Abstract
Description
Claims (29)
- 外科手術用ロボットシステムの非滅菌部分を覆う滅菌ドレープであって、
外科手術を行うための滅菌野に隣接する外面と、
該外科手術用ロボットシステムの該非滅菌部分を受容するキャビティを形成する内面と、
該滅菌ドレープの容積を減らしつつ該外科手術用ロボットシステムの該非滅菌部分に該滅菌ドレープを固定するための、該外面に連結されたファスナーと、
を備える、滅菌ドレープ。 - 前記外面はタックシール型パッチを含む、請求項1に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 前記ドレープは、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタンおよびポリカルボネートからなる群から選択される材料からなる、請求項1に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 前記外科手術用ロボットシステムの前記非滅菌部分は、モニター、マニピュレーターアーム、および内視鏡カメラマニピュレーターアームからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 前記滅菌ドレープは、より大型のドレープの真空形成された部分、または個別の成形された部分である、請求項1に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 前記ファスナーは、適応性ストリップおよびストラップを含む、請求項1に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 前記外面および内面は、モニター画面に隣接するように位置決めするためのウィンドウを含む、請求項1に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 前記ウィンドウは静電気を有する、請求項7に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 前記外面および内面は、手術用具を係合するための器具の滅菌アダプターを含む、請求項1に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 前記外面および内面は、通気部を含む、請求項1に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 一体型カフスを有する開口端をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 前記開口端は、パースストリングをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 前記開口端は、開封帯をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の滅菌ドレープ
- 前記一体型カフスは、視覚的マーカーを含む、請求項11に記載の滅菌ドレープ。
- 滅菌野内で手術を行うための外科手術用ロボットシステムであって、
マニピュレーターアームと、
モニターと、
該マニピュレーターアームおよび該モニターを覆って該マニピュレーターアームおよび該モニターを該滅菌野から遮断する、滅菌ドレープであって、
外科手術を行うための滅菌野に隣接する外面と、
該マニピュレーターおよび該モニターを受容するキャビティを形成する内面と、
該滅菌ドレープを該マニピュレーターおよび該モニターに固定するための複数のファスナーと、
を含む、滅菌ドレープと、
を備える、システム。 - 前記マニピュレーターアームは、患者側マニピュレーターアームまたは内視鏡カメラマニピュレーターアームである、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記外面はタックシール型パッチを含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記滅菌ドレープは、ポリエチレン、ポルウレタンおよびポリカーボネートからなる群から選択される材料からなる、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のファスナーは、適応性ストリップおよびストラップを含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記外面および内面は、モニター画面に隣接するように位置決めするためのウィンドウを含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記ウィンドウは静電気を有する、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記外面および内面は、器具の滅菌アダプターを含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記外面および内面は、通気部を含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 一体型カフスを含むキャビティ開口部をさらに備える、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 外科手術用ロボットシステムを覆う方法であって、該方法は、
滅菌ドレープを提供することであって、該滅菌ドレープは、
外科手術を行うための滅菌野に隣接する外面と、
該外科手術用ボロットシステムの非滅菌部分を受容するキャビティを形成する内面と、
一体型カフスを有する開口端と、
該外科手術用ロボットシステムの該非滅菌部分に該滅菌ドレープを固定するためのファスナーと、
を含む、提供することと、
該外科手術用ロボットシステムの一部に該開口端を位置決めすることと、
該一体型カフスを留めて、該外科手術用ロボットシステムの該一部を覆うように該滅菌ドレープを広げることと、
該ファスナーを使用して該滅菌ドレープを該外科手術用ロボットシステムの該一部に固定することと、
を包含する、方法。 - 前記滅菌ドレープと一体化した器具の滅菌アダプターを、前記外科手術用ロボットシステムのマニピュレーターアームに連結することをさらに包含する、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記滅菌ドレープのウィンドウおよび通気部を、前記外科手術用ロボットシステムのモニターに隣接するように位置決めすることをさらに包含する、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記ウィンドウにしわまたは折り目が付かないように、前記滅菌ドレープを広げることをさらに包含する、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記ウィンドウは、静電気を介してモニター画面に隣接して位置決めされる、請求項27に記載の方法。
