)62.40%,4-松油烯醇(terpinen-4-ol)3.97%,苯甲醇(benzylalcohol)3.97%和十六烷酸(hexadecanoicacid)4.55%。乌梅还含苦味酸(picricacid)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。具有保护肠胃、消除便秘、增进食欲、改善肝脏机能、防老化、清血、可软化血管,推迟血管硬化、孕妇止吐、解酒功能、增加能量、能预防疾病、防老抗衰及消除疲劳的功能。乌梅提取物也可作为天然防腐剂。
15、杨桃:杨桃所含的大量糖类、维生素、有机酸等,是人体生命活动的重要物质,常食之,可补充机体营养,增强机体的抗病能力。性寒,味甘,酸;归肺经。具有清热、生津、利水、解毒功效,适用于风热咳嗽、咽喉疼痛,小便热涩,泌尿系统结石,心血管疾病,肥胖,痔疮,口腔溃疡。
16、皇帝柑:皇帝柑(HuangDigan)又称“贡柑”。皇帝柑乃橙与橘的自然杂交种,具有橙与橘的双重优点,具有排毒抗癌、理气化痰的作用,对癌瘤积毒、气逆痰滞癌症患者尤为适用。
17、胡萝卜:胡萝卜(Daucuscarota)含有丰富的类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖、淀粉、纤维素、多种维生素以及多种矿质元素,素有“小人参”之称。性味:味甘、辛,性温,无毒。主治足下气调补中焦,利胸膈和肠胃,安五脏,增强食欲,β-胡萝卜素是维生素A源,水解后形成维生素A,是人体不可缺少的一种维生素,可促进生长发育,维持正常视觉,防治夜盲症、干眼病、上呼吸道疾病,又能保证上皮组织细胞的健康,防治多种类型上皮肿瘤的发生和发展。而且其他类型的胡萝卜素和类胡萝卜素作为天然的有机大分子,可以清除血液及肠道的氧自由基,达到排毒、防癌、防治心血管疾病的功效。

1、本技术方案将营养丰富并具有食用疗效的新鲜水果汁、蜂蜜和果醋蛋发酵液,根据传统中医中药理论加入绞股蓝、山楂叶、银杏叶、淮山、枸杞子、红枣、陈皮、罗汉果、山银花等中药提取液和牛磺酸协同作用,加强保健饮料的人体健康有益的蛋白质、糖、纤维素、多种维生素、果胶、有机酸、氨基酸和微量元素等成分和吸收,其营养丰富,酸甜可口,集保健和营养于一体,对养肝明目、活血化淤、健脑益智、保护肝脏、防治动脉硬化、抗病毒、延缓衰老、消除疲劳、降血压、降血脂、降尿酸、防癌抗癌起到积极的作用,经过应用试验证明,具有较好的保健效果,在养肝明目、健脑益智、延缓衰老、消除疲劳、防治动脉硬化、防癌、抗癌、三高人群八类人群试用中,加快疗效或显效,一天一瓶组总有效率达80~85%,一天二瓶组总有效率达85~95%,一天三瓶组总有效率达90~100%。

原料组分和重量份数为:
水果葡萄7公斤、百香果6公斤、鲜鸡蛋12公斤、绞股蓝1.5公斤、山楂叶2.5公斤、淮山4公斤、枸杞子1.3公斤、红枣1.9公斤、陈皮1.5公斤、罗汉果2.3公斤、龙眼肉1.9公斤、金银花1.9公斤、银杏叶4公斤、苹果醋7公斤、白糖15公斤、蜜糖1.9公斤、牛磺酸1.9公斤、山梨酸钾0.48公斤、干酵母0.5公斤、甜酒粉0.2公斤、灭菌泉水25公斤。
制备方法:
先将12公斤鲜鸡蛋洗净外壳,再将鲜鸡蛋打烂,蛋液打散备用,将蛋壳捻碎加入苹果醋2公斤,待蛋壳醋渍24小时后,加入蛋液和干酵母0.2公斤,拌匀,发酵后,在121℃高压灭菌30min,取出用匀浆机掏碎,再加入苹果醋5公斤、适量灭菌泉水及干酵母0.3公斤,拌匀,封盖,控制温度40℃,发酵48小时后,加入甜酒粉0.2公斤,拌匀,继续在40℃温度下发酵62小时,过滤,得到蛋钙液。另将绞股蓝1.5公斤、山楂叶2.5公斤、淮山4公斤、枸杞子1.3公斤、红枣1.9公斤、陈皮1.5公斤、罗汉果2.3公斤、龙眼肉1.9公斤、金银花1.9公斤、银杏叶4公斤分别去杂,水洗,切碎,加入原料组分总重量的7倍灭菌泉水,在蒸煮罐中煎煮2小时后过滤,药渣加入原料组分总重量的4倍灭菌泉水复煮1.5小时后过滤,合并滤液,按常规方法浓缩至1倍药材量,放置沉淀槽中静置过夜,取上清液得到中药提取液。又另将葡萄7公斤、百香果6公斤洗净,除去泥沙等杂物,再用螺杆挤压机绞碎成果泥,加入余下灭菌泉水,搅匀,用高速离心机120目过滤,得到鲜果汁。
