Description
Claims (24)
- 低温流体又は圧縮気体等の流体を、低温又は室温で弾力性をもって貯蔵するための軽量低温適合圧力容器であって、
貯蔵容積を囲む内部圧力容器と、
前記内部圧力容器を囲み、それとの間に真空スペースを形成する外部容器と、
前記真空スペースの前記内部圧力容器を囲んで、前記貯蔵容積への熱伝達を抑止する断熱材と、
前記貯蔵容積から前記内部圧力容器を通る流体透過による前記真空スペースでの真空損失を実質的に抑止する前記手段とを含み、それにより、低温液体又は圧縮気体を低温で貯蔵するとき、低温断熱を維持することができるところの圧力容器。 - 前記内部圧力容器が、繊維強化複合構造を有する、請求項1に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記内部圧力容器が、軽量の非金属材料で構成される容器ライナを有する、請求項1に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記容器ライナが、ポリマー材料で構成される、請求項3に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 真空損失を実質的に抑止する前記手段が、前記容器ライナ上に位置する流体不透過層を含む、請求項3に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記流体不透過層が、実質的にH2に対して不透過である、請求項5に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記流体不透過層が、前記容器ライナの膨張/収縮のために曲がるように構成される、請求項5に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 真空損失を実質的に抑止する前記手段が、前記容器ライナに位置する流体不透過のガラス質層を含む、請求項3に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記流体不透過のガラス質層が、H2に対して実質的に不透過である請求項8に記載の、軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 真空損失を実質的に抑止する前記手段が、前記真空スペースにおいて透過した流体を捕捉する手段を含む、請求項1に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記真空スペースにおいて透過した流体を捕捉する前記手段は、前記真空スペースに位置するゲッタ材料である、請求項10に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記真空スペースにおいて透過した流体を捕捉する前記手段が、前記透過した流体を試薬と反応させる触媒を利用する、請求項10に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記触媒が、透過した水素を酸素と反応させて、氷を形成するために使用される、請求項12に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記真空スペースにおいて透過した流体を捕捉する前記手段が、前記表面積を増加させて、滞留率を向上させる樹枝状表面を有する、請求項10に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 真空損失を実質的に抑止する前記手段が、前記真空スペースから透過した流体を除去するための手段を含む、請求項1に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 透過した流体を除去するための前記手段が、機械式真空ポンプを含む、請求項15に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 透過した流体を除去するための前記手段が、電気−化学(イオン)ポンプを含む、請求項15に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 透過した流体を除去するための前記手段が、前記外部容器に配置されて、流体の濃度勾配によって、特定の前記流体のみの透過を可能にする特定流体透過膜を含む、請求項15に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記特定流体透過膜が、H2がその中を透過することを可能にするパラジウム含有膜である、請求項18に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 透過した流体を除去するための前記手段が、前記真空スペースにおいて所定の真空圧に維持するために自動的に動作するように構成される、請求項15に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 真空損失を実質的に抑止するための前記手段が、容器ライナに配置された流体不透過層、前記真空スペースにおいて透過した流体を捕捉するための手段、及び、前記真空スペースから透過した流体を除去するための手段のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記断熱材が、複数の反射層を含む、請求項1に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 前記断熱材が、MLVSI(多層真空超絶縁体)である、請求項22に記載の軽量低温適合圧力容器。
- 車両内に低温液体燃料又は圧縮気体燃料を、低温又は室温で弾力性をもって貯蔵するための軽量低温適合圧力容器であって、
燃料貯蔵容積を囲む内部圧力容器と、
前記内部圧力容器を囲み、それとの間に真空スペースを形成する外部容器と、
前記真空スペースの前記内部圧力容器を囲んで、前記燃料貯蔵容積への熱伝達を抑止するために断熱材と、
前記内部圧力容器を通る燃料透過による前記真空スペースでの真空損失を実質的に抑止する前記手段とを含み、それにより、低温液体燃料又は圧縮気体燃料を低温で貯蔵するとき、低温断熱を維持することができるところの圧力容器。
