Abstract
【解決手段】 支持体と被支持体との間で振動の伝達を減衰する粘性流体封入ダンパー31のシャフト取付部32に、シャフトを受け入れるシャフト受入孔32aと、シャフト受入孔32aに交差してシャフト取付部32の側面に孔口を開ける窓孔32bとを設けた。そのため、シャフトが正確に挿入されているか否かの判断が容易で、シャフトの保持力が強い。

Claims (5)
- ゴム状弾性を有する軟質部と、支持体に取付ける支持体側の硬質部と、該支持体に収容される被支持体に取付ける被支持体側の硬質部とで形成した密閉容器内に粘性流体を封入し、支持体と被支持体との間で振動の伝達を減衰する粘性流体封入ダンパーにおいて、
前記支持体側又は被支持体側の少なくとも何れかの硬質部に、支持体又は被支持体に設けたシャフトに接続するシャフト取付部を有し、
該シャフト取付部に、前記シャフトを受け入れるシャフト受入孔と、該シャフト受入孔に交差してシャフト取付部の側面に孔口を開ける窓孔とを設けたことを特徴とする粘性流体封入ダンパー。 - 前記窓孔が、シャフト取付部を貫通する貫通孔として設けている請求項1記載の粘性流体封入ダンパー。
- 前記窓孔が、シャフトに設けた抜止め突起を当接させるとともに該抜止め突起を視認可能とする窓孔である請求項1または請求項2記載の粘性流体封入ダンパー。
- ゴム状弾性を有する軟質部と、支持体に取付ける支持体側の硬質部と、該支持体に収容される被支持体に取付ける被支持体側の硬質部とで形成した密閉容器内に粘性流体を封入する粘性流体封入ダンパーと、支持体と、被支持体と、で形成され、支持体と被支持体との間に介在した該粘性流体封入ダンパーが振動の伝達を減衰する粘性流体封入ダンパーの取付構造において、
前記粘性流体封入ダンパーが、前記支持体側又は被支持体側の少なくとも何れかの硬質部に、支持体又は被支持体に設けたシャフトと接続するシャフト取付部を有し、該シャフト取付部に、該シャフトを受け入れるシャフト受入孔と、該シャフト受入孔に交差してシャフト取付部の側面に孔口を開ける窓孔とを設けたものであり、
前記支持体又は被支持体が、前記粘性流体封入ダンパーのシャフト取付部に挿入するシャフトを有し、該シャフトが、シャフト軸から拡開する膨出部を設けたものであり、
シャフト受入孔に挿入されるシャフトの該膨出部が窓孔に突き出し、該窓孔と当接しており、
前記支持体又は被支持体と前記粘性流体封入ダンパーとが接続していることを特徴とする粘性流体封入ダンパーの取付構造。 - 被支持体がディスク状記録媒体を再生するメカニカルシャーシであり、支持体がディスク装置の筐体である請求項4記載の粘性流体封入ダンパーの取付構造。
