Abstract
【解決手段】 排気ガス浄化装置12の浄化能力を回復するための再生制御の際に、ポスト噴射の噴射量Qpを予め設定したマップデータMpに基づいて算出し、この算出された噴射量Qpを累積計算してポスト噴射の累積噴射量ΣQpを算出し、該累積噴射量ΣQpが所定の判定値Cpを超えた場合に、ポスト噴射を停止して前記再生制御を中止する。

Description
再生制御の際のポスト噴射による燃料を過剰に噴射することを防止できる。そのため、燃料によるオイル希釈であるオイルダイリューションの発生を未然に回避できる。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関の排気ガス通路に、排気ガス中の成分を浄化するための排気ガス浄化装置と、該排気ガス浄化装置の浄化能力を回復するために、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御におけるポスト噴射を伴う再生制御を行う再生制御手段を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記再生制御の際に、ポスト噴射の噴射量を予め設定したマップデータに基づいて算出し、この算出された噴射量を累積計算してポスト噴射の累積噴射量を算出し、該累積噴射量が所定の判定値を超えた場合に、ポスト噴射を停止して前記再生制御を中止することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。 - 前記ポスト噴射の噴射量を、エンジン回転数と主燃料噴射量をパラメータとするマップデータに基づいて算出された値を大気圧に従って補正して算出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 前記排気ガス浄化装置を、連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置で形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 内燃機関の排気ガス通路に、排気ガス中の成分を浄化するための排気ガス浄化装置と、該排気ガス浄化装置の浄化能力を回復するために、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御におけるポスト噴射を伴う再生制御を行う再生制御手段を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記再生制御手段が、前記再生制御の際に、ポスト噴射の噴射量を予め設定したマップデータに基づいて算出し、この算出された噴射量を累積計算してポスト噴射の累積噴射量を算出し、該累積噴射量が所定の判定値を超えた場合に、ポスト噴射を停止して前記再生制御を中止する制御を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記再生制御手段が、前記ポスト噴射の噴射量を、エンジン回転数と主燃料噴射量をパラメータとするマップデータに基づいて算出された値を大気圧に従って補正して算出することを特徴とする請求項4記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記排気ガス浄化装置が、フィルタに酸化触媒を担持させた連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置、フィルタの上流側に酸化触媒を設けた連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置、フィルタに触媒を担持させると共に該フィルタの上流側に酸化触媒を設けた連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置のいずれか一つ又はその組合せであることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
