Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載された内燃機関の排気ガス通路にディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えると共に、該ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置のフィルタに捕集される捕集物の捕集量が、捕集量別に区分された複数の捕集量領域のいずれにあるかを検出する捕集量領域検出手段と、車両が走行した距離が、走行距離別に区分された複数の走行距離領域のいずれにあるかを検出する走行距離領域検出手段と、前記フィルタの再生時期を判定する再生時期判定手段と、排気ガスを昇温させて前記フィルタの強制再生を行う強制再生制御手段と、前記再生時期判定手段により再生時期であると判定された場合に、前記強制再生制御手段を作動させるディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段を備え、
該ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段が、前記強制再生制御手段により所定のプロセスを満たすように強制再生を行い、強制再生を終了する時に前記所定のプロセスを満たしたかを判断する判断ステップを備え、強制再生終了時に前記捕集量領域検出手段による捕集量領域検出と前記走行距離領域検出手段による走行距離領域検出を行なう排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法において、
前記強制再生制御手段による強制再生を前回の再生終了時に前記判断ステップを満たさずに終了した後に、強制再生を行う場合に、強制再生開始時に前記捕集量領域検出手段による捕集量領域検出と前記走行距離領域検出手段による走行距離領域検出を行なって、前記捕集量領域検出手段で検出された捕集量領域が、前記強制再生終了時の捕集量領域よりも捕集量が大きい他の捕集量領域であるか、又は、前記走行距離領域検出手段で検出された走行距離領域が、前記強制再生終了時の走行距離領域よりも走行距離が大きい他の走行距離領域であるか、少なくとも一方である時には、前記所定のプロセスをリセットして強制再生を行い、それ以外の場合には、前記所定プロセスの継続で強制再生を行なうことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。 - 前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段が、停車アイドル状態で再生制御を行なうように警告されたドライバーが手動再生スイッチを押した場合に前記フィルタの強制再生制御を行なう手動再生モードと、車両走行中に自動的に前記フィルタの強制再生制御を行なう走行自動再生モードを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 車両に搭載された内燃機関の排気ガス通路にディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えると共に、該ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置のフィルタに捕集される捕集物の捕集量が、捕集量別に区分された複数の捕集量領域のいずれにあるかを検出する捕集量領域検出手段と、車両が走行した距離が、走行距離別に区分された複数の走行距離領域のいずれにあるかを検出する走行距離領域検出手段と、前記フィルタの再生時期を判定する再生時期判定手段と、排気ガスを昇温させて前記フィルタの強制再生を行う強制再生制御手段と、前記再生時期判定手段により再生時期であると判定された場合に、前記強制再生制御手段を作動させるディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段を備え、
該ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段が、前記強制再生制御手段により所定のプロセスを満たすように強制再生を行い、強制再生を終了する時に前記所定のプロセスを満たしたかを判断する判断ステップを備え、強制再生終了時に前記捕集量領域検出手段による捕集量領域検出と前記走行距離領域検出手段による走行距離領域検出を行なう排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段が、前記強制再生制御手段による強制再生を前回の再生終了時に前記判断ステップを満たさずに終了した後に、強制再生を行う場合に、強制再生開始時に前記捕集量領域検出手段による捕集量領域検出と前記走行距離領域検出手段による走行距離領域検出を行なって、前記捕集量領域検出手段で検出された捕集量領域が、前記強制再生終了時の捕集量領域よりも捕集量が大きい他の捕集量領域であるか、又は、前記走行距離領域検出手段で検出された走行距離領域が、前記強制再生終了時の走行距離領域よりも走行距離が大きい他の走行距離領域であるか、少なくとも一方である時には、前記所定のプロセスをリセットして強制再生を行い、それ以外の場合には、前記所定プロセスの継続で強制再生を行なう制御をするように構成されたことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段が、停車アイドル状態で再生制御を行なうように警告されたドライバーが手動再生スイッチを押した場合に前記フィルタの強制再生制御を行なう手動再生モードと、車両走行中に自動的に前記フィルタの強制再生制御を行なう走行自動再生モードを有していることを特徴とする請求項3記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置が、触媒を担持せずにフィルタで形成されたディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置、フィルタに酸化触媒を担持させた連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置、フィルタの上流側に酸化触媒を設けた連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置、フィルタに触媒を担持させると共に該フィルタの上流側に酸化触媒を設けた連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置のいずれか一つ又はその組合せであることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
