Description
本出願は、2007年2月7日に出願された米国仮特許出願第60/900,796号と、2007年4月3日に出願された米国仮特許出願第60/921,881号と、2007年9月21日に出願された米国仮特許出願第60/994,779号の出願日の利益を要求し、2006年6月18日に出願された米国仮特許出願第60/814,518号の一部継続出願である米国を指定する2006年6月18日に出願された国際特許出願PCT/US2007/014290の一部継続出願である。これらの特許出願における開示は、引用によって本明細書中に取り込まれる。
Claims (20)
- シャーシレールと、当該シャーシレールに対し実質的に直交に配置された縦走する車軸とを有する形式の車両用の車両サスペンション配置であって、当該車両サスペンション配置が、
空気圧に反応する弾性特性と、主の連結器で前記車両のシャーシに連結するための第1の部分と、前記縦走する車軸に連結するための第2の部分とを有するエアアシスト式の主のばねと;
平面が従長の構成と、副の回動式連結器で前記車両のシャーシに回動連結するための第1の端部と、前記縦走する車軸に連結するための第2の端部とを有する副の板ばねと;を具え、
前記副の板ばねの平面が従長の構成が前記シャーシレールに対し所定の角変位で配置されることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記エアアシスト式の主のばね及び前記副の板ばねの第2の端部がそれぞれ、前記縦走する車軸の各長軸領域で前記縦走する車軸の各部分と接続することを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項1に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記副の板ばねの平面が従長の構成が、前記車両のシャーシレールに対し実質的に平行に配置されることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項1に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記副の板ばねの平面が従長の構成が、前記車両のシャーシレールに対しある角度で配置され、前記副の板ばねの第2の端部が、前記エアアシスト式の主のばねと係合される前記各部分に関して、前記縦走する車軸に沿って軸方向に転置された前記縦走する車軸の各部分と接続するように配置されることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項1に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記副の板ばねと接続するために支点が更に設けられることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項5に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記支点が、設定可能な弾性特性を有する活性材料で形成されることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項6に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記支点の弾性特性が、そこへの電気エネルギの印加に応じて設定可能であることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項5に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記支点が、前記副の板ばねに沿って能動的に転置可能であることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項5に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記副の板ばねに沿って前記支点を転置するために電気駆動配置が更に設けられることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項5に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記副の板ばねに沿って前記支点を転置するために流体駆動配置が更に設けられることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項5に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記支点を支持するために支点受けが更に設けられ、当該支点受けが前記車両のシャーシレールに連結されることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- シャーシレールと、当該シャーシレールに対し実質的に直交に配置された縦走する車軸とを有する形式の車両用の車両サスペンション配置であって、当該車両サスペンション配置が、
空気圧に反応する弾性特性と、主の連結器で前記車両のシャーシに連結するための第1の部分と、前記縦走する車軸に連結するための第2の部分とを有するエアアシスト式の主のばねと;
平面が従長の構成と、副の回動式連結器で前記車両のシャーシに回動連結するための第1の端部と、前記縦走する車軸に連結するための第2の端部とを有する副の板ばねと;を具えることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。 - 請求項12に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記副の板ばねの第2の部分と前記縦走する車軸との中間に配置された回動連結配置が更に設けられることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項12に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記第1及び第2の端部の中間の前記副の板ばねの領域中の支点の場所で前記副の板ばねと接続するために支点が更に設けられることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項14に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記第1及び第2の端部の中間の前記副の板ばねの領域内で前記支点の場所を変えるために支点転置配置が更に設けられることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項12に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、平面が従長の構成を有する主の板ばねが更に設けられ、前記第1の部分が、第1の主の回動連結器で前記車両のシャーシレールに回動連結するための第1の端部であり、第2の主の回動連結器で前記車両のシャーシレールに回動連結するために、前記第1の端部から遠位にある更なる端部が更に設けられ、前記縦走する車軸に連結するための前記第2の部分が、前記主の板ばねの前記第1及び更なる端部の中間に配置されることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項16に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記主の板ばねの第2の部分と前記縦走する車軸との中間に配置される回動連結配置が更に設けられることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項16に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記副の板ばねが前記主の板ばねに対し角を形成して転置するように配置されることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項18に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、第1の主の回動連結器及び前記副の回動連結器が、実質的に同一平面になるように配置されることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
- 請求項12に記載の車両サスペンション配置において、前記主のばねが空気圧反応性の弾力性要素と協働するように配置された主のコイルばねであることを特徴とする車両サスペンション配置。
