本发明公开了一种冬瓜复合饮料及其制备方法,以冬瓜水提取液、荔枝水提取液和陈皮水提取液为原料调配而成,各组分的重量份配比为:冬瓜水提取液:荔枝水提取液:陈皮水提取液:冰糖=10-12︰4-5︰1-2:1-2。该饮料配方简单,口感酸甜可口,维生素和微量元素含量高,营养丰富,不仅能促进消化,起到美容效果,还能补脾益气、清热解毒,具有较强的保健作用。

本发明涉及饮料,具体是一种冬瓜复合饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
冬瓜,质地清凉可口,水分多,味清淡,含有糖、蛋白质、多种维生素和矿物质,营养丰富,既可以用来煮汤,也可以腌制成冬瓜糖等,且更可以入药治病。中医认为冬瓜味甘,性微寒,无毒,有利尿消肿、清热、止渴、解毒、减肥等作用,但因其不易长期贮藏,且贮藏成本较高,通常直接食用,其经济价值较低,而且味道单一,不利于工业化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种冬瓜复合饮料,该饮料酸甜可口,工艺简单,制作容易,成本低,而且富含维生素,营养丰富。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种冬瓜复合饮料,以冬瓜水提取液、荔枝水提取液和甘草水提取液为原料调配而成,各组分的重量份配比为:冬瓜水提取液:荔枝水提取液:陈皮水提取液:冰糖=10-12︰4-5︰1-2:1-2。
所述冬瓜水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:冬瓜︰水=1:7-9。
所述荔枝水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:荔枝:水=1:5-7。
所述陈皮水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:陈皮:水=1:12-15。
上述冬瓜复合饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备冬瓜水提取液:按原料重量份配比称料,将冬瓜清洗干净、去皮后切片,放入在不锈钢容器中,加入清水煮沸后,小火提取50-60分钟,过滤去渣,得冬瓜水提取液,备用;
(2)制备荔枝水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取成熟的荔枝,洗净去皮,进行籽肉分离,并打碎成粒状,加入清水搅拌后在不锈钢容器中煮沸5-8分钟,过滤,去渣,得荔枝水提取液,备用;
(3)制备陈皮水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取陈皮,洗净,加入清水在不锈钢容器中煮沸10-15分钟,过滤,去渣,得陈皮水提取液,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)所得的冬瓜水提取液和步骤(2)的荔枝水提取液及步骤(3)的陈皮水提取液,再加入冰糖按10-12︰4-5︰1-2:1-2的重量份配比调配,混合均匀;
(5)分装、灭菌后制成产品。
本发明的特点是:配方中的冬瓜含有许多维生素和矿物质,维生素中以抗坏血酸、硫胺素、核黄素及尼克酸含量较高;矿质元素有钾、钠、钙、铁、锌、铜、磷、硒等8种,其中含钾量显著高于含钠量,属典型的高钾低钠型蔬菜,对需进食低钠盐食物的肾脏病、高血压、浮肿病患者大有益处,其中元素硒还具有抗癌等多种功能;含有除色氨酸外的8种人体必需氨基酸,谷氨酸和天门冬氨酸含量较高,还含有鸟氨酸和Y-氨基丁酸以及儿童特需的组氨酸;且不含脂肪,膳食纤维高达0.8%,营养丰富而且结构合理。荔枝能生津止渴、和胃平逆;富含铁元素及维生素C,铁元素能提高血红蛋白的含量,使人面色红润,而维生素C能使皮肤细腻富有弹性,可治头晕、心闷、烦躁不安,背膊不适,颈淋巴结结核,脓肿和疔疮,发小儿痘疮。陈皮理气健脾,调中,燥湿,化痰。主治脾胃气滞之脘腹胀满或疼痛、消化不良、湿浊阻中之胸闷腹胀、纳呆便溏、痰湿壅肺之咳嗽气喘。用于胸脘胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。上述原料经科学调配后,口感更佳,还具有营养健身效果。
该饮料配方简单,口感酸甜可口,维生素和微量元素含量高,营养丰富,不仅能促进消化,起到美容效果,还能补脾益气、清热解毒,具有较强的保健作用。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种冬瓜复合饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备冬瓜水提取液:按原料重量份配比称料,将冬瓜清洗干净、去皮后切片,放入在不锈钢容器中,加入清水煮沸后,小火提取55分钟,过滤去渣,得冬瓜水提取液,备用,冬瓜与水的比例为1︰8;
(2)制备荔枝水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取成熟的荔枝,洗净去皮,进行籽肉分离,并打碎成粒状,加入清水搅拌后在不锈钢容器中煮沸8分钟,过滤,去渣,得荔枝水提取液,备用,荔枝与水的比例为1:6;
(3)制备陈皮水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取陈皮,洗净,加入清水在不锈钢容器中煮沸10分钟,过滤,去渣,得陈皮水提取液,备用,陈皮与水的比例1:14;
(4)将步骤(1)所得的冬瓜水提取液和步骤(2)的荔枝水提取液及步骤(3)的陈皮水提取液,再加入冰糖,按12︰5︰2:1的重量份配比调配,混合均匀;
(5)分装、灭菌后制成产品。

1.一种冬瓜复合饮料,以冬瓜水提取液、荔枝水提取液和陈皮水提取液为原料调配而成,各组分的重量份配比为:冬瓜水提取液:荔枝水提取液:陈皮水提取液︰冰糖=10-12︰4-5︰1-2:1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合饮料,其特征是:所述冬瓜水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:冬瓜︰水=1:7-9。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合饮料,其特征是:所述荔枝水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:荔枝:水=1:5-7。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合饮料,其特征是:所述陈皮水提取液,其原料重量份配比为:陈皮:水=1:12-15。
5.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的冬瓜复合饮料的制备方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)制备冬瓜水提取液:按原料重量份配比称料,将冬瓜清洗干净、去皮后切片,放入在不锈钢容器中,加入清水煮沸后,小火提取50-60分钟,过滤去渣,得冬瓜水提取液;
