Abstract
【解決手段】第1原動機2と、複数の変速ギヤ対14〜17と、出力部材11,12とを備え、更に、第1原動機2に連結された第1回転要素Crと、第2回転要素Rgと、出力部材に対して動力を選択的に出力する第3回転要素Snとを有し、かつこれら少なくとも三つの回転要素の間で差動作用を行う差動機構1と、第2回転要素に連結された第2原動機3とを備え、変速ギヤ対は、第1回転要素と出力部材との間に設けられかつ選択的に動力伝達可能な状態にされる少なくとも一対の第1変速ギヤ対と、第3回転要素と出力部材との間に設けられかつ選択的に動力伝達可能な状態にされる少なくとも一対の第2変速ギヤ対とを含み、さらに第2原動機を回転しないように選択的に固定するロック機構SLを備えている。

である。一方、奇数段の変速比をG1、偶数段の変速比をG2とすると、出力トルクToは、
To=Te×G2+Tc×G2−Ts×G1
であるから、上記のサンギヤSnとキャリヤCrとのトルクの式を代入すると、
To=G2×Te+{(1−ρ)G2−ρG1}×Tm
となる。したがって、エンジン2と併せてモータ・ジェネレータ3を動作させて走行する場合、偶数段においてはG1が小さくなるようにシフト制御を行い、また奇数段においてはG2が大きくなるようにシフト制御を行う。このような変速段の選択を行う機能的手段が、この発明における変速段選択手段に相当する。
Claims (19)
- 第1原動機と、
その第1原動機の出力した動力が伝達されるギヤ比の異なる複数の変速ギヤ対と、
変速ギヤ対から伝達された動力を出力する出力部材と、
前記複数の変速ギヤ対からいずれかの変速ギヤ対を選択して出力部材に動力伝達可能とする選択的動力伝達機構と、
を備えている車両用動力伝達装置において、
第2原動機と、
前記第1原動機に連結された第1回転要素と、前記第2原動機に連結された第2回転要素と、第3回転要素との少なくとも三つの回転要素を有し、かつこれら少なくとも三つの回転要素の間で差動作用を行う差動機構と、
前記第1回転要素と前記出力部材との間に設けられ、少なくとも一つの前記変速ギヤ対を有する第1変速ギヤ対系と、
前記第3回転要素と前記出力部材との間に設けられ、少なくとも一つの前記変速ギヤ対を有する第2変速ギヤ対系と、
前記第2原動機を回転しないように選択的に固定するロック機構と、
を備えていることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記差動機構は、遊星歯車機構を含み、
その遊星歯車機構は、該遊星歯車機構についての共線図上で、前記第2回転要素を挟んだ両側に前記第1回転要素と前記第3回転要素とが位置し、かつ前記車両の前進時に前記第1回転要素に対して前記第3回転要素が反対方向に回転するように構成されている請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記第2変速ギヤ対系を前記第3回転要素と前記出力部材との間でトルク伝達可能な状態に設定して所定の変速段を設定する場合に前記ロック機構によって前記第2原動機を固定し、また前記第1変速ギヤ対系を前記第1回転要素と前記出力部材との間でトルク伝達可能な状態に設定して他の所定の変速段を設定する場合に前記ロック機構による前記第2原動機の固定を解除する変速制御手段を更に備えている請求項1または2に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記出力部材に対してトルクを伝達する前記変速ギヤ対系を切り替える変速の際に、前記第2原動機の回転数を変化させて、新たにトルクの伝達に関与する変速ギヤ対系の回転数を変速後の回転数に設定する同期制御を実行する同期手段を更に備えている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記同期手段によって前記第2原動機の回転数を変化させる場合に、前記第1原動機と前記第2原動機との出力トルクを、前記出力部材のトルクが変化しないように協調して制御する協調制御手段を更に備えている請求項4に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記出力部材は、前記差動機構の回転中心軸線に対して平行に配置された第1出力軸と第2出力軸とを含み、
さらに、前記差動機構の回転中心軸線に対して平行に配置されたアイドラ軸を備え、
前記第1変速ギヤ対系は、前記第1回転要素からトルクが伝達される第1駆動ギヤと前記第1出力軸上に配置された第1被駆動ギヤとを含み、
前記第2変速ギヤ対系は、前記第3回転要素からトルクが伝達される前記アイドラ軸上に配置された第2駆動ギヤと前記第2出力軸上に配置された第2被駆動ギヤとを含む
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1出力軸および第2出力軸からトルクが伝達される差動作用のある終減速機構を備え、
前記第1原動機と前記差動機構とがそれぞれの回転中心軸線が同一軸線上に位置するように配置され、
前記アイドラ軸と前記第2出力軸とは、前記車両に搭載した状態で、前記第1原動機の中心軸線と前記終減速機構の回転中心軸線とを含む平面より上側に配置され、
前記第1出力軸は、前記車両に搭載した状態で、前記第1原動機の中心軸線と前記終減速機構の回転中心軸線とを含む前記平面より下側に配置されている
