Abstract
【解決手段】通液路4wと通気路4aを区画する隔壁がブレード4cに形成した羽根車4を吸気口5sを穿設した中間プレート下面5dと吸液口7sを穿設したサクションカバー上面7u間に回転自在に介装させガイドケーシング6内に収容し、ブレード背面4r側隔壁外周先端部分の通液路4wと通気路4aを連通4hし、通液路4w外周部に中間羽根4mを設け、ブレード下端面4dとサクションカバー上面7uとの隙間を吸液口7s部で大きくガイドベーン舌部を含め外周に向けて狭く擂鉢状に形成し、ガイドケーシングの下壁6d外周下端面にスタンド凸子8およびストレーナ突起9を一体的に複数凸設し、気液吐出路間の上壁上面6o形状を外周に向けて末広がり状の下り勾配傾斜面に凹設した。

Claims (5)
- モータにより回転され吸気と吸液を同時にそれぞれ別箇所から自吸する羽根車を具備し、上記吸気と吸液とが上記羽根車外周縁にて気液混合される水中曝気装置において、上記モータから空気室を貫通して導下されたモータ軸先端に羽根車のボス部を嵌着し、該羽根車のボス部から外周に向けて円板状に張設された主板外周上端面と対向し中央に吸気口が穿設された中間プレートをガイドケーシングの上壁に装着し、該羽根車のブレード下端面と対向し中央に吸液口が穿設されたサクションカバーがガイドケーシングの下壁に装着され、上記羽根車外周縁と隙間を隔てて該サクションカバー上面に複数縦設されたガイドベーン間に形成された誘導路により、羽根車から吐出される気液混合体を上記ガイドケーシングの気液吐出路へ誘導し、該気液混合体は気液吐出路を流通し外方へ噴出されると共に、ガイドケーシングを液中に浸漬させているので、液面上の大気中より導下された通気導管と導通する空気室を上記ガイドケーシング上に設け、モータにより回転する羽根車が上記中間プレート下面とサクションカバー上面間に回転自在に介装されるようガイドケーシング内に収容され、モータ軸先端に嵌着された該羽根車のボス部から外周に向けて円板状に張設された主板より上記サクションカバー上面と隙間を隔てて凸設させた複数のブレードの内周が上記吸液口と対向するように設けられ、該ブレード間が吸液口と導通して周方向へ導延される通液路に形成され、上記ブレード内が羽根車のボス部外周から羽根車の外周に向けて外周縁が開放された溝状に凹設され空気室と導通して周方向へ導延される通気路に形成させ、上記通液路と通気路を区画する隔壁がブレードに形成されており、モータの回転方向に対して非受圧側であるブレード背面側隔壁の外周先端部分において通液路と通気路を連通させたことを特徴とする水中曝気装置。
- 請求項1に記載の水中曝気装置であって、前記羽根車のブレード背面側隔壁の外周先端部分における通液路と通気路の連通において、該通液路を二分するよう外周から内周に向けて中間羽根がブレード高より低く且つ中間羽根下端面内周径が上記ブレード背面側隔壁の外周先端部分の連通部内径と同径以下となるよう主板より凸設され、該中間羽根の内周縁の内径は下端から主板下面に向けて次第に小さくなるよう緩やかに傾斜され、該中間羽根の付設角度はモータの回転方向に対して次の受圧面となるブレード表面側隔壁と略平行になるように構成されたことを特徴とする水中曝気装置。
- 請求項1および2に記載の水中曝気装置であって、前記羽根車のブレード下端面と対向するサクションカバー上面との隙間において、吸液口入口部の間隙を大きく外周に向けてガイドベーンの内周先端部分を含ませる範囲まで外周に向けて次第に狭くなるよう滑らかな擂鉢状の隙間に形成されたことを特徴とする水中曝気装置。
- 請求項1ないし3に記載の水中曝気装置であって、前記ガイドケーシングの下壁外周下端面に水中曝気装置の自重を支え座りを安定させるスタンド凸子が複数凸設されると共に前記吸液口に夾雑物が吸引されないよう除去する下方に向けて末広がりのテーパ状のストレーナ溝を形成するストレーナ突起が複数凸設され、設置時に該ストレーナ突起下端面が設置面に接触しないよう上記スタンド凸子下端面より上方に位置させたことにより設置面との隙間を形成し、ガイドケーシングの下壁外周下端面に上記スタンド凸子およびストレーナ突起が一体に構成されていることを特徴とする水中曝気装置。
- 請求項1ないし4に記載の水中曝気装置であって、該水中曝気装置の外周に張設される前記ガイドケーシングの気液吐出路間の上壁上面形状において、その形状を内周から外周に向けて末広がり状の下り勾配の傾斜面に凹設形成したことを特徴とする水中曝気装置。
