本实用新型涉及一种污水生物处理用的曝气设 备。即将鼓风机和混合器的功能集合在一起,直接放 在曝气池底进行供气。其主要内容是潜水电机与工 作叶轮直接相连,叶轮在水中高速旋转时的离心力使 在叶轮的周边外产生负压区,从进气口吸入空气,空 气和水混合碰撞后形成的水气混合液从导向轮经水 气排出通道进入池内,平行沿着池底高速流动,在池 的一定范围内均匀地供气。氧的利用率高,耗能低, 基建投资低,安装维护管理方便。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种污水生物处理用的曝气设备。
目前,一般工业污水和城镇生活污水处理采用鼓风机向污水处理曝气池供气,此装置要专建鼓风机房,敷设供气管道,并安装曝气头,基建投资大,维护管理不方便,噪声高。
为避免上述缺点,本实用新型提供一种把鼓风机和混合器的功能集合在一起的设备,可直接安放在曝气池底进行供气。水下曝气器的叶轮与潜水电机直接相连,叶轮在水中转动时的离心力使在叶轮周边外处产生负压区,从进气座吸入空气,空气和水混合碰撞后形成的水气混合液从导流通道排出,平行沿着池底高速流动,在曝气池的一定范围内均匀曝气。
本实用新型水下曝气器,具有氧的利用率高,并可以控制输氧量,当污水与污泥全部混合时,氧在混合液中分布均匀;高速紊流,流速快时,可避免污泥沉淀;供氧所耗能量较低,自行吸气,不需要任何鼓风机供应增压空气等特点。
下面结合附图及实施例对实用新型进一步说明:

潜水电机(4)的转轴穿过电机座(12)、进气座(10)直接与叶轮(9)相连,进气座(10)的下方依次设有水气排出座(11),进水底座(7),它们之沿轴向通过螺钉固接。潜水电机(4)为特制专用电机。空气入口设有消音器及进气阀门,以降低进气噪声及调节进气量。潜水电机的转轴与泵腔的密封采用机械密封(5)及骨架式密封圈(6)二级密封。机械密封外罩以护环并在润滑油池内工作,电机直连的工作叶轮(9)与导向轮(8)均采用不锈钢制作,园周进水底座(7),污水均匀地进入泵体内。水气混合液混合后的水气混合液由圆周等角八个通道的水气排出座排出。
本实用新型水下曝气器,可以用变频器控制电机转速,调节供氧量以便适应使用要求。

Claims (9)

1、一种水下曝气器,由潜水电机,泵体及消音器所组成,其特征在于潜水电机(4)的转轴穿过电机座(12),进气座(10)直接与叶轮(9)相连,进气座下方依次设有水气排出座(11),进水底座(7),它们之间沿轴向通过螺钉固接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水下曝气器,其特征在于进气座(10)为园形箱式结构,并且上面设有进气管。
3、根据权利要求1所述的水下曝气器,其特征在于进气座上设有消音器和空气调节阀,并且位于进气口处。
4、根据权利要求1所述的水下曝气器,其特征在于潜水电机转轴的密封为双面机械密封,其动静环为碳化硅材料。
5、根据权利要求1所述的水下曝气器,其特征在于叶轮(9)下方设有导向轮(8),二者均为不锈钢制做。
6、根据权利要求4所述的水下曝气器,其特征在于机械密封外侧罩有一护环(13)。
7、根据权利要求1所述的水下曝气器,其特征在于进水座(7)为格栅式。
8、根据权利要求1所述的水下曝气器,其特征在于进水底座(7)进气座(10)水气排出座(11)均为圆形。
9、根据权利要求1所述的水下曝气器,其特征在于水气排出座(11)有圆周等角八个通道。
