Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの加熱エレメントを覆うか又は収容することを意図したガラスセラミックプレートであって、ガラスセラミックよりも高い屈折率を有する金属材料に基づく10〜100nmの厚さを有する少なくとも1つのナノスケールの層で少なくとも部分的にコーティングされ、該ナノスケールの層が少なくとも95wt%の金属材料から形成され、該ナノスケールの層を形成する金属材料の粒子の少なくとも90%が最初は100nmよりも小さい直径を有するガラスセラミックプレート。
- 前記ナノスケールの層がほぼ100wt%の金属材料から形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラスセラミックプレート。
- 料理板又はホブ(hob)としての役割を果たすことを意図したことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のガラスセラミックプレート。
- 前記ナノスケールの層が別の層のための下層としての役割を果たすことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミックプレート。
- 前記ナノスケールの層が少なくとも1つの塗料層と組み合わせられたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミックプレート。
- 前記ナノスケールの層が少なくとも1つのエナメル層と組み合わせられたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミックプレート。
- ガラスセラミックよりも高い屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの金属材料及び/又は該金属材料の前駆体を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミックプレートを得るのに適したスクリーン印刷可能な組成物。
- 前記金属材料の粒子をガラスセラミックプレートに結合させるための有機材料をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- ガラスセラミックよりも高い屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの金属材料及び/又は該金属材料の前駆体を含む組成物がスクリーン印刷によってセラミック化の前に前駆体ガラスに適用される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のプレートを製造するための方法。