請求項6に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記選択的動力伝達機構は、前記第2原動機を駆動して走行する場合に、前記第1変速ギヤ対系を介して前記出力部材にトルクを伝達することにより設定される変速段と前記第2変速ギヤ対系を介して前記出力部材にトルクを伝達することにより設定される変速段とのうち、前記出力部材から出力するトルクが相対的に大きくなる変速段を設定する変速段選択手段を含む請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1原動機が出力する動力で走行しかつ前記第2原動機が出力する動力を走行のために補助的に作用させる走行状態での変速の際の制御内容と、前記第2原動機の動力で走行している走行状態もしくは前記第2原動機でエネルギ回生して減速している走行状態での変速の際の制御内容とを相互に異ならせてそれぞれの変速を制御する変速制御変更手段を更に備えている請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1変速ギヤ対系を前記第1原動機に直結した状態と前記第3回転要素に連結した状態とに切り替える第1クラッチ手段と、
前記第2変速ギヤ対系を前記第1原動機に直結した状態と前記第3回転要素に連結した状態とに切り替える第2クラッチ手段と
を更に備えている請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1変速ギヤ対系および第1クラッチ手段と、前記第2変速ギヤ対系と前記第2クラッチ手段とは、前記差動機構の中心軸線に沿う方向でかつ前記差動機構を挟んで互いに反対側に配置されている請求項10に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記選択的動力伝達機構は、前記第1ないし第3の回転要素のうちの少なくとも二つの回転要素同士を連結して前記差動機構の全体を一体化させる第3クラッチ手段と、前記第3回転要素と前記出力部材との間で前記第2変速ギヤ対系を選択的にトルク伝達可能にする第4クラッチ手段と、前記第1回転要素と前記出力部材との間で前記第1変速ギヤ対系を選択的にトルク伝達可能にする第5クラッチ手段とを含む請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記第3回転要素と前記第1出力軸との間で選択的にトルク伝達可能な状態にされる後進段用ギヤ対が前記第3回転要素と第1出力軸との間に設けられている請求項6または7に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記出力部材は、前記差動機構の回転中心軸線に対して平行に配置された第1出力軸と第2出力軸とを含み、
前記第1変速ギヤ対系は、前記第1回転要素からトルクが伝達される第1駆動ギヤと前記第1出力軸上に配置された第1被駆動ギヤとを含み、
前記第2変速ギヤ対系は、前記第3回転要素からトルクが伝達される第2駆動ギヤと前記第2出力軸上に配置された第2被駆動ギヤとを含み、
前記第1出力軸と第2出力軸とのいずれか一方から出力されるトルクの方向を他方から出力されるトルクの方向に対して反転させる反転機構が設けられている
請求項2ないし13のいずれかに記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記反転機構は前記第2出力軸の出力側に設けられ、かつ前記第3回転要素と前記第1出力軸との間に後進段を設定するための後進段用ギヤ対が設けられている請求項14に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記反転機構は前記第2出力軸の出力側に設けられ、かつ前記第1回転要素と前記第2出力軸との間に後進段を設定するための後進段用ギヤ対が設けられ、さらに前記第1原動機と前記第1回転要素との伝達トルク容量を連続的に増大させるフリクションスタート機構が設けられている請求項14に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1原動機と前記差動機構とはそれぞれの回転中心軸線が同一軸線上に位置するように配置され、
その差動機構における前記第3回転要素から伝達されたトルクをその方向を反転して出力する逆転機構が、前記差動機構と前記第1変速ギヤ対系もしくは第2変速ギヤ対系との間でかつ前記第1原動機の回転中心軸線上に配置されている
請求項2ないし16のいずれかに記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記逆転機構による反転作用を受けないトルクが前記第2回転要素から伝達されかつ前記差動機構と同一軸線上に配置された後進用駆動ギヤと、その後進用駆動ギヤに噛み合いかつ前記出力部材に保持された後進用被駆動ギヤとからなる後進用ギヤ対が設けられ、さらに、その後進用ギヤ対を前記第2回転要素と前記出力部材との間で選択的にトルク伝達可能な状態にする第6クラッチ手段が設けられている請求項17に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記第2原動機の出力を減速して前記第2回転要素に伝達する減速機構が更に設けられている請求項1ないし18のいずれかに記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
