Abstract
Description
a)温度を、一般にガラス転移領域に近い核形成領域まで、30〜80℃/分の速度で上昇させる;
b)20分間ほどで核形成の温度区間(670〜800℃)を通過させ、数分間にわたって温度を維持する;
c)15〜30分間かけて温度を約930℃という安定なセラミック化温度Tまで上昇させる;
d)セラミック化温度Tを約20分間という時間tにわたって維持する;
e)周囲温度まで急速に冷却する。
− プレートが使用位置にあるときに4つの誘導加熱式オーブンの上方に位置する場所を規定する4つの円形クラウン2aによって構成される場所すなわちエナメルなしの部分と、
− シンボル(+、−と、作動していることを示すシンボル)、ならびに(期間、強度などの)表示要素またはインディケータの上方に位置する領域を規定する7つの長方形を形成する領域2bと;
− 主として装飾用の表示2c(ここでは単語“INDUCTION”の最初の6文字と、最後の3文字IONがネガになった長方形)である。
Claims (13)
- 例えば少なくとも1つの加熱要素を覆う、あるいは、収容するための、特に調理プレートとして使用するためのガラスセラミック製プレートであって、
少なくとも2つの対照的な領域を有するコーティングを備える、
ことを特徴とするガラスセラミック製プレート。 - 透明または半透明なガラスセラミックをベースとしていること、及び、
上記コーティングが、その下にある停止中の要素の少なくとも一部を隠すが、加熱要素と、表示板が作動中はそれらを確認できるようにすること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラスセラミック製プレート。 - 上記領域の一方は、好ましくは、背景領域を構成してコーティングの表面の50〜99%を占め、プレートが覆わねばならない加熱構造の大部分をマスクし、
他方の領域は、好ましくは、上記背景領域に対して装飾および/または表示および/またはその機能要素の位置を目立つようにしつつ、これら要素が作動中であるかないかも検出できる信号領域であり、
後者の領域によって覆われる表面は、コーティングの表面の1〜50%である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガラスセラミック製プレート。 - 対照的な複数の領域を有する上記コーティングが、主としてプレートの唯一の同一の面上に存在していて、その面は、好ましくは、使用位置にある加熱素子の方に向けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミック製プレート。
- 上記2つの対照的な領域が、少なくとも1つの無光沢領域と、少なくとも1つの反射領域である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミック製プレート。
- 上記2つの対照的な領域が、厚さの異なるコーティングからなる領域である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミック製プレート。
- 上記コーティングが、上記領域を形成するように堆積された少なくとも2つの層で形成されていて、
一方の層は、好ましくは、塗料層であって上記背景領域を覆っており、
他方の層は、好ましくは、反射層または上記一方の層よりも薄い塗料層であって少なくとも1つの信号領域を覆っている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミック製プレート。 - 前記塗料が、350℃よりも高い分解温度を持ち、少なくとも1種類のシリコーン樹脂および/または高温に耐えられる少なくとも1種類の(コ)ポリマーをベースとしており、該(コ)ポリマーは、特に、ポリイミド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリフッ化樹脂、ポリシロキサン樹脂の中から選択され、
該塗料は、オプションで、少なくとも1種類の無機添加剤を含有し得る、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガラスセラミック製プレート。 - 上記反射層が、鏡面効果またはキラキラ光る効果を有する層であり、
この層は、例えば金属タイプの少なくとも1つの(下)層および/または誘電性材料をベースとした少なくとも1つの(下)層で形成されているか、あるいは、
溶融シリカ、フリット、融解ガラスいずれかの中に効果をもたらす顔料も含まれたもので形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガラスセラミック製プレート。 - 下にある誘導加熱要素と協働するようにされている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミック製プレート。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のプレートを製造する方法であって、
裸のガラスセラミック製プレートの1つの面に、少なくとも1つの第1の領域を形成する少なくとも1つの第1の層を付着させ、
その中に1つまたは複数のエナメルなしの部分を用意するか設け、
該エナメルなしの部分を、第1の領域とは対照的な、少なくとも1つの第2の領域を形成する少なくとも1つの第2の層で覆う、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミック製プレートと、1つまたは複数の加熱要素、特に誘導加熱要素とを備える、ことを特徴とする調理装置および/または高温維持装置。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミック製プレートを製造するための装置であって、
少なくとも1つのスクリーン印刷によるよるコーティング装置と、少なくとも1つの陽極スパッタリング装置とを備える、ことを特徴とする装置。
