Claims (2)
- 車両に搭載されたエンジンの排気ガス通路に連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えると共に、該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置における粒子状物質の捕集量を検出する捕集量検出手段と、排気温度を上昇させるマルチ噴射と捕集された粒子状物質を強制的に燃焼除去するポスト噴射を行う強制再生手段と、強制再生の後に車両が走行した走行距離を検出する走行距離検出手段とを有するディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記走行距離検出手段が、検出された走行距離が該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置に捕集されている粒子状物質の偏積により強制再生が必要であると判断される走行距離を越えたことを検出したときに、前記捕集量検出手段により検出された捕集量が所定値を越えない範囲では強制再生が必要と判断し、
強制再生が必要と判断した際に排気温度が所定値よりも低い場合はマルチ噴射を行い、 マルチ噴射後に、前記捕集量検出手段で検出した粒子状物質の捕集量が前記連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の再生が完了したと判断される捕集量以下の場合には強制再生制御を終了することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。 - 車両に搭載されたエンジンの排気ガス通路に連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えると共に、該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置における粒子状物質の捕集量を検出する捕集量検出手段と、排気温度を上昇させるマルチ噴射と捕集された粒子状物質を強制的に燃焼除去するポスト噴射を行う強制再生手段と、強制再生の後に車両が走行した走行距離を検出する走行距離検出手段とを有するディーデルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記ディーデルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段は、
前記走行距離検出手段が、検出された走行距離が該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置に捕集されている粒子状物質の偏積により強制再生が必要であると判断される走行距離を越えたことを検出したときに、前記捕集量検出手段により検出された捕集量が所定値を越えない範囲では強制再生が必要と判断し、
強制再生が必要と判断した際に排気温度が所定値よりも低い場合はマルチ噴射を行い、 マルチ噴射後に、前記捕集量検出手段で検出した粒子状物質の捕集量が前記連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の再生が完了したと判断される捕集量以下の場合には強制再生制御を終了するように制御することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。
