Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE AERAçãO SUBAQUáTICA. Objeto: fornecer um aerador submergivel que pode aumentar a sua ação de aeração, reduzir a carga no momento de ligar, evitar obstruções por objetos externos, reduzir o trabalho de manutenção e reduzir os custos de produção e condução. Meios de solução: um impulsionador 4 que inclui lâminas cujas paredes de partição separam passagens de líquido 4w e passagens de ar 4a é acomodado no interior de um invólucro de orientação 6 para rotação entre uma superficie inferior 5d de uma placa intermediária que possui uma abertura de sucção de ar 5a e uma superfície superior 7u de uma cobertura de sucção que possui uma abertura de sucção de líquido 7s. As passagens de liquido 4w e as passagens de ar 4a encontram-se por meio das partes de comunicação 4h em extremidades radialmente externas das paredes de partição de lâminas traseiras 4r. Lâminas intermediárias 4m são fornecidas em extremidades radialmente externas das passagens de líquido 4w. Um espaço cónico é definido entre as superfícies posteriores inferiores da lâmina 4d e a superfície superior da cobertura de sucção 7u, de tal forma que o espaço, que é largo em uma parte adjacente á abertura de sucção de liquido 7s, torne-se mais estreito em direção a uma região radialmente para fora que inclui línguas de pás de orientação. Uma série de pernas de sustentação 8 e uma série de projeções de coador 9 são formadas integralmente sobre a superfície inferior de uma parte periférica de uma parede inferior 6d do invólucro de orientação. Superfícies inclinadas são fornecidas sobre a superfície superior da parede superior 6o entre passagens de descarga de ar e líquido, de tal forma que as superfícies inclinadas inclinem-se para baixo e aumentem a largura radialmente para fora.
