一种消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方,其特征在于:以重量百分比计配方为:酸梅汤15~25%、西瓜汁10~20%、黄瓜汁8~15%、蜜桃汁8~15%、哈密瓜汁8~15%、椰子汁5~10%、稳定剂0.5%、柠檬酸0.1%~0.6%,其余为饮用水,所述各原料之和为100%。

本发明所述的消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方,在所述配方中添加了0.1~2%的氯化钠。
由上可知,本发明与现有技术相比,有如下的进步。
本发明所述的一种消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方,选用了优质、新鲜的西瓜、黄瓜、蜜桃、哈密瓜、椰子和酸梅汤等水果,具有丰富的蛋白质、维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、钙、磷、铁、钾、镁、锌等多种矿物质,不加色素、随时补充盐分,具有酸甜可口、生津止渴的特点,常温、冷藏皆宜,含热量低、清凉爽口,清暑解热、助消化,做成瓶装饮料后,方便了人们随身携带,随时补充营养。

为能进一步解释本发明的技术特征与内容,下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1所示,图1为本发明的一种制备方法流程图。
一种消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方,其特征在于:以重量百分比计配方为:酸梅汤20%、西瓜汁15%、黄瓜汁12%、蜜桃汁12%、哈密瓜汁10%、椰子汁7%、稳定剂0.5%、柠檬酸0.3%,其余为饮用水,所述各原料之和为100%,可根据需要在所述配方中添加0.5%的氯化钠。
上述西瓜中含有多种维生素,如维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、蛋白质以及多种矿物质,包括铁、钙、钾、磷、镁、锌等,果汁中谷氨酸、精氨酸、果糖、苹果酸含量极为丰富,含水量高达96.6%,在所有瓜果中名列第一,有“夏季瓜果之王”之美誉。中医学上自古就有在以瓜汁和瓜皮入药的配方,具有清暑解热的功能。
上述黄瓜鲜嫩爽口,含水量在95%以上,是非常好的消暑祛热蔬菜,其膳食纤维和水分的比例很大,是一款很好的低热量的食物。
上述蜜桃是一种营养价值很高的水果,含有蛋白质、脂肪糖、钙、磷、铁和维生素B、维生素C等成分,且含有丰富的碳水化合物,可为人体提供多种热量和水分,给人清凉爽口的感觉。
上述哈密瓜不仅好吃,而且营养丰富、药用价值高,有清凉消暑、除烦热、生津止渴的作用,是夏季解暑的佳品。
俗话说:热不过海南,上述椰子就是海南人的降温秘方,当地人最有名的夏季冷饮———“清补凉”就是用椰子水做成的。
上述酸梅汤开胃解暑、酸甜可口,属于碱性食物,有助于协调体内的酸碱平衡,还能平肝火、助消化,无疑是炎炎夏日的去暑佳品。其主料有乌梅、山楂、甘草,煮开后加入清水、糖桂花、冰糖等辅料,过滤、冷藏后饮用。
本发明所述的消暑开胃的果汁饮料,采用了如下制备方法。
A、选料、清洗、加工:选择优质、新鲜的西瓜、黄瓜、蜜桃、哈密瓜、椰子,用清水浸泡、清洗干净后沥水,将西瓜、哈密瓜去皮去籽后切块,将黄瓜去皮后切成数段,将蜜桃做去皮、去核加工处理,将椰子切开、倒出椰汁,并将椰子肉去皮切成粒状。
B、榨汁配料:将上述新鲜水果送入打浆机破碎打浆、榨汁,并根据配方重量百分比,取酸梅汤20%、西瓜汁15%、黄瓜汁12%、蜜桃汁12%、哈密瓜汁10%、椰子汁8%,混合搅拌,静置沉淀。
C、磨浆:将步骤B所得混合果汁取上层滤出的果汁,观察是否有肉眼可见的颗粒状物质,如有颗粒状物质存在,需按颗粒大小调节胶体磨粗细度磨浆,直至无肉眼可见物。
D、过滤:用150目的过滤网进行过滤,并将滤渣排出。
E、调配:将过滤后的果汁原液与稳定剂、柠檬酸、饮用水混合。
F、均质:再将混合调配液在55℃的温度下均质1次。
G、灌装:将均质后的饮料进行灌装。
H、灭菌:将灌装好的饮料进行高温灭菌,温度为121℃,时间为25min。
实施例2:一种消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方,其特征在于:以重量百分比计配方为:酸梅汤15%、西瓜汁10%、黄瓜汁8%、蜜桃汁8%、哈密瓜汁8%、椰子汁5%、稳定剂0.5%、柠檬酸0.1%%,其余为饮用水,所述各原料之和为100%,其制备方法同实施例1相同。
实施例3:一种消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方,其特征在于:以重量百分比计配方为:酸梅汤25%、西瓜汁15%、黄瓜汁15%、蜜桃汁10%、哈密瓜汁10%、椰子汁10%、稳定剂0.5%、柠檬酸0.4%,其余为饮用水,所述各原料之和为100%,其制备方法同实施例1相同。
虽然以上描述了本发明一种消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方的具体实施方式,但是熟悉本技术领域的技术人员应当理解,我们所描述的具体的实施例只是说明性的,而不是用于对本发明的范围的限定,熟悉本领域的技术人员在依照本发明的精神所作的等效的修饰以及变化,都应当涵盖在本发明的权利要求所保护的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方,其特征在于:以重量百分比计配方为:酸梅汤15~25%、西瓜汁10~20%、黄瓜汁8~15%、蜜桃汁8~15%、哈密瓜汁8~15%、椰子汁5~10%、稳定剂0.5%、柠檬酸0.1%~0.6%,其余为饮用水,所述各原料之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方,其特征在于:以重量百分比计配方为:酸梅汤18~22%、西瓜汁13~17%、黄瓜汁10~12%、蜜桃汁10~12%、哈密瓜汁10~12%、椰子汁7~8%、稳定剂0.5%、柠檬酸0.3%,其余为饮用水,所述各原料之和为100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方,其特征在于:以重量百分比计配方为:酸梅汤20%、西瓜汁15%、黄瓜汁12%、蜜桃汁12%、哈密瓜汁10%、椰子汁7%、稳定剂0.5%、柠檬酸0.3%,其余为饮用水,所述各原料之和为100%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为果胶、琼脂、海藻酸钠、黄原胶或卡拉胶中的一种或组合。
5.根据权利要求1—3所述的消暑开胃的果汁饮料配方,其特征在于:在所述配方中添加了0.1~2%的氯化钠。
