Abstract
본 고안에 따른 LED 투광등은 전원의 인가에 따라 발광되는 LED 소자와, 상기 LED 소자 구동을 위한 회로가 인쇄된 PCB를 포함하는 LED모듈과; 상기 LED소자로부터 발생되는 빛을 일 방향으로 집중시키기 위한 것으로, 열전도성 금속재로 구성되고, 내측 상부면에 상기 LED모듈이 고정 결합되며, 외측 상부면에 복수개의 고정돌기가 원형으로 배치 형성되는 투광갓과; 상기 투광갓의 하방측에 끼움결합되어 LED소자로부터 발생되는 빛을 투과시키는 투광커버와; 상기 투광갓의 외측 상부에 결합되며, 방사상으로 돌출 형성되는 복수개의 방열핀을 포함하여 투광갓으로부터 전달된 열을 외부로 방출하는 제1히트싱크와; 상기 제1히트싱크의 인접하는 2개의 방열핀 사이에 삽입 접촉되어 제1히트싱크로부터 열을 전달받아 외부로 방출하는 복수개의 제2히트싱크와; 상기 제1히트싱크와 제2히트싱크를 상부로부터 고정 결합시키는 것으로, 하부면에 복수개의 고정돌기가 원형으로 돌설되는 고정블럭을 포함하되; 상기 투광갓의 고정돌기와 고정블럭의 고정돌기는 제2히트싱크를 각각 가압하여 제1히트싱크의 방열핀 내측면에 접촉 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 전원의 인가에 따라 발광되는 LED 소자(110)와, 상기 LED 소자(110) 구동을 위한 회로가 인쇄된 PCB(120)를 포함하는 LED모듈(100)과;
상기 LED소자로부터 발생되는 빛을 일 방향으로 집중시키기 위한 것으로, 열전도성 금속재로 구성되고, 내측 상부면에 상기 LED모듈이 고정 결합되며, 외측 상부면에 복수개의 고정돌기가 원형으로 배치 형성되는 투광갓과;
상기 투광갓의 하방측에 끼움결합되어 LED소자로부터 발생되는 빛을 투과시키는 투광커버와;
상기 투광갓의 외측 상부에 결합되며, 방사상으로 돌출 형성되는 복수개의 방열핀을 포함하여 투광갓으로부터 전달된 열을 외부로 방출하는 제1히트싱크와;
상기 제1히트싱크의 인접하는 2개의 방열핀 사이에 삽입 접촉되어 제1히트싱크로부터 열을 전달받아 외부로 방출하는 복수개의 제2히트싱크와;
상기 제1히트싱크와 제2히트싱크를 상부로부터 고정 결합시키는 것으로, 하부면에 복수개의 고정돌기가 원형으로 돌설되는 고정블럭을 포함하되;
상기 투광갓의 고정돌기와 고정블럭의 고정돌기는 제2히트싱크를 각각 가압하여 제1히트싱크의 방열핀 내측면에 접촉 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광등. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2히트싱크는 단면이 'V'자인 집게 형상으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광등. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 투광갓의 고정돌기와 고정블럭의 고정돌기는 제2히트싱크의 내측에 각각 하방 및 상방으로부터 삽입되어, 제2히트싱크의 좌우 양측편을 좌우로 가압하여 벌려줌으로써, 제2히트싱크의 양측면을 제1히트싱크의 인접하는 2개의 방열핀 내측면에 접촉 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광등. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 투광갓의 고정돌기와 고정블럭의 고정돌기는 단면이 내측은 좁고 외측은 넓은 사다리꼴 형상으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광등. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 제2히트싱크의 표면에는 통기공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광등.
