Abstract
【解決手段】作動物質を受容する内側タンク(1)と、該内側タンク(1)を取り囲んでいる外被(2)と、前記内側タンク(1)と前記外被(2)との間に配置される絶縁層(3)とを備えた、前記作動物質を低温状態で貯留するためのタンク(10)、特に自動車タンクを製造するための方法。前記作動物質を前記内側タンク(1)に挿入し、該作動物質によって前記内側タンク(1)内で30℃ないし120℃の温度、好ましくは70℃ないし85℃の温度を得るステップと、前記内側タンク(1)と前記外被(2)との間に配置されている前記絶縁層(3)内に負圧を発生させるステップとを含む。

Claims (9)
- 作動物質を受容する内側タンク(1)と、該内側タンク(1)を取り囲んでいる外被(2)と、前記内側タンク(1)と前記外被(2)との間に配置される絶縁層(3)とを備えた、前記作動物質を低温状態で貯留するためのタンク(10)、特に自動車タンクを製造するための方法において、
前記作動物質を前記内側タンク(1)に挿入し、該作動物質によって前記内側タンク(1)内で30℃ないし120℃の温度、好ましくは70℃ないし85℃の温度を得るステップと、
前記内側タンク(1)と前記外被(2)との間に配置されている前記絶縁層(3)内に負圧を発生させるステップと、
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記作動物質を、前記内側タンク(1)内へ挿入する前に予め温度調整することにより、30℃ないし120℃の温度、好ましくは70℃ないし85℃の温度を得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記作動物質を前記内側タンク(1)内で温度調整することにより、30℃ないし120℃の温度、好ましくは70℃ないし85℃の温度を得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記負圧を、前記絶縁層(3)内の絶対圧が10−3mbarないし10−5mbarになるように発生させることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記内側タンク(1)内へ挿入する際の前記作動物質の温度が0℃ないし70℃、好ましくは20℃ないし50℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記負圧を真空ポンプを用いて、特にターボ分子ポンプを用いて発生させることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記負圧を発生させるステップを、または、
前記作動物質を挿入して前記負圧を発生させるステップを、
モバイルで行い、特に車両に配置されている車両タンク内、特に自動車内に配置されている自動車タンク内で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 前記タンク(10)への作動物質の最初の供給の範囲内で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記タンク(10)が、過臨界状態の水素を前記作動物質として受容するために形成された低温圧力タンクであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
