Claims (7)
- シリンダ内に燃料を噴射する型式の内燃機関の排気ガス通路に設けられて排気ガス中の粒子状物質を捕集する排気ガス浄化装置と、排気ガス浄化装置の浄化能力を回復するために燃焼後にシリンダ内に燃料を噴射するポスト噴射を伴う再生制御を行う再生制御装置とを備える内燃機関の排気ガス浄化システムであって、
再生制御装置が、
排気ガス浄化装置の再生毎に用いるポスト噴射の燃料噴射量を規制する規制値であり、内燃機関の潤滑油がポスト噴射による燃料により希釈されやすい特定運転領域においてはそれ以外の運転領域に比べて小さな値となるよう、少なくとも機関回転数と負荷とに基づいて設定される積算規制値を得、再生制御を継続している間に得た少なくとも2つの積算規制値に基づいて最終積算規制値を設定する設定手段と、
ポスト噴射の燃料噴射量を積算して積算ポスト噴射量を算出する算出手段と、
算出手段が算出した積算ポスト噴射量が設定手段で設定した最終積算規制値に達した場合にポスト噴射を中止する再生中止手段と
を備えてなる内燃機関の排気ガス浄化システム。 - 特定運転領域が、シリンダ内温度が低温となる内燃機関の運転領域である請求項1記載の内燃機関の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 特定運転領域が、機関回転数及び負荷に基づいて設定される請求項1記載の内燃機関の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 特定運転領域が、高機関回転数で、かつ低負荷である運転領域に設定される請求項3記載の内燃機関の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 積算規制値を、基本ポスト噴射量を設定する場合の機関回転数と負荷と同一の機関回転数と負荷とに基づいて設定する請求項4記載の内燃機関の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 規制値を、各運転領域での走行頻度に応じて設定する請求項1、2、3、4または5記載の内燃機関の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 走行頻度を、実際の走行時の頻度により算出する請求項6記載の内燃機関の排気ガス浄化システム。
