Abstract
【解決手段】三つの要素が相互に差動回転する動力分割機構と、第1電動機に連結された第2要素から伝達された動力を出力部材に出力する第1の変速状態と、第2電動機に連結された第3要素から伝達された動力を前記出力部材に出力する第2の変速状態とを設定可能な変速機構と、内燃機関が出力した動力を各電動機による電力への変換を介さずに出力部材に伝達する内燃機関直達状態で変速機構による変速状態を切り替える場合に、その変速状態の切り替えの際に一時的に内燃機関を出力部材に対して非動作状態にするとともに内燃機関の動力に替えて少なくともいずれかの前記電動機が出力する動力を前記出力部材に伝達するEV走行状態を設定する第1変速制御手段(ステップS7,S8)とを備えている。

Claims (7)
- 内燃機関と発電機能のある第1および第2の電動機とを備えたハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置において、
前記内燃機関から動力が伝達される第1の回転要素と、前記第1の電動機から動力が伝達される第2の回転要素と、前記第2の電動機から動力が伝達される第3の回転要素とを備えるとともにこれら三つの回転要素が相互に差動回転する動力分割機構と、
前記第2の回転要素から伝達された動力を出力部材に出力する第1の変速状態と、前記第3の回転要素から伝達された動力を前記出力部材に出力する第2の変速状態とを設定可能な変速機構と、
前記内燃機関が出力した動力を前記各電動機による電力への変換を介さずに前記出力部材に伝達する内燃機関直達状態で前記変速機構による変速状態を切り替える場合に、その変速状態の切り替えの際に一時的に内燃機関を前記出力部材に対して非動作状態にするとともに前記内燃機関の動力に替えて少なくともいずれかの前記電動機が出力する動力を前記出力部材に伝達するEV走行状態を設定する第1変速制御手段と
を備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関が出力した動力を前記各電動機による電力への変換を介さずに前記出力部材に伝達する内燃機関直達状態で前記変速機構による変速状態を切り替える場合に、前記内燃機関を駆動状態に維持する第2変速制御手段と、
前記ハイブリッド駆動装置の運転状態に基づいて前記第1変速制御手段による前記変速状態の切り替えと前記第2変速制御手段による前記変速状態の切り替えとを選択する選択手段と
を更に備えている請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関直達状態で前記変速状態の切り替えを行った場合に前記内燃機関の運転状態が、予め定めた許容騒音振動領域を外れることもしくは許容最低回転数より低回転数になることを検出する検出手段を更に備え、
前記選択手段は、前記内燃機関直達状態で前記変速状態の切り替えを行った場合に前記内燃機関の運転状態が、予め定めた許容騒音振動領域を外れもしくは許容最低回転数より低回転数になることが前記検出手段によって検出された場合に前記第1変速制御手段による前記変速状態の切り替えを選択する手段を含む
請求項2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記動力分割機構は、前記第1の電動機から動力が伝達される外歯歯車である第1サンギヤと、該第1サンギヤに対して同心円状に配置されかつ前記内燃機関の動力が伝達される内歯歯車である第1リングギヤと、第1サンギヤに噛み合っているピニオンギヤおよび該ピニオンギヤと前記第1リングギヤとに噛み合っている他のピニオンギヤを保持しかつ前記第2の電動機から動力が伝達される第1キャリヤとを有するダブルピニオン型遊星歯車機構によって構成され、
前記変速機構は、外歯歯車である第2サンギヤ、および該第2サンギヤに対して同心円状に配置されかつ固定された第2リングギヤ、ならびにこれら第2サンギヤと第2リングギヤとに噛み合っているピニオンギヤを保持している第2キャリヤを回転要素とするシングルピニオン型遊星歯車機構と、第2サンギヤを前記第1キャリヤに選択的に連結する第1クラッチと、第2サンギヤを前記第1の電動機に選択的に連結する第2クラッチと、前記第2キャリヤを前記出力部材に選択的に連結する第3クラッチと、前記第2キャリヤを前記出力部材に選択的に連結する第4クラッチとを備え、
前記第1の電動機と前記第1サンギヤとを選択的に連結する第5クラッチと、前記第1の電動機を選択的に固定するブレーキとを更に備えている
請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関の非動作状態は、内燃機関での燃料の燃焼を停止した状態と、前記内燃機関と前記出力部材との間のトルク伝達を遮断した状態とのいずれかである請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記第1変速制御手段は、前記第5クラッチを解放させて前記第1の電動機と前記第1サンギヤとの連結を解除する手段を含む請求項4に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記第2の回転要素および第3の回転要素のいずれか一方の回転要素を前記変速機構に選択的に連結するクラッチと、
前記第2の回転要素および第3の回転要素のいずれか他方を前記変速機構もしくは前記出力部材に選択的に連結する他のクラッチとを
備えている請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。
