Abstract
【解決手段】ハブ10を回転可能に支持するとともに、冷媒を蓄積するタンク部20aを有するナックル20と、ナックル20に取付固定されるハウジング60〜64と、ハウジング60〜64に内蔵されるとともに、ハブ10を回転させるモータ30と、ハウジング60〜64に内蔵されるとともに、モータ30の回転動力によってタンク部20a内の冷媒をモータ30に圧送するポンプ50と、タンク部20a内の冷媒をポンプ50に送るための第1の配管23と、ポンプ50から圧送された冷媒を、ハウジング60〜64内のモータ30の各構成部品に送る第1の流路45c、45a、35aと、ハウジング60〜64内の冷媒をタンク部50に送るための第2の配管24と、を備える。

Claims (7)
- ハブを回転可能に支持するとともに冷媒を蓄積するタンク部を有するナックルと、
前記ナックルに取付固定されるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに内蔵されるとともに、前記ハブを回転させるモータと、
前記ハウジングに内蔵されるとともに、前記モータの回転動力によって前記タンク部内の冷媒を前記モータに圧送するポンプと、
を備えることを特徴とするインホイールモータシステム。 - 前記タンク部内の冷媒を前記ポンプに送るための第1の配管と、
前記ポンプから圧送された冷媒を、前記ハウジング内の前記モータの各構成部品に送る第1の流路と、
前記ハウジング内の冷媒を前記タンク部に送るための第2の配管と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインホイールモータシステム。 - 前記ナックルは、前記タンク部内に仕切板を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のインホイールモータシステム。
- 前記ハウジングに内蔵されるとともに、前記モータの回転動力を減速し、減速された回転動力を前記ハブ及び前記ポンプに向けて出力する減速機を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一に記載のインホイールモータシステム。
- 前記ポンプから圧送された冷媒を、前記ハウジング内の前記減速機の各構成部品に送る第2の流路を備えることを特徴とする請求項4記載のインホイールモータシステム。
- 前記減速機を前記モータの前記車輪側の反対側に配設し、前記ポンプを前記減速機の前記車輪側の反対側に配設したことを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載のインホイールモータシステム。
- 前記タンク部は、前記ハウジングよりも下の位置に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一に記載のインホイールモータシステム。
