Description
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードを準備する段階と、
前記発光ダイオードの冷却を行うために、少なくとも1つの流路を介して、前記発光ダイオード内に冷却剤を通過させる段階と、
接着剤を硬化させるために、表面上の前記接着剤を前記発光ダイオードで照射する段階と
を含む前記表面上の前記接着剤を硬化させる方法。 - 電力供給部と、
放射出力部を有し、少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードを含む、前記電力供給部に接続された放射源と、
冷却剤を前記ダイオード内に流路を介して通し、それによって接着剤に高光出力を送出するように、前記ダイオードを冷却する、前記ダイオードに接続された少なくとも1つの前記流路と
を備える表面上の接着剤を硬化させる装置。 - 少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードを準備する段階と、
通路を作り出すために、少なくとも1つの流路を前記発光ダイオードに接続する段階と、
前記発光ダイオードの冷却を行うために、前記流路を介して、冷却剤を注入する段階と
を含む発光ダイオードを冷却する方法。 - 2つの対向する端部を有する筒状の本体と、
前記対向する端部の1つに配置された、高伝導性表面を含む発光ダイオード本体と、
前記発光ダイオード本体から離れるように熱を輸送するために働く、前記発光ダイオード本体の伝導性表面に結合されたヒートパイプと
を備える発光ダイオード硬化装置。 - 少なくとも1つの蒸気空洞を有する銅のヒートシンクと、
前記蒸気空洞の長手軸が、発光ダイオードのp−n接合と実質的に垂直である、前記ヒートシンクに取り付けられた前記発光ダイオードの配列と、
発光ダイオードから放射される光と実質的に反対の方向に、熱エネルギーが前記発光ダイオードの配列から離れるように輸送される、前記蒸気空洞を介して前記ヒートシンクの中に挿入された少なくとも1つの筒状のヒートパイプと
を備える熱エネルギーを輸送する装置。 - 伝導性の基板と、
前記伝導性基板に結合されたヒートパイプと、
熱が発光ダイオードから離れるように輸送される、前記ヒートパイプの先端に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードと
を備える発光ダイオード素子パッケージ。 - 広い端部および先端部の2つの対向する端部を有する筒状の本体と、
前記先端部に配置された、伝導性表面を含む発光ダイオード本体と、
前記筒状の本体を通して延び、前記発光ダイオードの前記伝導性表面に接合されたヒートパイプと、
前記発光素子に電力を供給するために、前記筒状本体の中央部の周りに配置された電源と、
前記本体の前記広い端部に置かれたファンと、
前記ファンから吹き出される空気を受けるために、前記電源と前記ファンの間に配置されたヒートシンク/熱交換器と
を備える発光ダイオード硬化装置。 - 前記発光ダイオードが、前記ヒートパイプを収容する穴を含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記発光ダイオードに接合された一端、および前記ヒートシンクに取り付けられた他端を有する少なくとも1つの冷却剤チューブをさらに備え、前記冷却剤チューブが、前記発光ダイオードが発生した熱を取り除くため、冷却材を前記発光ダイオードを通り移動させる働きをする請求項7記載の装置。
- 各々が第1の端部および第2の端部を有する、少なくとも1本のヒートパイプと、各ヒートパイプの前記第1の端部に取り付けられた発光ダイオードを備え、各発光素子で発生した熱が、各発光素子から離れる通常の方向に、前記それぞれのヒートパイプの第2の端部に向かって輸送される熱を輸送するための装置。
- 各ヒートパイプが一端に取り付けられた発光素子を有する、ヒートパイプの配列をさらに備える請求項10記載の装置。
- 第1の端部と第2の端部有する熱輸送装置と、
前記熱輸送装置の第1の端部に取り付けられた発光素子と、
前記発光素子が発生した熱を、前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部に輸送するための前記熱輸送装置に関連づけられた輸送手段と
を備える熱を輸送するための装置。 - 前記輸送手段が前記熱輸送装置内に形成された空洞を含み、前記空洞が前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部に延びる請求項12記載の装置。
- 前記輸送手段が、前記発光素子に極めて近接して循環させる冷却剤を含む請求項12記載の装置。
- 実質上半円形に配置された複数の発光素子をさらに含み、前記発光素子が、少なくとも1つの熱輸送装置に結合されている、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 第1の端部と第2の端部有するヒートパイプと、
前記ヒートパイプの第1の端部に取り付けられた発光素子と、
前記発光素子に電力を供給するための電力供給部と、
前記電力供給部を作動させる作動スイッチと、
前記ヒートパイプの少なくとも一部分を取り囲むハウジングと
を備える光を所定の方向に供給するための装置。 - 蒸発部および凝縮部を有するヒートパイプと、
前記ヒートパイプの前記蒸発部に取り付けられた発光素子とを備え、前記発光素子からの熱エネルギーが前記蒸発部から前記凝縮部に移動する硬化用の発光装置。 - 導電性のヒートパイプと、
前記ヒートパイプの先端に取り付けられた発光素子とを備え、前記ヒートパイプが、前記発光素子用に電気を供給し、前記発光素子から熱を輸送する発光装置。 - 各ヒートパイプが第1の端部および第2の端部、および前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部に延びる空洞を有する、ヒートパイプの配列と、
各ヒートパイプの前記第1の端部に取り付けられた、各々がp−n接合を有する発光素子とを有し、前記空洞の少なくとも1部分が前記発光素子の前記p−n接合と実質的に垂直である、熱エネルギーを輸送するための装置。 - 少なくとも1つのヒートパイプを有する基板と、
前記基板に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの発光素子とを備え、前記発光素子の発生する熱が前記発光素子から放射される光から実質的に反対の方向に移動する、発光素子。
