Claims (2)
- PCB기판(50)이 내장될 수 있도록 원통형 형태로 형성된 조명등 케이스본체(10); 상기 조명등 케이스본체(10)의 상부에 결합되어 있으며, 수직방열판(32)이 결합될 수 있도록 다수개의 끼움홀(22)이 방사형 형태로 형성되어 있고, 중앙부위에 부싱홀(24)이 형성되어 있는 방열하판(20); 다수개의 수직방열판(32)이 방사형 형태로 배열되어 있고, 각 수직방열판(32)에 공기가 관통될 수 있도록 다수개의 통기홀(36)이 형성되어 있으며, 각 수직방열판(32) 상부에 끼움돌기(34)가 형성되어 있고, 각 수직방열판(32) 하부에 끼움돌기(36)가 형성되어 있으며, 수직방열판(32)의 상부 끼움돌기(34)가 방열상판(40)의 끼움홀(42)에 결합되어 있고, 수직방열판(32)의 하부 끼움돌기(36)가 방열하판(20)의 끼움홀(22)에 결합되어 있는 수직방열판 모듈(30); 상기 수직방열판 모듈(30)의 상부에 결합되어 있으며, 수직방열판(32)이 결합될 수 있도록 다수개의 끼움홀(42)이 방사형 형태로 형성되어 있고, 중앙부위에 부싱홀(44)이 형성되어 있는 방열상판(40);
상기 방열하판(20)와 방열상판(40)의 중앙으로 관통되어 결합된 결합부싱(70); 상기 조명등 케이스본체(10)의 내부에 내장되어 있으며, 방열하판(20)의 하부면에 밀착되어 있으며, 다수개의 LED(52)가 장착되어 있는 PCB기판(50); 및
조명등 케이스본체(10)의 하부에 결합된 조명등 커버(60);
상기 수직방열판 모듈(30)은 수직방열판이 결합 및 교환이 가능하도록 다수개의 끼움홀이 방사형 형태로 이루어진 방열상판(40)과 방열하판(20)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공냉식 수직방열판 모듈이 형성된 LED 조명등. - 삭제
