Abstract
【解決手段】電動機と、該電動機以外の他の動力装置と、前記電動機もしくは前記動力装置の動力を変速して出力する変速機とを備えたハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置において、前記電動機の動力で走行する場合に前記変速機の変速を禁止する変速禁止手段(ステップS3)を備えている。変速によるショックが生じないので、EV走行時の違和感を防止できる。

Claims (9)
- 電動機と、該電動機以外の他の動力装置と、前記電動機もしくは前記動力装置の動力を変速して出力する変速機とを備えたハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置において、
前記電動機の動力で走行する場合に前記変速機の変速を禁止する変速禁止手段を備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 電動機と、該電動機以外の他の動力装置と、前記電動機もしくは前記動力装置の動力を変速して出力する変速機とを備えたハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置において、
前記電動機の動力で走行する場合に前記変速機の変速を規制する変速規制手段を備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記変速禁止手段もしくは前記変速規制手段は、前記変速機の変速比を最も低速側の変速比に固定する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速機は、駆動状態で前記最も低速側の変速比を設定する際に係合する一方向係合機構と、該一方向係合機構に対して並列に配置された両方向係合機構とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 複数のオイルポンプと、
前記電動機で走行する場合に前記複数のオイルポンプを駆動するポンプ駆動手段と
を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記複数のオイルポンプは、前記他の動力装置によって駆動される機械式オイルポンプと、電動オイルポンプとを含むとともに、
前記ポンプ駆動手段は、前記他の電動機を駆動して前記他の動力装置および前記機械式オイルポンプを駆動するとともに、前記電動オイルポンプを駆動する手段を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記電動機は、前記変速機を介して入力される動力で回転させられて発電する電動発電機を含むとともに、
その電動発電機に接続された蓄電装置と、
その蓄電装置の充電状態を検出する検出手段と、
前記蓄電装置の充電状態が低下していることが前記検出手段で検出された場合に前記変速機をアップシフトさせるアップシフト指示手段と
を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記他の動力装置から動力を出力させる通常走行から前記電動機の動力で走行するモータ走行に切り替える際に、その時点の前記変速機の変速比を維持する変速比維持手段と、
その後に出力変更要求があった際に前記変速機の変速比を前記最も低速側の変速比に切り替えて固定する変速比固定手段と
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 入力回転要素と出力回転要素と反力回転要素とを有する差動歯車機構を更に備え、
前記他の動力装置が前記入力回転要素に連結されるとともに、前記出力回転要素に前記変速機の入力部材と発電機能のある電動発電機とが連結され、さらに前記反力回転要素に前記電動機が連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置の制御装置。
