Claims (5)
- 一つ以上のLED(Light Emitting Diode;11)及びLED実装PCB(13)を含む光源部(10)と、
端子部50が上部に備えられ、前記光源部(10)を収容支持すると共に放熱を行う放熱ハウジング30と、
を含み、
前記放熱ハウジング(30)は、
前記光源部(10)のために下方に備えられる光源設置部(31)と、
前記光源設置部(31)の上部に形成され、内部空間に電源駆動部(20)が収容される本体(30a)と、
前記本体(30a)の外郭周りに空間を空けて離隔位置されるリング形の放熱リム(35)と、
前記本体(30a)に前記放熱リム(35)を連結し、放熱を行い、相互に間隔をおいて備えられる複数のラインタイプの放熱フィン(33)と、
を備えることを特徴とするファンレスの通気放熱LED照明器具。 - 前記ラインタイプの放熱フィン(33)は、空気移動干渉を最小化するブリッジ形態に形成され、高低と外郭連結半径とのうち何れか一つ以上の大きさを異にして形成され、放射状に既設定された間隔で交互形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のファンレスの通気放熱LED照明器具。
- 前記ラインタイプの放熱フィン(33)は、吸熱面積の拡張のために前記本体(30a)の外周面に接するリブ(335)が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のファンレスの通気放熱LED照明器具。
- 前記放熱リム(35)は、自然対流を促進するために下広上狭形態に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のファンレスの通気放熱LED照明器具。
- 前記放熱ハウジング(30)は、前記本体(30a)と、前記放熱リム(35)と、前記ラインタイプの放熱フィン(33)とが一体にモールド成形されること特徴とする、請求項1に記載のファンレスの通気放熱LED照明器具。