将上述制备的蛋钙液、中药提取液和鲜果汁合并,再加入白糖15公斤、蜜糖1.9公斤、牛磺酸1.9公斤、山梨酸钾0.48公斤,拌匀,经胶体磨均质,常规方法灭菌,过滤,分装即得到果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料产品。
实施例2:
原料组分和重量份数为:
水果酸梅5公斤、杨桃5公斤、胡萝卜5公斤、鲜鸡蛋11公斤、中药绞股蓝1公斤、山楂叶2公斤、淮山3公斤、枸杞子1公斤、红枣1.8公斤、陈皮1公斤、罗汉果2.2公斤、龙眼肉1.8公斤、金银花1.8公斤、银杏叶3公斤、辅料果醋6公斤、白糖16公斤、蜜糖1.8公斤、牛磺酸1.8公斤、山梨酸钾0.45公斤、干酵母0.4公斤、甜酒粉0.3公斤、灭菌泉水15公斤。
制备方法:
先将鲜鸡蛋11公斤洗净外壳,再将鲜鸡蛋打烂,蛋液打散备用,将蛋壳捻碎加入果醋1公斤,待蛋壳醋渍24小时后,加入蛋液和干酵母0.2公斤,拌匀,发酵后,在121℃高压灭菌30min,取出用匀浆机掏碎,再加入苹果醋5公斤、少量灭菌泉水及干酵母0.2公斤,拌匀,封盖,控制温度40℃,发酵48小时后,加入甜酒粉0.2公斤,拌匀,继续在40℃温度下发酵72小时,过滤,得到蛋钙液。另将绞股蓝1公斤、山楂叶2公斤、淮山3公斤、枸杞子1公斤、红枣1.8公斤、陈皮1公斤、罗汉果2.2公斤、龙眼肉1.8公斤、金银花1.8公斤、银杏叶3公斤分别去杂,水洗,切碎,加入原料组分总重量的6-8倍灭菌泉水,在蒸煮罐中煎煮1-2小时后过滤,药渣加入原料组分总重量的3-5倍灭菌泉水复煮1-1.5小时后过滤,合并滤液,按常规方法浓缩至1倍药材量,放置沉淀槽中静置过夜,取上清液得到中药提取液。又另将酸梅5公斤、杨桃5公斤、胡萝卜5公斤洗净,除去泥沙等杂物,再用螺杆挤压机绞碎成果泥,加入余下灭菌泉水,搅匀,用高速离心机120目过滤,得到鲜果汁。
将上述制备的蛋钙液、中药提取液和鲜果汁合并,再加入白糖16公斤、蜜糖1.8公斤、牛磺酸1.8公斤、山梨酸钾0.45公斤,拌匀,经胶体磨均质,常规方法灭菌,过滤,分装即得到果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料产品。
实施例3:
原料组分和重量份数为:
水果葡萄5公斤、胡萝卜5公斤、海鸭蛋13公斤、中药绞股蓝2公斤、山楂叶3公斤、淮山5公斤、枸杞子1.5公斤、红枣2公斤、陈皮2公斤、罗汉果2.4公斤、龙眼肉2公斤、金银花2公斤、银杏叶5公斤、辅料果醋8公斤、白糖14公斤、蜜糖2公斤、牛磺酸2公斤、山梨酸钾0.5公斤、干酵母0.6公斤、甜酒粉0.3公斤、灭菌泉水35公斤。
制备方法:
先将海鸭蛋13公斤洗净外壳,再将鲜鸡蛋打烂,蛋液打散备用,将蛋壳打碎加入果醋2公斤,待蛋壳醋渍24小时后,加入蛋液和干酵母0.4公斤,拌匀,发酵后,在121℃高压灭菌30min,取出用匀浆机掏碎,再加入苹果醋6公斤、少量灭菌泉水及干酵母0.4公斤,拌匀,封盖,控制温度40℃,发酵48小时后,加入甜酒粉0.2公斤,拌匀,继续在40℃温度下发酵62小时,过滤,得到蛋钙液。另将绞股蓝2公斤、山楂叶3公斤、淮山5公斤、枸杞子1.5公斤、红枣2公斤、陈皮2公斤、罗汉果2.4公斤、龙眼肉2公斤、金银花2公斤、银杏叶5公斤分别去杂,水洗,切碎,加入原料组分总重量的7倍灭菌泉水,在蒸煮罐中煎煮2小时后过滤,药渣加入原料组分总重量的5倍灭菌泉水复煮1.5小时后过滤,合并滤液,按常规方法浓缩至0.8倍药材量,放置沉淀槽中静置过夜,取上清液得到中药提取液。又另将葡萄5公斤、胡萝卜5公斤洗净,除去泥沙等杂物,再用螺杆挤压机绞碎成果泥,加入余下灭菌泉水,搅匀,用高速离心机120目过滤,得到鲜果汁。
将上述制备的蛋钙液、中药提取液和鲜果汁合并,再加入白糖14公斤、蜜糖2公斤、牛磺酸2公斤、山梨酸钾0.5公斤,拌匀,经胶体磨均质,常规方法灭菌,过滤,分装即得到果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料产品。
实施例4:
原料组分和重量份数为:
水果皇帝柑5公斤、胡萝卜10公斤、鲜鸡蛋12公斤、中药绞股蓝1.6公斤、山楂叶2.3公斤、淮山3.5公斤、枸杞子1.3公斤、红枣2公斤、陈皮1.6公斤、罗汉果2.4公斤、龙眼肉1.8公斤、金银花1.8公斤、银杏叶5公斤、辅料自制苹果醋7.5公斤、白糖14.5公斤、蜜糖2公斤、牛磺酸2公斤、山梨酸钾0.5公斤、干酵母0.6公斤、甜酒粉0.3公斤、灭菌泉水30公斤。
