Claims (4)
- ディーゼルエンジンの排気管に排気ガス中のPMを捕集するDPDを接続し、通常走行モード時に前記DPDのPM量が一定量以上になったとき、マルチ噴射とポスト噴射を行ってディーゼルエンジンの排ガス温度を上昇させてDPDを自動再生する再生モードを備えた排ガス浄化システムにおいて、高地での通常走行モード時に、その高地での大気圧と走行時のエンジン回転から高地全負荷噴射量を決定して走行し、前記再生モード時に、ポスト噴射量を基に前記高地全負荷噴射量を下げた高地走行再生噴射量を決定し、上記高地での通常走行モードから高地再生モードに突入する際に前記高地全負荷噴射量から高地再生走行噴射量に徐々に噴射量をデクリースさせ、前記徐々にデクリースされた高地全負荷噴射量が高地再生走行噴射量まで落ちた後、そのデクリースした分の燃料を噴射する前記ポスト噴射を開始し、再生終了後は高地再生走行噴射量から前記高地全負荷噴射量に噴射量をインクリースするようにしたことを特徴とする高地における排ガス浄化システム。
- 高度が2000mを超える高地での気圧を含む各気圧毎にエンジン回転数に対する燃料の全負荷噴射量を空燃比に基づいて設定したマップを備え、高地での通常走行モード時の前記高地全負荷噴射量は、その高度における大気圧と走行時のエンジン回転数を基に前記マップから決定される請求項1記載の高地における排ガス浄化システム。
- 高地での通常走行モード時の前記高地全負荷噴射量は、前記マップの高度に基づく全負荷性能特性線を選択し、その全負荷性能特性線を基にエンジン回転数から決定する請求項2記載の高地における排ガス浄化システム。
- 前記再生モード時に、マルチ噴射を行って排ガス温度をDPDの触媒活性温度以上に排ガス温度を上昇させると共にその間に前記ポスト噴射を行うことなく前記高地全負荷噴射量をデクリースして高地再生走行噴射量まで落として再生走行モードとし、その高地再生走行噴射量と前記高地全負荷噴射量の差分をポスト噴射量とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の高地における排ガス浄化システム。