制备方法:
先将鲜鸡蛋12公斤洗净外壳,再将鲜鸡蛋打烂,蛋液打散备用,将蛋壳捻碎加入自制苹果醋2.5公斤,待蛋壳醋渍24小时后,加入蛋液和干酵母0.3公斤,拌匀,发酵后,在121℃高压灭菌30min,取出用匀浆机掏碎,再加入自制苹果醋5公斤、少量灭菌泉水及干酵母0.3公斤,拌匀,封盖,控制温度40℃,发酵48小时后,加入甜酒粉0.3公斤,拌匀,继续在40℃温度下发酵62小时,过滤,得到蛋钙液。另将绞股蓝1.6公斤、山楂叶2.3公斤、淮山3.5公斤、枸杞子1.3公斤、红枣2公斤、陈皮1.6公斤、罗汉果2.4公斤、龙眼肉1.8公斤、金银花1.8公斤、银杏叶5公斤分别去杂,水洗,切碎,加入原料组分总重量的6.5倍灭菌泉水,在蒸煮罐中煎煮1.5小时后过滤,药渣加入原料组分总重量的4倍灭菌泉水复煮1.5小时后过滤,合并滤液,按常规方法浓缩至1.2倍药材量,放置沉淀槽中静置过夜,取上清液得到中药提取液。又另将皇帝柑5公斤、胡萝卜10公斤洗净,除去泥沙等杂物,再用螺杆挤压机绞碎成果泥,加入余下灭菌泉水,搅匀,用高速离心机120目过滤,得到鲜果汁。
将上述制备的蛋钙液、中药提取液和鲜果汁合并,再加入白糖14.5公斤、蜜糖2公斤、牛磺酸2公斤、山梨酸钾0.5公斤,拌匀,经胶体磨均质,常规方法灭菌,过滤,分装即得到果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料产品。
上述自制果醋的制备方法是将苹果4公斤,沥干水分,切成小块,置干净玻璃瓶中,加砂糖2公斤及糯米醋2公斤,摇匀,密封置于阴凉干燥处,一周后取出,用100目滤布过滤即得自制苹果醋。
产品应用试验情况:
本产品对养肝明目、健脑益智、延缓衰老、消除疲劳、防治动脉硬化、防癌、抗癌、三高人群八类人群进行饮用试验。每个试用组均为20人,各类人群设一天一瓶一组、一天二瓶一组、一天三瓶一组。试用期均为30天,每10天查询记录保健效果一次。其效果分加快疗效或显效进程。其中一天一瓶组总有效率80~85%,一天二瓶组总有效率85~95%,一天三瓶组总有效率90~100%。试用结果见汇总表。

陈X:男,31岁,血压偏高,有头痛感,不服降压药,自2014年6月21日起饮用本果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,坚持1天2瓶,分早晚各饮1瓶。饮用14天后头痛感消失,饮用28天后到医院检查血压正常,现坚持每天早上饮1瓶,半年检查血压1次均正常,无头痛感出现,保健效果好。
实例2:
潭XX:男,65岁,患皮肤癌,服药治疗,自2014年7月6日起配合治疗饮用本果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,1天3瓶,分早中晚各饮1瓶,饮用21天后皮肤小痘缩小,饮用30天后皮肤小痘消失,到医院检查已恢复正常,不再服药,但坚持每天早晚各饮1瓶,半年后检查均正常,保健效果好。
实例3:
郭X:女,48岁,体质弱,容易疲劳,自2014年7月12日起饮用本果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,1天2瓶,分早晚各饮1瓶,饮用10天后,身体的疲劳感消除,体力恢复快,10天后坚持每天晚饮1瓶,保健效果好,无疲劳感。

林XX:女,53岁,身体正常,但容易忘记事件,自2014年6月24日起饮用本果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,1天2瓶,分早晚各饮1瓶,饮用14天后,记益力有所提高,饮用28天后,记益力恢复正常,无忘事现象,以后坚持每天晚上饮用1瓶,健脑益智效果好。
实例5:
彭X:男,46岁,身体正常,但视力减退,自2014年7月9日起饮用本果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,1天3瓶,分早中晚各饮1瓶,饮用21天后,视力提高,饮用30天后,视力恢复正常状态,30天后坚持每天早上饮用1瓶,保健效果好。
Claims (10)
1.一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,主要由水果、禽蛋、中药及辅料制成,所述水果的重量份数为10-15份,所述禽蛋的重量份数为11-13份,所述中药的重量份数分别为:绞股蓝1-2份、山楂叶2-3份、淮山3-5份、枸杞子1-1.5份、红枣1.8-2份、陈皮1-2份、罗汉果2.2-2.4份、龙眼肉1.8-2份、金银花1.8-2份、银杏叶3-5份,所述辅料的重量份数分别为:果醋6-8份、白糖14-16份、蜜糖1.8-2份、牛磺酸1.8-2份、山梨酸钾0.45-0.5份、干酵母0.4-0.6份、甜酒粉0.1-0.3份、灭菌泉水15-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,其特征在于:原料组分和重量份数为:水果13份、禽蛋12份、绞股蓝1.5份、山楂叶2.5份、淮山4份、枸杞子1.3份、红枣1.9份、陈皮1.5份、罗汉果2.3份、龙眼肉1.9份、金银花1.9份、银杏叶4份、果醋7份、白糖15份、蜜糖1.9份、牛磺酸1.9份、山梨酸钾0.48份、干酵母0.5份、甜酒粉0.2份、灭菌泉水25份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,其特征在于:所述水果为葡萄、百香果、酸梅、杨桃、皇帝柑、胡萝卜一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,其特征在于:所述果醋为市售果醋或自制的果醋。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,其特征在于:所述禽蛋为新鲜鸡蛋、海鸭蛋。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,其特征在于:先将所述的原料组分和重量份数分类制成蛋钙液、中药提取液和鲜果汁,将蛋钙液、中药提取液和鲜果汁合并,再加入白糖14-16份、蜜糖1.8-2份、牛磺酸1.8-2份、山梨酸钾0.45-0.5份,搅拌溶解,再加入余下的灭菌泉水,搅匀,经胶体磨均质,常规方法灭菌,过滤,分装即得到果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,其特征在于:所述蛋钙液的制备方法是将11-13份禽蛋洗净,再将禽蛋打烂,禽蛋液打散备用,将禽蛋壳捻碎加入果醋2-3份,待蛋壳醋渍24小时后,加入蛋液和干酵母0.1-0.2份,拌匀,发酵后,在121℃高压灭菌30min,取出用匀浆机掏碎,再加入果醋4-5份、适量灭菌泉水及干酵母0.2-0.4份,拌匀,封盖,控制温度40℃,发酵48小时后,加入甜酒粉0.1-0.3份,拌匀,继续在40℃温度下发酵48-72小时,过滤,得到蛋钙液。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,其特征在于:所述中药提取液的制备方法是将绞股蓝1-2份、山楂叶2-3份、淮山3-5份、枸杞子1-1.5份、红枣1.8-2份、陈皮1-2份、罗汉果2.2-2.4份、龙眼肉1.8-2份、金银花1.8-2份、银杏叶3-5份分别去杂,水洗,切碎,加入原料组分总重量的6-8倍灭菌泉水,在蒸煮罐中煎煮1-2小时后过滤,药渣加入原料组分总重量的3-5倍灭菌泉水复煮1-2小时后过滤,合并滤液,按常规方法浓缩至0.5-1倍药材量,放置沉淀槽中静置过夜,取上清液得到中药提取液。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,其特征在于:所述鲜果汁的制备方法是将葡萄、百香果、酸梅、杨桃、皇帝柑、胡萝卜等一种以上共10-15份,洗净,除去泥沙等杂物,再用螺杆挤压机绞碎成果泥,加入灭菌泉水10-12份,搅匀,高速离心机120目过滤,得到鲜果汁。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种果汁蛋钙中药保健饮料,其特征在于:所述自制果醋是将苹果1份洗净,沥干水分,切成小块,置干净玻璃瓶中,加砂糖0.5份及糯米醋0.5份,摇匀,密封置于阴凉干燥处,一周后取出,用100目滤布过滤即得自制苹果醋。
